I'm not a StarBuckies groupie, but my wife is and we had to go since it's Red Cup Day!! So we went together and was I shocked by how many people were in there waiting for their orders. (Like brainwashed Zombies...if I wasn't with my wife, would've done a 180° out the door). This location like most SB was clean, standard decor, properly stocked merchandise. (they always have to upsell) Even though it was a mad house for those darn "Red Cups", it appears they were properly staffed, since there were approximately 10 people manning the counters/drive-thru. Although it appears they focused primarily on the drive-thru instead of the massive crowd inside standing around waiting for a Socialist run store to open for Government Cheese (coming soon to NYC)...LoL BTW, drive-thru was around the corner of the building too. Regardless, hats off for the Mgr and her staff for keeping the wait to only an hour. Minus one star...it seems like the prices are steadily increasing read more

It had stated on the app and website the location was open for christmas so i waited in the drive through line for thirty minutes, right when i was about to order a worker walked outside and said it was closed when it was three hours before closing time stated on the website. i understand things happen but i'm so mad right now because i wasted so much of my time, they definitely could have used a better strategy such as closing the location for the whole day anyway if they didn't have enough employees to handle the crowd so i didn't have to waste my time. this starbucks always disappoints me. read more

Every time I come to the Starbucks the associates ignore you. I asked if my order was ready because I saw my name on a bag and one associate told me "no there's like five items and they're still waiting for it to be finished". I stood there for 15 minutes and asked another associate if my order was ready, and they looked in the bag and said "oh everything's here sorry about that". My drinks were watery from them sitting there. I'm not big on complaining and didn't have them remake the drinks, but this is every time I go to this location. It's terrible. read more

Solid Starbucks! Clean gender neutral bathrooms with no key or code. Plenty of parking. Kim was very patient and friendly taking our complex order. Everything came out correctly and quickly, despite a ton of mobile orders underway. Plus they were giving away free coffee grounds for people's gardens, which I thought was a lovely touch! read more

I was really excited about having a Starbucks open up in town but it's just so slow. The lines are always long, drinks not made properly and some of the staff are just really unprofessional. I was in there today, started at the drive thru but the line wasn't moving. I parked to go inside and one of the workers was literally screaming about a card. It was so loud in there I couldn't hear myself order. The whole process took about 15 min and I was one of the only customers in the store. read more

I don't drink Starbucks so I never go to any of them but my daughter asked me to pick it up for her. I had NO clue how they work so I walked in and waited for someone to help me. After a few minutes a girl / manager asked me if I was picking up. I said yes she said it would be over there and pointed to the PU area. She wasn't nasty but she also wasn't very friendly. One of the girls working near the pick up area helped me and was very nice about it. They didn't seem busy so I'm giving 4 stars because the girl that helped me. It's a very well run, clean location. The workers are pleasant and handle the rush very well. My biggest complaint is that I haven't been able to get matcha their in weeks. Why can't they just load up on matcha if it's in such demand? Is there a global matcha demand increase? I don't really understand. It's a Starbucks, you pretty much know what you're going to get. However, the design of this drive through really wasn't thought out very well. 1. The businesses can barely access their dumpsters and when the garage trucks come to collect it blocks the entire drive through. 2. There's not enough space for the line at all it extends into the intersection, so half the time you're sitting at the stop sign waiting for 5 minutes and then someone goes in front of you. read more

This store is very poorly run. I stopped here on a drive home from vacation to get some caffeine. The drive-thru line was long, so I opted to go inside. I ordered an Americano, went to the bathroom, and came out and waited another 15 minutes, and my order still wasn't ready. I was surrounded by 12 other people in the store waiting for their drinks, some of whom had been waiting for more than 30 minutes and were exasperated. The staff seemed to be prioritizing drive-thru orders at the expense of people waiting inside. I couldn't wait any longer, so I eventually took someone else's abandoned order and left. (That person's order had been placed at 1:03 PM, I took it at 2:30, and it was warm -- fairly certain she wasn't coming back for it.). This place sucks. Get some new management in there! read more

The coffee + food was just like any other Starbucks I've been to. I decided to go here because my normal weekend work coffee shop is closed this weekend. I was very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members. She was angry that someone called out and the morning rush was happening (around 9:30am). She screamed and yelled about how pissed she was. The cafe was crowded and she continued to yell orders back to customers while manically working. I understand it was stressful, it showed me that the staff (or her in particular) need support with stress management. The vibe of the entire cafe went to crap and the energy felt very intense. always slow service at this starbucks since it opened, understandable for a new place but at this point get it together. i've gotten used to the slow service but today my brother and i placed an order for 2 lattes, we waited for about 15 minutes in the drive thru then got to the window and was told that the app should tell us when the drinks will be ready (which was 11:40, i ordered the drinks at 11:15 and it was 11:31 at this point) and that we can either get out of the (LONG) drive thru line we just waited in and get in the back of the line or come inside and wait until 11:40 for our drinks but they made it clear they would NOT be making them rn. my brother and i have both been baristas at very busy dunkin donuts and have never ever heard of telling a customer we will not make your drink right now. isn't the whole point of online ordering for a faster service????? read more

I love Starbucks as a company but this location is absolutely terrible. They're CONSTANTLY getting orders wrong, for the most simple drinks, and listen I'm not a Karen I'm not going to make a big deal if you forget to add whipped cream or if you forget to add some powder on top of the drink. I'm talking about completely WRONG. If I showed you a drink they gave me vs the picture you wouldn't even think it's the same drink. The other day I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso without ice because they've been putting a RIDICULOUS amount of ice even when I request light ice. I go to pick my drink up and this is what they gave me. I asked them what going on what kind of drink is this? She goes "You asked for no ice so that's the drink without ice" Are you kidding me? How do you make a drink like that for someone and think it's okay to charge me full price? I contacted Starbucks cooperate and they refunded me and I advise everyone else to do it.
