This is a huge spacious store, very neat and clean inside, lots comfortable space for dine-in. They have a drive thru as well. There's a Tesla Supercharger station right next to it. A lot of people stop by while charging their cars, same reason for me. The menu has all the popular drinks. They have a bakery items as well but they were all empty when I was there. The employees were generous. They didn't really enforce the rule of making a purchase to use the restroom. They were preparing the orders quickly and serving to customers. Stopped by this Starbucks for the first time to get the new tie dye frapp! This specific one has mixed reviews but personally I love it. It tastes like banana candy! Super convenient location for Starbucks lovers like myself! The drive thru is always 10+ cars deep and moved pretty slow if you ask me. Suggestion: Park the car and do a mobile order and pick your order up inside, this will save you SO SO much time. Every employee here is super friendly. I stopped in at the Lawrence Route 114 Starbucks which conveniently located off I-495 Exit 42B, across the road from Stadium Plaza and the former Showcase Cinemas site. This standalone Starbucks with Drive-Thru has their standard offerings of coffee and tea drinks, cold brew nitro, plus baked goods, sandwiches, salads, snacks, ground coffee, and merchandise. There is mainly table for seating up to 40 people including an oval shaped hard cushioned seating in the center of the floor area. There are some power outlets hidden under tables and seats. I went inside and ordered my usual dark roast coffee, which they needed to brew fresh in about 6 minutes. Since they do not put out the half and half container late evening, the friendly barista put in the right amount of half and half in my drink. The fresh brewed dark roast coffee was excellent and I also got a free refill too with my Starbucks Rewards card. However, their Starbucks wifi was not very good and very slow and spotty. Overall, the Lawrence Starbucks is a convenient place to stop for my caffeine fix, another choice instead of stopping at the Methuen and North Andover locations. read more

This is one of the most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever been to. It might be THE most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever been to. I come here a lot and keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but the experience is always so negative. The line is always terribly long, and you could blame that on the area, but I've been inside and I have watched how slowly the employees work. Whenever I come inside to pick up an order, they rarely acknowledge me and I question if I'm possibly invisible or something. It almost feels like they are avoiding making eye contact so they don't have to help you. When you do actually interact with the staff, they are friendly, so they get a point for that. Definitely have a back up plan if you're thinking of coming to this Starbucks. They will probably be closed anyway. read more

I stopped by the new stand-alone Starbucks store on Winthrop ave in Lawrence, right off 495, since the traffic was bad on the highway and I had a long way to go. To my big surprise, I had to take a piece of plastic out of my mouth when I took the cover off my caramel macchiato to enjoy the last couple of sips. If the milk is took out of a gallon and steamed, the caramel squeezed from a container and the espresso directly from the espresso machine!!!! Is it from the wrapping all cups were wrapped in and was possibly dragged on the floor?????? Couldn't tell from the taste but one could definitely choke on this large piece of plastic. read more

This location needs a lot of help. Service is inconsistent, wait times are very long, my orders are wrong 50-% of the time, and staff seem to be incredibly frustrated. I would want this location to succeed because its super convenient, but it apparent they need some intervention from perhaps corporate, to assist with training and best practices. read more

yo real talk tho- this is the fanciest starbucks i've ever been to. for real, you walk in and it's like "oh damn this starbucks looks NICE" i started a new job about 3 weeks ago and this is the closest starbucks to my new workplace so i've been coming here every single morning for the past 3 weeks and the people who work here are super nice. i usually get a bunch of customizations with my drinks because i don't like normal milk and such, so i usually get at least 3 or 4 customizations of each drink i order, and these absolute frickin superheroes have never messed up my order even once. 10/10 dentists would recommend. This establishment needs a complete a new staff AND new management . There's always 10 people working and behind the counter complaining about how awful the customers are it's completely disgusting and not how the customer service industry works. What coffee shop is closed at 10 am on a Sunday? When you're already the slowest around it's hard to tell when you're in line if the store is closed or if it's just another tuesday. Update your hours on the door or block the drive thru and don't waste our time. read more

I don't have a problem with the customer service here like other people. The problem I have is that it's always closed. I don't understand, I'm assuming they keep getting COVID breakouts. This has been going on as long as been open. When lines are long and it takes 10 or more minutes to get to window after ordering. Their is no excuse to be making the order when you get up to the window. 10 minutes is plenty of time to have 3 orders done and waiting when you pull up. You loose 5% of business a day from people driving off because line is so long. read more

The only way you should go to this location is if you are willing to accept subpar customer service. If you call and think a manger hanging up on you is acceptable in trying to get a resolution is acceptable. As a former daily consumer I refuse to tolerate this treatment any longer. I've been to this location twice since it's recent opening and was thoroughly disappointed. On both occasions, I was met with immediate disrespect and attitude. My first encounter with an employee here involved them rolling their eyes at me while ignoring my order and ringing it up incorrectly. On the second try, the drive-thru turned out to be quite the hassle. The person "taking our order" couldn't be bothered to stop chatting with their friends while we listened to a lengthy conversation at the intercom. At the window, they served us one of our two drinks and forgot to hand the other one to us. It took another ten minutes before another employee realized and lazily handed the drink to us in a damaged and leaking cup. I'm not asking for much here, but to feel completely and utterly disregarded in a brand new Starbucks is rather surprising. Extremely rude employees on the drive-thru. One young kid was particularly nasty, and threatened to fight me. Disgusting customer service. On the other hand, a few inside are great. ..helpful, always cheerful and patient. I hope the management is made aware of the way some people are being treated, and tighten their hiring requirements. When the full Plaza is open, Starbucks will be much busier. If the employees can't handle the pressure, they should look elsewhere for work. This is not helping Lawrence's reputation, and it's not fair to the excellent employees in that location. read more

I've been to this location several times, and each time my drink order has either gotten lost or I had to wait a very long time for it. I went here yesterday and had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink and it didn't seem that busy. My drink order was lost and I had to go to the counter and ask about it the first 3 times I went here. The store has been clean and the staff has been friendly, but something seems very disorganized! At other Starbucks, if there was a mix-up with my drink, I usually got some sort of voucher, but never here, despite a problem every time. read more
