I ordered a simple banana bread cold brew with cream, no sugar & no foam top along with one other drink, simple enough you'd think. However, when I got to the window my cold brew was loaded with all the sugary goodness like they usually offer it. I'm one to pick & choose battles so I took it for what it was because knew it'd be tasty at the end of the day. While yes it was tasty, it wasn't even close to what I ordered. Unfortunately, when you're paying almost $7 a drink something as easy as that shouldn't be messed up.
