If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I can't tell you how many times I've been to this Starbucks and had my order made incorrectly. When I ask for it to be fixed or adjusted I simply get a "no we gave you your drink". This is the closest Starbucks to me every time I come I'm let down. I love going to Starbucks, but was unhappy when I noticed there was a line for the drive thru, as I placed my mobile order in the drive thru line. I pull up to the speaker and said I was here for a mobile order pick up. The barista stated "you'll have to come inside to get your order", I was astonished at the remark I was given. I've been to numerous Starbucks and they never gave me hassle. Mind you I ordered in the drive thru to help speed up my process. But I stated back "I will not be getting out of line to come inside", because I just couldn't get out of line or pass anyone. I finally pull up to the window and the barista that took my so called order was hiding and had someone else give me my order. As I pulled up the baristas that took my so called order was helping everyone else, but me. I will never be coming back to this location unless I really have to. I used to visit this Starbucks nearly everyday for years! I conducted a majority of my studies while attending an online school there as the environment was easy to focus in. I established connections with some baristas which supported me as I grew and I am appreciative for having interacted with them. This was my favorite Starbucks even before the renovation, however after I had more the reason to go. The added space was a fantastic addition for such a bustling store! I am pretty much a tea drinker but when I want coffee I prefer Starbucks. This location is convenient for me and as typical has the little coffee house seating area with some outdoor seating. The only downside (not Starbucks) to be concerned about is the parking lot is small. This place always greets you warmly whether you walk in or use their drive thru. They offer free Wi-fi and is a great setting to get comfortable to check email, surf the internet, or do some work (or write a Yelp review). Aside from liking the coffee my favorite is the Caramel Frappuccino and it comes in two sizes of calories (a whole bunch or almost a whole bunch). I always find it humorous to order because I don't drink enough coffee drinks to know all the correct nuances of ordering especially the specialty drinks. So the staff is always very helpful in understanding when I order it with no bad stuff but want to still taste good. This particular drink is cold and is a blend of caramel, coffee, and milk topped with whip cream. If you think cold comfort drink then you have the picture. This location is quaint and is more suitable for its drive thru and smaller groups. The kind of place for a quiet conversation. Definitely a "Yay I am fan" kind of place. read more

This is the largest Starbucks I have patronized. Plenty of space to sit and work. Staff is friendly and I noticed they were very happy to help with drink recommendations. Temperature is a little on the colder side so I'd recommend bringing a sweater if you're going to stay a bit. No music playing while I was there... my only recommendation for improvement. read more

I've been going to this location for almost four years now, before the expansion. I almost feel like I've grown up here, going from a middle school student to being in college! It's the only place I truly love studying, and I don't think it would be that way without the workers. I love Evan and Bob, among some newer employees. It's easy to talk to them more like friends than baristas. The expansion made me come here much more frequently. It reminds me of the Starbucks in Downtown Disney, in Orlando - very modern, but industrial. I recommend making this "your" Starbucks. read more

This is our neighborhood Starbucks and I have to give it 5-stars. We never have any issues with our drinks and of course going here for years now, you get to know the staff. We take our dogs here on the weekends, and sometimes during the week, in the drive-thru, and they are very dog friendly. They love to give treats to our dogs and even ask about them if we don't have them with us. It's a great location, I think it's easy to get to, and the drive-thru is a bonus. read more

I went through drive thru and the first two things I ordered they were out of. The women that was taking my order was rude and rushing me after I asked if I could please have a moment to look at the menu since the two things I ordered they did not have. She had an attitude and I wasn't very happy with the service from placing my order to paying at the window where she seemed annoyed to even be there. So I ordered a strawberry refresher and cold brew with pumpkin. I didn't notice until after I was about to drink the strawberry refresher it had rotten strawberries in the drink that looked moldy. I love Starbucks but this particular location is horrible I've had problems in the past but since this is the closest Starbucks to me I decided to give it another try. Definitely won't return to this location I rather go out of my way it's a shame because other reviews that I've seen now are just as bad. read more

Parking lot is too small. Accidents are waiting to happen. Store is spacious and coffee is good, when you don't have to wait forever. Don't even try the drive-thru. It's "quicker" to go inside, even though that can take awhile, too. The worst part of this store is some of the employees, particularly Jamal. He is obnoxious and rude, not only to customers, but also to other employees. I don't see how they put up with him. I could not work under someone like that. Other employees are just plain loud. You certainly can't enjoy the atmosphere with all that noise. Sometimes they don't have enough employees working. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more
