Starbucks bucks and rewards + great customer service always wins & is seriously needed.

Their average rating of 3 stars seems accurate. My Hubby and I go here once a week together. Some days they get you exactly what you ordered, other days you'll grab your cup and think to yourself I can't believe I just spent $10 on a drink so simple that they messed up. if ya'll do the Union thing like other places are trying to do, maybe add mandatory training every few months to the contract. Also some of the workers aren't as welcoming. As a customer at chick Fil A, It is a very welcoming establishment with smiles. At this location its cold and non engaging, you walk in and feel the negative energy where they make you want to order and get out fast! I hope all future customers get improved quality of products and service. read more

Why is this Starbucks always a hot mess ? Trash everywhere behind the bar area and in the lobby. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms .... I always give them the benefit of the doubt when I come to this location as they are always busy.. but not today.. so what was the problem ? Expired products in the RTD case(by two weeks not two days), sloppy drink prep - doesn't look like their following recipes, and to top it all off... baristas coughing over food area WHILE preparing food and NOT covering their mouths. So disappointing. Like who's the shift in charge overseeing ? I'm glad I didn't order food. Yes this location is convenient... but there are better locations than this. Do better SM & ASM, especially if you're in the lobby having a meeting while staff is struggling & clearly in need of coaching. read more

I love this Starbucks ! The management and staff are the absolute best. They are efficient and very friendly. I always order online and pick up inside. Whenever I do the order is complete and neatly sitting on the counter awaiting pickup without being cold . During times when they have specials, such as B1G1FREE or half price ..whatever the special may be ...they get slammed but they remain calm and make the customer service experience the best possible. This location is roomy with plenty of seating, the dining room is always neat and clean. read more

It was a cold fall day, and along with the dull gray sky and lack of sleep, Starbucks called to me like the Bat-signal. I rolled into the drive-thru like a caffeine deprived boss and was happy to see that the line was past the order speaker so I could drop my order and get my caffeine hit fast. My splurge is the White chocolate mocha (hot), and quickly ordered a grande (medium size). I did see that they have a "toasted" white chocolate mocha for the holiday season that I will need to circle back and try. The person who took my order was very polite and the voice was engaging and didn't have the dull roar of most people ruling the drive-thru mic. When I arrived to the window, I was happily greeted, asked if I wanted a "stopper" to prevent spillage, and received my drink promptly that was hot and full. Overall, probably five minutes (tops) in the drive-thru. I know I'll be back and would recommend for anyone traveling this stretch of Transit road by the 90. read more

A convenient Starbucks. I'm a sucker for a good drive through coffee and when you're out in the Buffalo 'burbs, you don't have many options for coffee except Starbucks and Tim Hortons. This particular morning, I swung by here on the way to pick up my car. The drivethru was fast and efficient! I grabbed an impossible breakfast sandwich (yay for veggie options) and a brew. Everyone was friendly and it was all delicious. The breakfast sandwich was served piping hot! Definitely need to wait a little to eat it to let it cool down. All in all - a super pleasant experience! Hope they are able to open up for dine in soon -- as of 4/23 it's still drive through or pick up only. read more

Another great Starbucks location with a great drive thru setup where you enter through the back. It's one of my favorite locations because of the drive thru setup. You don't have to worry about waiting in a main road like most other locations. The service has always been great here and my drinks are pretty consistent. read more

Great place to grab a coffee regular or iced, a hot chocolate, tea, or latte.Love it when the barista puts Happy Birthday on your cup & goes out of their way to make it extra special. I really enjoy for lunch their tomato & Mozzarella sandwich & turkey & pesto panini. I love this Starbucks! Order Accuracy here is one of the best and the baristas aren't fake nice and happy they are genuinely happy. This speaks volumes about the store manager and how well it's ran. Orders take way longer than they should. Order ahead is unavailable. I think they forget about people in the lobby and only focus on drive through even when the drive thru orders came in significantly after lobby orders are placed. read more

So far, I'm enjoying this new location. They're working out a few kinks, and it was a bit frustrating the last time I went as they were slammed, apparently, and I was stuck trying to socially distance in the small space as I wait another 30 minutes inside for a mobile order I placed a half hour before that. Also, they weren't exactly paying attention when I was trying to get some help, but again, I realize they were slammed. The whole set up for the baristas and their station is nice. It'll be really beautiful with their open concept and when restrictions lift and they decorate the seating area more. My drink orders came out perfect though. The first time I went they were great too, but I loved that they had the option of them bringing your order to your car. read more

Excellent location! We were able to visit here after an impromptu run up to Buffalo one evening. Right before hopping on I-90, we got our caffeine fix and hit the road. This is a standard Starbucks and good choice when in the area. read more

I'd been driving for 7 hours and was happy to find the place open. I needed tea to soothe my stomach. I ordered a "black tea latte with coconut milk", knowing my Starbucks speak may not be perfect as far as tea goes. I got lectured "um a BLACK TEA LATTE...? That's a London Fog." I said ok, I know that's with earl grey, I'm not looking for ear grey, just regular black tea, English breakfast or whatever you have. When I get to the window I asked how I should order that more clearly to be understood. The (brunette) girl rolled her eyes and asked the (red haired) girl behind her, who condescended with a pained smirk "that's a Royal English Breakfast Tea latte with no liquid cane sugar- it's right on the sticker" I said ok thank you. I thought hmm i don't remember saying no liquid cane syrup, I want all the benefits of a sweetened hot tea latte without the darn bergamot. I don't understand the confusion. There's basic black tea, and there's black tea infused with other oils, like bergamot, ergo earl grey. The attitude is unnecessary, but especially since they themselves don't know. Anyway, usually the coconut milk is slightly sweet, so I figured I'd just deal with my lack of sugar since asking for something else would be a bit much at this point. I drove toward my hotel, took a sip and realized I'm drinking regular whole milk, which I'm allergic to. The girls were so concerned with telling me I don't know to order tea that they missed the most important part. read more

This is my far my favorite Starbucks. The employees are so nice and always make great drinks. One time I came here with a friend and my friend wanted to buy but I wanted to use my gift card (rewards). The cashier helped us so I could get my reward points and her pay. Who knew! read more

I just ordered a coffee here... I get it, everyone makes mistakes... but the reaction from the staff really makes or breaks the experience. I ordered a triple grande and my coffee definitely didn't have extra espresso. So I asked her if she made it a triple and she said it didn't say so. So I asked for a new drink. She asks if I want the third shot added to the drink... but seriously? No. It won't even be right that way. So she was very visibly irritated that I asked for a new drink. Finally, she asked me to go back to the register so I could pay for the extra shot. I let her know that not only did I ask for a triple grande but the person who took my order repeated it back to me and I would not be paying for his mistake... she was visibly irritated then. It wasn't even busy. There were one, maybe two cars in the drive thru and my family only. I dunno. I'm pretty annoyed at how I was treated today. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff is so great here and Management is great too. I've noticed that the more experienced staff is patient with the newer staff which is nice to see because I'm sure it's not easy to be a barista at first. I'm really glad they take the time to train correctly. I also like that the seating is decent. There's enough seating and enough seating to sit outside on a nice day. The only thing I hate is the chairs. They are really uncomfortable to sit in and hurt my back. But other than the uncomfortable chairs I totally recommend coming to this Starbucks. read more

I've been coming here for the past 3 years, it's hit or miss. Depending on whose working the drinks are made properly/improperly. I typically go through the drive-thru as it's more convenient. Again, today, they messed up my drink which I normally just go on about my day and doctor it up once I'm at work. When you're spending $6-$8 on a drink daily. It just becomes frustrating. I've even changed my drink from the blond vanilla latte to the London fog just to make it easier for the baristas. I'm not that person who makes crazy modifications to my drink. I've made small request for an extra shot of espresso or to add cinnamon to my tea. Basic things. So there's absolutely no reason why my drink should be made differently depending on whose making it. It's unacceptable and inconvenient. They need training. I was given a gift card once, this time I was told that they forgot the cinnamon, no apology, just a bunch of bothered employees. I just asked for a refund and went to another Starbucks. read more

Much less pretentious than other Starbucks in the area. Friendly baristas and Jodi is an awesome manager. Regulars are known by name. Drive thru can be quicker than going inside, but I like the social interaction. read more
