Best Starbucks in the Keys! The staff are always so nice and friendly! They also have some super cute cups and mugs and have a nice ambiance. It's never too crazy or chaotic, even in the mornings. The baristas are super fast and efficient. I go here very often and the service is great. read more

One of the most unfriendly barista we have ever experienced at the many Starbucks we have been too. Paid $18 for two drinks and they were completely wrong. The girl who took our order was very friendly and repeated everything perfectly as ordered. But the guy making the drinks had the worst attitude. Do not waste your time nor money stopping at this Starbucks, it's worth the wait and money to drive to key west and stop at the one on Duval... Very disappointing. read more

It's Starbucks, just like the others. Normal in my book with friendly employees and consistent quality, as expected. They even place the sleeve on the cup for you, as they are supposed to. This is seriously one of the SLOWEST Starbucks anywhere!!!! After waiting 15 minutes for my iced coffees ( each one poured individually - as in pour one, add ice, add lid, hand to me, start all over again! COME ON!), get to cream station to watch man using last of the cream. Waited several minutes for a woman I assume was the manager to notice me waiting at the end of counter. Yes, I am a bit irritated at that point. Ask if they have any more whole milk, sorry I mean't half and half. She walks out from behind counter and rudely proclaims "whole milk is right here", I know I meant half and half as I said. She finally goes to get it only to slam it on the counter in front of me. Nice location, more employees and different management would definitely be a benefit. read more

Stopped by on our way back to Miami from a work case. Walked in right as they were locking doors and shutting everything off. The lady was kind enough to to take all four of us with no attitude whatsoever. The best thing was that my coffee was especially delicious and much needed. After thanking her many times, we were off, much prepared for our long drive back! read more

Okay I really don't know where all of these negative reviews are coming from. I'm a local and literally come here all the time. It's clean, cute and the staff might not always be enthusiastic but is alway nice. My only complaint would be that sometimes getting a small drink can take an eternity, but I think it's pretty understandable (most of the time) bc this place is popping non stop annnnnd it's still fairly new. Otherwise the drinks are always great, and if you want to complain ab it being more pricey than other Starbucks then well.....welcome to Key Largo. The land of everything costing an arm and a leg from the rent to the Frapuccinos. read more

I'm giving one star because the coffee is always good. However the customer service was completely horrible. We purchased a Miami collection mug a Vente regular coffee, one grande cappuccino and one grande Americano. I asked for a grande vanilla soy latte but I got a venti(do you want a hot venti in this heat? ) when it was delivered. What really was the issue here is that I presented my gold card and asked her to reload $20, but since my friend had already put his credit card in she said oh sorry too late. Wait, she didn't even say sorry she just said "too late he already has his card in the reader". So I reloaded my card for no reason and we didn't even get a receipt. Seems like she had a bad morning. I would avoid this location since even the other staff seemed very unhelpful. read more

It is March and season in the Keys, so super busy location at 9 AM. Cleanliness is average. This is the first time ever that I have had to remake my iced coffee with milk and sugar for flavor. The line was out the door and the cars were all the way around the building. They were very short staffed to handle the volume of business. The scones were fresh. read more

Went in today. Had Jario at register. He was very friendly and took order with a smile. It was an iced Carmel macchiato and an iced cafe mocha. The mocha was a little slow but shop was busy and with summer and treat receipt there were a lot of cold drinks being ordered. I enjoyed the wifi and was able to make a pit stop. I would use this while on route one. read more

Just went through the drive thru and was treated horribly. The guy got my order wring and when I politely repeated what I ordered he caught a huge attitude and began to argue. When the passenger in my car confirmed to him what I ordered he lashed out at her too. He slammed the drive thru window shut after taking my money. Then returned with the wrong drink anyways. Was such a horrible experience we just drove away and threw out the $5 coffee and stopped down the street for a coffee. Starbucks you should get rid of the guy in the drive thru. read more

I had a great experience at this Starbucks this morning. I went in for one of those low fat healthy breakfast wraps and a cup of coffee. After standing in line for a couple minutes with a bunch of nice French speaking people from Canada, I made my order, only to find out they were out of the healthy breakfast wrap deals. The nice lady at the counter saw my disappointment and suggested another healthy breakfast item. I think it was an english muffin with turkey bacon or something like that. It sounded good and I decided to order it. As it turned out they were out of that too!! So I said "thats fine, I'll just have a venti coffee". I then handed her my Starbucks gift card. The barrista then refused to swipe the card and told me the coffee was on the house! What a nice gesture. Later on, while I was surfing the internet on my Macbook like all the other yuppie scum in the place, she came over and visited with me about some of the other healthy options Starbucks has. I know four stars is a crazy high rating for a place that didn't have what I wanted, but it goes to show how far good service can get you in this world. From here on out I will not drive past this Starbucks without stopping in for a coffee and hopefully one of those healthy breakfast deals they have. read more

I am a number one fan of Starbucks but somehow I always have a bad experience on this location. I walked in at 9:30 am for a coffee and bagel and once I got to the cashier I asked for a multigrain bagel and the lady at the cashier told me we have no bagel with a really bad attitude. OVER IT!! I have never written a bad review in my life!! As I am in the serving industry!! In the last year this Starbucks has crumbled!! This is the Absolute worst Starbucks I have been too! The staff is always in a bad mood! I have Always over looked the staffs moods/attitudes because they are young! Still no excuse! However, what has me heated today and this entire week, is the fact that they need to learn how to make coffee's/lattes the correct way!! I always get extra pumps, because Once again it taste like HOT WATER!! Never again! I would rather drive 20 miles north to Florida City, then pay for another HOT WATER!! Mind you it's so fricken hot, that you can't even try before you leave the parking lot! No I did not ask for 180* either!! I will take my 10$ a Day habit somewhere else!! Don't waste your money, drive a little further south to the Islamorada location, or go North up to Florida City! Oh and don't dare ask them to make a new one, because they will refuse!!
