Good service and yummy Vanilla lattes at this Starbucks location in Key Largo! We were heading home and needed a coffee boost. It was a hot day and an iced latte was the answer. We used the drive-thru service. The server was friendly and in a good mood. We got the Birthday Cake Pops to go with our coffee. They are so good. Service was good and quick. We will be back on our next trip. read more

This is a great, small Starbucks! There is seating inside and outside. They also have free WiFi. I needed to pick up a dozen $5 gift cards to hand out. Had to reload my own Starbucks card first. All the girls were eager to assist me. It was easy to achieve what I wanted. I ran into a friend here I had not seen in a couple years. I only got a black ice tea, but that cannonball drink sure looked yummy! read more

They never seem to follow directions, the last drink I got was JUST WHIPPED CREAM AND SUGAR

What a horrible experience today!!! Line wasn't long (only thing positive) but the service was extremely poor. My lemon loaf was broken in a way that it looked like it had been eaten!!! And our spinach feta wrap was frozen!!! They didn't even attempt to heat it up! Sadly they are the only Starbucks in key largo but rest assured we aren't going back!!! Stopping at the Cuban place next door will be where my money goes! read more

I normally don't rate a Starbucks, but this one was Extremely efficient. The barista was kind, and I received my order in a quick and efficient manner. Very convenient location and pretty much the only Starbucks between here and Key West! You can do go and order inside or go to the drive through if you don't want to leave the inside of your car. There's plenty of seating inside as well as outside. I got my usual ice coffee I get at every single Starbucks and came out great and delicious! This place is right on the main road and you can't miss it! Enjoy! read more

Stopped at the local Starbucks for a cup of coffee and to check email. I had the Christmas Blonde coffee and oatmeal, which is my standard. Comfortable place to get some work done with the seating and wifi. Plenty of outlets to recharge the gear. There is a variety of seating indoor and out. It was busy with a constant flow of people traveling up and down the highway. read more

I have never felt the need to review a Starbucks before, but this one stands out from all the rest. The best experience ever in a Starbucks! We had such a wonderful experience from the staff that we looked forward to our visit the next day. The store is clean, the staff was extra freindly and efficient. The music was icing on the cake. If we lived closer, we would come here every day just to get the " good feeling and vibe" that this Starbucks provides. Cant wait to return again. read more

Good service and a great location within walking distance from my hotel. They have indoor seating as well as a large, outdoor patio. Tip: The patio faces East, so it is a good place to get a drink and watch the sun rise. read more

Spending the weekend in the Florida Keys is a blast, but it can wear you out! Thankfully, there's a Starbucks nearby to save the day (and my mornings). This place is spotless, the baristas are friendlier than a kid with a puppy, and the coffee is as perfect as you'd expect. Highly recommend stopping by--your future caffeinated self will thank you! read more

Wife got her free bday coffee here. Location kept so dark, it's easy to think it's closed - app showing open is the real hero! Drink was ready on arrival, and made correctly. Cool Christmas decoration in front of mobile order pickup. Men's bathroom needing some tidying up. read more

It's Starbucks we ordered coffee frappe. It was good. Not sure why the reviews was bad. It's Starbucks. Basic.

This location has been my hero many times on our way to Key West. We always make our drive to key west very early in the morning and anyone that knows me, knows I need my morning coffee. We know of plenty of coffee shops in key west but not along the drive to get there; so stopping here becomes necessary plus it's a last minute bathroom stop since hubby doesn't like to stop for bathroom breaks. They always make great coffee and they have a drive-thru for those that don't want to get out of the car (plus with the virus most people tend to avoid going in). read more

Our coffees were excellent, and quick service. Restroom was relatively clean. I think the cloth they were using to wipe the tables was a little stinky. One of the tables we passed that just got wiped smelled musty. read more

Why stop at a starbucks with a closed lobby and bitter coffee anyway when right next door is a Cuban cafe, Dennys Latin Cafe, with the best coffee ever! check it out. you will not be sorry! (check out the roasted pork and poultry with wild rice - the aroma alone was delicious!) read more

This Starbucks is fortunate that I do not have the option to rate lower than one star. Waited for twenty minutes for two drinks. One came out finally and I waited patiently for the second. After about another fifteen I decided to ask where the second drink was. The barista said she would make it. No apology for the mistake. She then proceeded to make several other drinks before making mine. I had been one of two patrons when I first arrived, there were about twenty people that came in and had their drinks y the time I got mine. Terrible service. read more

It's Starbucks COME ON. We were headed to the Key West and it's no matter how terrible the service in small town like Key Largo it's one cup of coffee we can count on. This being our first drive way south we didn't want to take any risk. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but also not the dirtiest. The baristas aren't as friendly as back at home but than again barista and patron relationships are developed not instant. Overall they have online ordering a drive through and an INSURMOUNTABLE amount of parking than most Starbucks. All in all it was a good experience not a 3 1/2 star for sure. read more

Sometimes you just need that comforting green logo to greet you with a potent and robust serving of espresso mixed in plenty of deliciously cold renditions just how I like. I usually order the triple espresso macchiato but I noticed a new cloud version of it with a cinnamon flavor and dove right in. Being that there's a drive through makes it easier when you can't bear exiting your car before first having your dose of caffeine. It's location in Key Largo make it the perfect spot to get your cafecito on in the best way possible. Starbucks makes the best coffee in my opinion so their addition to the neighborhood is exactly what we all needed. When I'm not feeling in the mood for coffee, I'll opt for a matcha drink which is both deliciously savory and revitalizing as well. read more

I walked here from the hotel, I don't have a car, they're not doing mobile orders today but they were the other day. They didn't answer the door when I knocked on the door but they saw me so I then went and stood in line in the drive-through and knocked on the drive-through window. I asked do they expect me to stand in the drive-through and the manager of the store said yes .... just stand in line in the drive-through ... we are understaffed. I'm not sure the difference of doing an order that's put in through the drive-through or a mobile unit because they both get produced by the same number of people in the store. We will not come back to this location at all. read more

This Starbucks location has all the bells and whistles. Prime location great parking outside seating and best of all a Drive through. We came here for a quick bite and they had their "A" team working as they took the order fast and efficiently and it came out correct. Wow all that in the laid back Keys it is a miracle on this Sunday morning. Do you think they can clone this staff and location to be a model for the rest of them across the USA that are mostly regrettable. I ordered a tall cappuccino with a banana slightly green just the way I like it. Hubby a coffee and breakfast steak wrap. Everything was perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day. Only regret for hubby is he can't smoke anywhere in the vicinity so we left. I am sure they must get flack from the European tourists that frequent the Florida Keys and big time smokers. read more

Great coffee and pastry. My only suggestion is to have a cleaner dining area and bathrooms.

Starbucks all the same but this one is not clean. Dirty, not good, not just seating area, also where they make coffee. Clean it up girls!

Inside is closed but unlike other places you can still use the app to order and pick up inside of a roped area. We had 2 big orders with drinks and breakfast and they got them out so quickly- faster than the app estimate. A good experience read more

Service horrible and slow. Every customer was completely ignored. None of the scary looking staff every smiled or said thank you, hello, sorry for the wait etc. Never going back. I stop at a lot of Starbucks, and don't usually do a review, but this one is brand new and beautiful and deserves one! The lady who took my order was very friendly/ the friendliest so far! This Starbucks is unique in that there are crazy rushes due to the tourist driving down. But they handle them perfectly and keep the line moving. I am addicted to Starbucks! I'm part of the Starbucks rewards program.... and I spend my summers in Cudjoe Key this is my first time stopping at this particular location. And unfortunately I'm dissatisfied, the workers give off a "I'm better than you" vibe! And made me feel ridiculed. They also said they don't do a specific drink, but why would it be on the menu and on the app? They even had the nerve to tell me we can make it hot and give you ice and you do it yourself? In that case I'll take my ass home and make my own tea or my own coffee :( ended up settling for a pink drink that was watered down! BLEH read more

The bathrooms were pretty nasty. I've never been in a Starbucks bathroom that gross before (Starbucks usually does a great job at keep things clean). Before we left I told a barista that I just wanted to let her know that the women's restroom was in pretty rough shape. Her response was just an "Okay." My husband said the men's bathroom was also the worst he's ever seen at a Starbucks. The drinks were fine, true to Starbucks. read more

I'll give 1 star because my Matcha latte is good, customer service was horrible . The man (don't know hIS name ) was beyond rude as heck, made us stand outside , while others walked in ,then let us stand there for 15 min . They no longer put the mobile orders out customers to pick up, forcing you to stand around waiting for a barista to hand it to you from behind the counter. During this wait time the baristas will ignore you, and when they finally look at you, they ask, "well why didn't you say something?" .. Am I really supposed to walk in and interrupt you doing your job? I would feel very rude doing that. And all along, your mobile order is just sitting behind the counter with your name on it. It's so strange, totally defeats the whole concept. Is this a company wide policy or just something this location is doing? read more
