It's Black Friday and our group came in fully expecting a wait -- we were totally fine with that. It was obvious only two employees were working, and we understand how stressful that can be. But the customer service was unbelievably poor. Every time we placed an order, the barista rolled her eyes at us. On top of that, she was making drinks while talking on her personal phone, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. We weren't upset about the wait -- we were upset about the attitude. For such a busy day, this was absolutely not the time for terrible customer service. Very disappointed in this Starbucks location. I couldn't get the name because the girl with colored hair, that we had issues with was not wearing a name tag. read more

I have to give a huge shout out to our barista from this morning, Dani! We walked in during a very busy time and ordered several drinks to go, one of which was for my mother in law who is getting married today. While we waited for our drinks, Dani was consistently kind and had a positive customer service attitude, communicated well with the rest of the employees, and made more drinks/food than I could keep track of. We were so impressed -- Dani never once seemed short or rushed despite it being the middle of a very busy time. There was poop on the floor that's disgusting and they didn't even bother to clean it

They won't let me use my clean reusable cup due to "COVID19 precautions" but half the workers aren't wearing mask, none of them are washing hands after touching their faces even though they have two sinks and handsanitizer within easy reach. None are wearing gloves. So your single use cups left out in the open are somehow cleaner than my washed cup (that I bought from a Starbucks)? No distancing enforced though the customers mostly are spaced on their own, unlike the workers. Okay, so the crew are young and invulnerable to the pandemic virus, but I don't think they should be using their super powers just to work at a coffee place, they should be out fighting crime. And maybe thinking about the health and safety of customers. Note that this review is from a visit during record numbers of cases and deaths in Wisconsin. One more thing, one of these super healthy clearly able bodied COVID19 immune young workers trotted outside at the end if his shift, climbed into his SUV PARKED IN THE HANDICAPPED spot in front of the nail salon next door, drove off still wearing his Starbucks uniform (but no mask). read more

So frustrated with this Starbucks. Came by ten minutes before they closed hoping to purchase 3 gift cards that I needed before the next morning. I sat in drive through for 2 minutes and nobody answered. I pulled up to the drive through window and the worker was wiping down a counter. She looked right at me and kept cleaning. It's Starbucks, what is there to say. The teavana integration is interesting, I haven't gotten a Starbucks chai in a while, but this tasted average for a mass produced chai, despite Oprah's endorsement. Four stars because the staff were really nice, really accommodating and very helpful. This store is in the target, which is convenient. I try not to go to Starbucks, but lacking options I came, and the experience was good, despite completely predictable wares. read more

I've had a lot of good experiences here. But I'll focus on just one. So I was having a really bad day at work. They were threatening to cancel my project and I was getting no love from my managers. I walked into this Starbucks looking glum. I mentioned I was having a bad day and they asked me what I was in the mood for. I quickly choose a venti java chip frap with protein powder and whip (the day called for a liquid lunch and this was the best I was gonna get). They quickly prepared it for me and just as I whipped out my Starbucks gold card (I drink a lot of coffee) to pay they said "no this one is on us" and comp'ed my drink. As I was walked out the door they all said they hope my day gets better. Obviously, I'll be back here many times for my lunch time pick-me-up. I really love this Starbucks. It's my "usual" shore that I prefer. I drive past a lot of them and prefer to avoid the rest as this one usually does a great job. Some notable baristas, some I don't know by name; Ben (awesome. Seriously awesome), Moriah (always friendly, watched her politely deal with a unnecessarily grumpy old man like a true pro), Dave (rocks!), Peter (never shuts the f up but that's tolerable for the few mins of waiting), Macklemore haircut guy (super nice!), Girl rocking a new forearm tattoo of a flower (kick ass tattoo, and you're super nice), High Energy for 5AM lady (keep up the solid work!), Scarf-girl (not sure she works there anymore but she routinely makes the best cinnamon dolce frap of the whole team) Ponytail and glasses girl, maybe Lesley? (You've been a true pro for the longest time. I thought you were gone for a while but glad to see you around again) That's all I can think of at the moment but I'll add more after I meet more employees and hope to eventually change the descriptions to their actual names. read more

This is a top notch starbucks! The baristas have outstanding customer service training, as they patiently listen to a nine-year-old order, and always display a warm smile. The drive-through is very efficient, and the patio is a great place to catch a bit of sun while you work. The other customers are very kind & considerate. Furthermore, the patio is warm and welcoming to both patrons and dogs! This is hands down one of my favorite Starbucks. The location is great, and with a Mobil & Shell across the street, it is very convenient. Finally, and most importantly, it is directly off of I-94, which is perfect when traveling frequently between Milwaukee & Chicago. read more

This used to be my regular Starbucks on the way from Chicago to work up in the Milwaukee area. I no longer make that commute and I can actually say I miss having this as my regular Starbucks. Look, it's Starbucks. You see one, you've seen them all. I especially like this one for 2 reasons. 1. The baristas are very nice. I've never had a negative experience on this front in a couple dozen visits. 2. Location. Somehow, I find myself in this area a ton. If I'm headed south to Chicago, it's BOOM off freeway BOOM on freeway. It's also closer to the freeway than the White Castle, which has probably saved me from all manner of horror. read more
