I ordered a Large iced caramel latte they tried to give me a medium dunkalatte I asked for them to remake it they did but they simply gave me a large of the same wrong order. While I waited for the remake I noticed my wake up wrap was missing and when I told them, the person stated they don't know what happened that they didn't take the order so I just took the loss...It shows they didn't want to fix my order and I was bothering them. My name is Monica. I'm a travel nurse in your area. I stopped at Dunkin because my lovely coworkers got me a birthday card to Dunkin. That's all I wanted for my birthday. Was the snack bacon and hashbrowns! I pulled up with my $25 card. The woman running the drive-through took my order. I ordered five snack Bacons and two hashbrowns. She rang my order up and it was $24.80. I get to the window she gives me my bag. I don't check it because then she starts telling me her birthday is tomorrow so we're all giddy and having a great time talking not one time did she double check my bag, but I pull off. Feeling happy because I'm bout to eat. I have to drive 40 minutes away to the place that I rent in Milwaukee. I get all the way home and I have four snack Bacons and one hash brown. I'm not saying she kept them but they weren't given to me. I'm really highly upset and I just am appalled. That's all I wanted for my birthday....now I'm just crying cause it was the straw that broke the camels back..I have called them over 20 times. so I'm gonna take it to corporate. After three bad experiences at another location, I gave this location a chance. I ordered through the app ten minutes prior to attempting to pick it up. Please note the app for ordering is for ahead of time so you save time by not waiting for your order. Upon arrival, there was both no line and no order ready for me. This location took over 20 minutes to make my order (after my arrival) that I placed ahead of time through the app. I won't be returning to any Dunkin' and I hope my memories of the clearly useless app are completely forgotten soon enough. read more

Soooo...up front I'll say that customer service form the stand point of friendliness was great, unfortunately all that wen tout the window when we pulled away and opened up bag to retrieve our order. I ordered a coffee and when it was handed to me the lid was not on all the way. I was at the drive thru and the coffee spill all over me and my car. I had to call several times and corp will not do anything because this location is a franchise. I called the head manager and he said bring him the receipt for the cleaning of the car and he would pay for it. Then when I brought the receipt to him he backed out of the deal. Let's start with the fact this a a very busy location, but the leader here needs to create a smoother process, still way to slow with teammates not sure of what to do or even how to greet. My biggest concern is with the current mandates for Covid in Wisconsin and they are slacking on that tremendously with many customers ( I counted 6 this morning without any type of a mask on) It is the responsibility of every team member to enforce or don't serve. Today I even saw a team member with hers down as she was grabbing doughnuts. I work in the industry and wear mine 12 hours a day and I hate it but I also enforce the wear of them with anybody in my cafe. read more

I'd give them zero stars, but then I couldn't leave a review, so I had to give one star. We chose this location over the others in Kenosha because they had better reviews than the others. Typically that's a logical approach but it failed ya massively this time. My husband, myself and our two children stopped for 2 Boston Creme donuts, a jelly donut, 10 munchkins, a glazed donut, and 2 chocolate glazed donuts. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and two lattes add vanilla. The cashier handed us our first bag and said she put the frosted donuts all together in one bag so they "were safe". Except they were all stuck together because she didn't use any sort of parchment paper, or wax paper to keep the donuts separate from each other. Our lattes, which we were really looking forward to, were terrible. The coffee tasted burnt. A burnt vanilla latte. It was horrific. We'd have gone back in and asked for a refund, or fresh coffee, or something, but we had gone through the drive thru as our infant was asleep in the car, and we were on day five of a move. I ordered a frozen hot Choctaw with extra whip and chocolate drizzle. I have to order chocolate drizzle and whip cream with it now because of their inconsistency of how to make a drink. The drink tasted like the ends of a coffee pot, and crunchy. The place looks dirty just from the drive thru window and they have terrible attitudes there. If you don't want to put in the effort and time to work someplace then DONT. If the management team communicated effectively like they used to, this place would be so much better but it's gone to trash to be honest. It's worth driving out to the interstate just for coffee, he'll make coffee at home if you can! read more

The workers here are so very nice it's hard for me to give the two star rating, but really the place deserves only one star. It's a doughnut shop, that often runs out of doughnuts. If you know the Monty Python "cheese shop" skit, raise your hand. The rest of you, hit the U-tubes, it's classic food comedy genius and you need to understand my next sentence. I had a very similar experience with the drive-through window here recently. I don't think I've had the opportunity to use the phrase, raison d'être, here on Yelp before but it's so approp I spent 10 minutes figuring out how to get the right accent over the e. Yes, the raison d'être of any doughnut shop is to sell doughnuts, and for a Dunkin' Donuts this should be expanded to, sell doughnuts in a wide variety 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with fresh hot coffee. I'm not supposed to eat doughnuts, they are high in bad fats, cholesterol, calories so I'm sneaking in here. And every time I've gone through the emotional trouble to sneak in here, all they have left are one or three stale leftover doughnut choices. Yes, I've only come in here late at night because this is a location that is very convenient to people driving to or from (to and from) the Chicago and Milwaukee areas. But that's when Dunkin' Donuts should be a place for a wide selection of suicidal snacks that no one I know needs to know about. One of the most useful things I learned as a paramedic in Chicago was police officers all over North America know where to find good coffee and doughnuts and I've never seen a constable here, ever. read more

I used to go here in high school and LOVE the tea, and chai teas and food, i also used it a couple years ago and thy used to be so good! The service and food and drink quality has PLUMMETED. Every time i get an iced tea here it tastes like old water or it tastes like it's been made with iced coffee, in which both cases i throw it away and waste my money EVERY TIME! It never fails! I used to love the tea with the blueberry flavoring. I still love dunkin, just not this particular location. If you were looking for much better quality i would use the one out by I-94 or farther out, just DEFINITELY not this one.... hopefully the company tries to fix this. Customer service is also mediocre. There was no one in line and they still rush you along like they have something better to do. read more

This DD location is super! They are part of the Shell gas station but have a drive thru and offer all Dunkin's variety of coffees, teas, donuts, bagels, sandwiches etc. All the employees are super friendly and customer focused. I love their iced tea and if in the area always drive-up. Check them out you will be glad you did! read more

If I can give no stars I would... when I first arrived the gentleman taking orders was extremely rude like he was annoyed at me. I placed my order and was rushed so I didn't get everything I needed and when I went to the window to get the things I forgot he told me I couldn't order and I just wanted doughnut holes. He then snatched my money and pushed my items so hard in my hand my drinks wasted on my car and he didn't give a receipt or thank you just pushed the items in my hand and closed the window. Slow as molasses. There was one person in front of me who didn't speak English. Then, another person cut in front of me. An employee asked if she could start a drink for me. I ordered a hot green tea. I finally got to the counter and ordered one donut and a box of munchkins. I was directed to the other end of the counter for pick up. My tea was ready right away. Then someone tossed my bag with one donut on the counter yet in front of me. Tossed, not nicely put on counter. No wax paper in the bag so donut frosting stuck to the inside of the bag. Glad I didn't order more than one donut. Anyway, I stood there for almost ten minutes waiting for the munchkins. It was almost impossible to get their attention to ask what the hold up was. Eventually I politely got someone's attention and asked. The employee said - I already gave those to you (even though she had not). She looked around and found them at the drive through window and tossed them onto the counter and walked off. The munchkins and donut were dry. Yuck. Won't be stopping here again. read more
