We have been going here for years and the customer service is OUTSTANDING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

been going there 6 years always fast fair and flawless. Customer service emphasis with knowledgeable service technicians. Waiting area and restroom. spotlessly clean. read more

Wow! I have found the next level to personal oil change for my car, with the service of Cafe de Lube. What a positive first-time experience rather than going to a chain oil change place. I did my homework and checked on Yelp's reviews and sure enough, this place received a 5 * rating. So yesterday, I went. It was around 3:00 pm and I was in line for the next bay. The co-owner was super honest with me as to which oil change plan I should receive based on mileage. Then as I received my bill, I noticed I received a senior discount without even knowing one existed and asked for my age. The service was thorough and gave me enough time to have a yummy hot chocolate with whipped cream which was also discounted due to using their service. Everyone was super professional and friendly. What a gem of a place! read more

Great service at every turn from the owner! He worked to be as helpful as possible without over selling ANYTHING! He is the best. He gave me the service I needed an not one thing more. Full inspection and run down on my car left me feeling very confident about the new used car my son bought this particular day. read more

I came here for an oil change and when I was driving home, the lower engine splash shield, basically a large piece of plastic which covers the engine bay, came off on interstate 94. As this cover needs to be removed to drain the oil from the engine its pretty obvious who is at fault here. It is especially disappointing as there were no other customers at this place before I came or after I left, so i'm not sure why the lube tech was so rushed to do this job. read more

We have the basic service services performed for our vehicles here. Having a cup of coffee is a really nice bonus. The staff are friendly and helpful. They didn't have the volume to justify selling pastries or sandwiches so it's just coffee and vehicle maintenance. It's very clean and a nice place to relax while waiting. Some people do go there to have coffee and hang out. One thing I like about the vehicle side of things is they do not try to hard-sell services or products. They offer or recommend them, offer options but don't push. The coffee is good too...we did like the small menu they had but the pandemic changed a lot of things. I am happy they are in business and seem to being doing well. read more

I have been a customer with Cafe de Lube for years and I have always loved going there but I have never written a review until now. I moved to Chicago this past fall and got my oil changed recently with a Jiffy Lube down there. Three weeks goes by and my car is making all these crazy sounds. I decided to take my car back to a place I trusted and made a trip to Kenosha specifically to go to Cafe de Lube. This is a business that TAKES CARE OF YOU. They care about your safety and the quality of your car. They are here to help and make sure you leave with the best quality/condition your car can be in. When you go here they treat your car like they are taking care of their own. I cannot recommend this business enough. GO HERE FIRST! read more

Brilliant business model. An oil change place attached to a coffee shop. So really this is a dual review: The coffee shop is legit. Beautifully decorated, great ambiance. The coffee is better than Big Name coffee and is cheaper too. I'll definitely visit again just for the coffee. The oil change was fast and professional. No attempts to bamboozle or up sell. When the oil change was done they pulled my car out and parked it, so I was free to finish up my coffee next door. A+++ highly recommend read more

I am on the road a lot and have to get my oil changes where I can. VERY nice people and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back when I am in the area! read more

Still amazing service, we take all our vehicles here for basic maintenance. Relax in the amazing waiting area, have some fresh coffee, and know they are trustworthy and honest. read more

I was recommended this place by a friend. The employees and owner are very friendly and honest about their work. They took their time to explain to me an issue that was a quick fix. They made sure to check a few other things on my car and let me know when I need a new air filter. They keep notes on what they did as well. Iappreciate their work and will definitely be a returning customer read more

This place is awesome! I was in Kenosha for a few hours on Friday and had maybe 45 minutes to get an oil change so I did some searching and found this place. This was easily the best experience I've ever had getting my oil changed!! I got the full service/full synthetic oil change. They brought the filters out to me because they were horrid-they really were. He wasn't insistent he just let me see them. I had both the air filter and cabin air filter changed-$22 for each filter....installed!! Outstanding! The measured the tread depth in the tires and said they didn't recommend rotation at that point. Amazing! Everything was completed in less than 40 minutes. I will absolutely be back!! I will be in Kenosha on Fridays so it's a no brainer where I'll be getting my oil changed! read more

I love this place. They will take good care of you and they always try to help you save money. It's super pleasant and can be quite relaxing to have a coffee while you wait. read more

What a great place. The manager is very nice and professional. 25% off in the cafe with an oil change. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the place is very clean. Fireplace, comfy couches, high top tables all connected to the garage. Carmel Latte and an oil change. You cant beat it. What a great little gem to stumble across in my new hometown. I will definitely be back. The oil change service was very good. The prices are as good as any but when you add in the nice atmosphere and friendly staff, this is the place to come. I recommend checking it out. read more

Cafe de Lube - Nice place to wait instead of the usual "garage" atmosphere. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kenosha, Wisconsin

Very cute little cafe. My white chocolate mocha was very good. I'd definitely come back again.

Nice little place where you can get all lubed up and have a coffee too. They claim they don't up sell, which they clearly do, but I thought the way in which they did it was nice. One of the mechanics came into the coffee shop and kneeled down in front of us with some car parts to explain why he wanted to fix what he did. I thought it was a really nice touch. My wife liked the coffee and I LOVED the chilled hot chocolate (or whatever it's called). If I lived in the area I'd certainly go there again, the service is top notch. read more

OH MY! Get my CAR'S OIL CHANGED while enjoying a COFFEE for only $22.50 [new customer special]?? LUDACRIS!! Not it's all true at Cafe de Lube...??? Yes, mark my words Cafe - de - Lube. The name definitely sounds naughty (and becomes even worse once you find out that NewlySingle.com Kenosha singles are going to "meet up" with other singles on April 11th for the first time...) Well without reading too much into the name as I'm prone to do, it is how it sounds: A cafe serving coffee, tea, pastries and breakfast that is purposefully connected to a full-service lube/oil change shop. Let's just hope the coffee doesn't taste like oil, tar, antifreeze or wax! Heck, now all the Cafe de Lube is missing (per my aunt's dreamy suggestion) are mechanics who dress up in suits/tuxedos while changing your oil for the pure purpose of eye candy (and by oil I mean your CAR'S oil!). They'd then have to change the name to Nuts 'N Bolts (again, according to my aunt). read more

If you are looking for an oil change, look no further. Cafe de Lube is one of the coolest ideas for car maintenance I have ever had the joy of visiting. You can sit, enjoy a nice cup of coffee (at a discount with the oil change), and read for a few minutes while they work on your car. Usually, you are in an out before you know it. It makes the usual task of getting an oil change and sitting in some dingy waiting room for hours seem like a horrible nightmare of the past. This is the only place I will take my car in Kenosha! read more

Never and I mean never will I ever go back to any other oil change station (while I live in Kenosha)! This place is family owned and ran. It also has a small cafe and ample of spaces to sit down! They also have a little drive thru window for the cafe portion which is so cool! It is suuuuuuper affordable and they are so nice and care for your car! I recommend this place to everyone! read more

This is now my go to place for my oil changes. Great service and staff, honest with no hard sales pitch. Best prices in town. Love the cafe for a bite, a coffee and a clean comfortable area to wait while your car is being service. read more

Best place for oil changes. If you're looking for an honest oil change place, this is it. Very down to earth and friendly owner. There are even perks like free air filter or whippers for being a regular customer. Great place. Highly recommended. read more

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but i promise it's worth the visit! My friend and I were looking for a cafe and we found this place by accident. We decided to give it a try and both loved what we got and the guy working was super friendly!! If i'm ever in the area again I will absolutely go bak! read more

What a lovely place to get an oil change. The café is adorable, the staff is super friendly and they have delicious bakery items, sandwiches, paninis, coffee and drinks. Great music playing while you wait as well. Not your typical oil changing place, highly recommended! read more

Definitely not what you would imagine a oil change place to look like! I was blown away by the atmosphere of the cafe. Coffee is complimentary with an oil change. They have pastries, paninis, and lattes. The owner Ron is super nice! I called ahead and to make an appointment, although they don't make appointments, he assured me that they would be able to answer all of my questions and that if I needed to wait it would be a comfortable wait. And he wasn't lying! I may just come here to study and get coffee some days as the cafe is completely separate from the lube area. read more

I am loyal to this place for oil changes. Always quality service. Honest people. great lobby with a cafe in it. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. read more

This place is awesome. It's a combination oil change garage/café. Here are the highlights: 1. Fair price - it was $35.00 for a full service oil change. Included check for battery, belts, filters, fluids, lights, wipers, and tires. 2. Everyone from the guys working the garage to the girl running the café were really nice, professional, and polite. 3. It was nice to sip a coffee in a clean café while I waited. Not only was the iced chai I had delicious, I got a 20oz for $2.00 because you get a discount from the café for being an oil change customer. 4. They go over a checklist of everything they looked at and provide recommendations in a very low pressure style. This is definitely my new oil change place. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

Best oil change in town. Fair prices are n everything. I always get something from the cafe while I wait for my oil change. Love supporting great local businesses. Food is good. Service is great. The guys are always courteous and never pushy. Never try to sell me something I don't need. Very nice atmosphere in the cafe. read more

I absolutely live sitting in the cozy cafe sipping on a white zombie frozen coffee! Much nicer then any lube waiting room I've been in. The owners should be very proud if their employees, especially Ashley, Dana, Chris, and Tony who are always helpful and friendly. They are always very truthful about what you need like wipers and air filters rather than like the other places in town which will tell you that you need new ones after 2 months. And they have the best oil change prices in town! read more

Read all the good reviews here; decided to give them a try. I usually change my own oil, but it's bitter cold out. Everything went great, it honestly couldn't have been a better experience. Very fast, great prices, easy to deal with. I brought my own filter etc. and it wasn't a problem. Best thing that has happened to me all year! read more

I have lived here for 6 months and until now I always thought this was just a café. This will be my go to place for now on for oil changes. Affordable and good quality oil that will take you the distance. I have not go to try out the coffee yet but I am looking forward to it. The staff was pretty friendly and I was in/out in no time. read more

Clean place with competetive prices. If you want, you can enjoy a cup of coffee while having your car serviced. They offer other tasty treats and beverages too if coffee is not your sort of thing. Puts a little twist on the oil change experience! They have great coffee & food for you to purchase and enjoy while you wait for your car. Pricing confused me a bit and seemed higher then normal for my car but I can't say for sure since my husband usually takes the car. However great place and ambiance. Def check it out!!!!! read more

I have been getting my oil changed at Cafe De Lube since it opened. Not only is it extremely well priced (around $30), it has a great staff, fun atmosphere, and great coffee! Today I went in for my normal oil change but on my way to leave my car died. One of the staff came out ready to jump my car. He tried and tried for about 30 minutes and it wasn't working. The owner came in from home (he's a mechanic) to look at it for free! He told me I needed a new battery and If I went and bought one he would change it out for me for free! I brought one in and sure enough I was ready to go with a new battery in about 10 minutes! I tried to pay him for his time but he said my continuous business was payment enough. Please support this great local business and try them out for an oil change or a great cup of coffee! read more
