I've been to this location multiple times, and at this point I should've learned my lesson. Every visit leaves me disappointed. I usually order a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, and they refuse to make it without ice--even though the app clearly allows that customization. It's frustrating and confusing. The staff often come across as inattentive, and the overall experience just isn't great. It's your average Starbucks, however, the staff and the service at this location was impeccable. Went here on a hot Sunday afternoon to get out of the heat. We ordered two iced lattes, and chilled out in the air conditioning. Found out that if you enjoy your coffee on premise, you get a refill for free. I think that's outstanding. read more

I hate giving poor reviews but this Starbucks is always a poor experience. It's always the longest wait of all Starbucks I've been to. I did an online order and other customers got their drinks before I did, even when ordering after me. Specifically, a couple regulars walked and placed their orders almost 15 minutes after me and still got theirs before me. As I was writing this, the barista handed me my drinks and apologized for the wait because she had to remake it since it exploded on her..the second one she made was wrong. I didn't bother saying anything because I didn't want to wait for a drink remake. It isn't the workers fault why this location isn't the best. This is the busiest area in Kenosha and management is setting their workers up for failure because they're understaffed. Step it up, managers and regional managers and take care of your employees physically and mentally. With the volume of customers your employees see..there needs to be more staff! read more

Went here with my brother to get him a drink for his birthday. We went inside and when I was giving my order the employee was suddenly on their cellphone taking a phone call. Talking about how someone was yelling at them etc. I was then standing there waiting to pay as she finished her convo. We waiting quite a while for our drinks and my brother was given a grande when I ordered him a venti and my drink was hot when I asked for it iced. Once I got someone's attention to fix it. I'm not sure what has happened at this location in the last year or so. I use the drive through most often and they never seem to have things together- at any time of day. The waits excessive for each and every car-like they never catch up to a good flow. I think the mobile pick up is partly to blame. There are two Starbucks in my area, and this is right beside my work, so I end up here a lot. It is somewhat inconvenient because you have to exit the main road and go into a strip mall area to drive through, so if youre in a hurry it does add some time for you. The other in Kenosha is directly on/off/on and must faster. It is always nice and clean and everyone has been very friendly. However, STARBUCKS YOU DISCOUNTINUED MY TEA! Why? Whhhhhhhy?! No more Chai. I almost threw a toddlers and tiara fit crying, but I made it through. Ugh. Also, they now limit brewed coffee and have gone to drip. My wife went inside because there was 12 cars in line. Time was 230ish.there was only one person in front of my wife. Only 3 employees behind counter. I was here a few days ago and most of the baristas were running around like crazy and I've gotta give props to them. But I saw something honestly concerning. While everyone was running around, there seemed to be one barista in particular that was being an absolute jerk to the others. I could hear him telling one of the others to "shut the f up" and honestly, they already looked stressed, so that's not helpful, nor do I appreciate hearing that kind of language while just trying to get a coffee. He was fine with the customers, but I think it's pretty messed up to be telling your coworkers that. Ok coffee my friend and I ordered an iced coffee and frappuccino .. Both were OK.. What really makes the 2 star review though is their lack of attention to the customers.. They seem to have about 5 or 6 people working but even after they were told there was no paper in the bathroom, they still, after 10 minutes did not address the concern instead watching women go to the bathroom only to come out and AGAIN let them know they were out of paper!!! I have never bought any drink besides a frappuchino here. This place is so goofy I don't want to go here anymore. I ordered the holiday drink. I may not have specifified frappuchino, but I don't understand why they always assume hot. They should ask how you're getting the drink if you forget to say. A girl made the right drink, then saw that the ticket didn't specify frappuchino. I was standing nearby. Instead of asking me, she dumped the right drink and made me one of thise lukewarm hot drinks, whatever they are. I picked it up and saw that it moved, and told them my drink was made wrong. She dumped that and made a third drink. I think the waste is ridiculous, and also the fear of asking the guest what they really want.
