My first time trying the paradise drink. Pineapple, passionfruit, coconut milk refresher. I've had the pink drink before which is delicious; this is also delicious. It is definitely less sweet, and very pineapple forward. My only remark is that I wish I could taste the passionfruit and more of the coconut. But, I'm biased as passionfruit is my favorite fruit. I also tried the frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade. This is very light, and was not very lemony. It certainly is refreshing, but I prefer the coconut milk drinks for their creaminess. The turd of all Racine Starbucks & this isn't the first time at this location. Came in, a district visit or inspection was underway & all parties involved proceeded to completely ignore me while I stood there. You need to wean your staff off of the Drive-Thru Nipple because there ARE customers in-store. Ordered a bakery item, which was forgotten, & when I finally said I wanted a refund, instead of apologizing or zapping it in the mw, was told by your snippy 4-eyed Muppet of a mgr that "I should be more patient, they were busy". Whaaaatt??? You can keep your nasty overpriced $3.49 cookie & no tip needed for a no-skill Nitro hand pull. She was barking orders @ other servers & barked @ me to move to the center counter for pick up. You employ some very unqualified managers. Had an awesome experience at this location. I'm from Milwaukee so I wouldn't say I'm used to the great customer service and small town kindness I received here. I nervously asked for some cold foam added to my drink, because it seemed like it was accidentally forgotten or had melted. Cruised here this morning to pickup coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Again, the baristas are clueless and do not care about the product they are making for a customer. Every time I give them chance after chance hoping that they hired a caring individual that is working to make the coffee drink they were trained to make instead of complaining at work about how many hours they worked or about how many of the same coffees they made today. Barista's if you complain while at work you hate your job. Quit! Please stop making the customers experience hellish. We come to starbucks for the coffee not to here about you problems. Obviously Starbucks is conveniently located and has fast service! I love a hot strong coffee in the morning or a Mocha on the go in the afternoon! It's Starbucks.You get great coffee options. It's always tasty. The neat thing is, Starbucks now provides great gift items and the largest array of gift card options. This particular location offers attentive and friendly service as I added value to my app and discussed different holiday drink choices. I always enjoy assistance with a smile. While small, my friend and I found a great spot to sit and visit for quite a while. There are comfy chairs, window bar seating and tables. I watched their drive-thru stay absolutely packed the entire time I was there. It does get a bit noisy when it is crowded. My only gripe is that the temperature inside was soooo cold! read more

This location is easiest for me to go to, but I'm usually disappointed. This most recent time I've gone in there were way too many flys. It was kinda gross. But I understand you can't avoid them completely, but I think there were way to many for a place that serves food and drinks. Besides that the floor was dirty but that is to be expected for any busy place. The staff was nice, but a future not to any customers, the drive thru is always faster than going in. Service here is so slow it's ridicules. Don't go here unless you have lots and lots and lots of spare time no matter what you order. They can and will take their sweet time and most of the time your order will be wrong. The barista's are usually friendly and you get to know them pretty well since your standing there waiting forever for your order. Mobile ordering doesn't seem to help either. They are usually out of everything at the bar as well - no cream, half and half or stirrers. Very frustrating. read more

This Starbucks seems to be more focused on drive through customers...never have an issue when driving through. Inside customer service is horrible. The last three times I was there my order was completely forgotten, and it wasn't even busy. Went up to the counter where the drinks are placed and stood there wondering if and when I would be acknowledged. The answer is never. It's like I was invisible (and I am a large dude too.) Had to get someone's attention and ask where my drink was. Finally they make it and just set it down...no apology or even a smile. It was a brisk autumn morning in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The leaves were changing the birds were chirping, it was bound to be a great day. I had been conversing with my dear friend Matthew about starting a YouTube channel where he does crazy food challenges and I would be his hype man. He said he wanted to eat the second hottest pepper in the world, the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion. We decided that he would eat 2 and I would eat 1 which I don't fucking know how I got dragged into this buttfucking mess. We settled on that night and we would get a group of friends together to watch. We went out and had a good time that night but in the back of my head, I knew what was in store for me. We got to matts basement and we laid the peppers on the table. Everyone couldn't wait to watch me die. I felt like a witch being burned at the stake while bystanders looked on with foam fingers cheering for my demise. The camera started rolling and we explained what was going on, I mostly just talked about how much I hated my life. We picked up the peppers and cheersed them, which was classy as fuck, and then we bit down onto satans penis tip and tore the whole thing off. I chewed and felt nothing, I think this is gonna be o-BOOMSHAKALAKA. WAM. WITHIN 10 SECONDS I SHAQUILLE O' FEEL LIKE IM DYING. I realized what the fuck just hit me with a, oh no. There was no going back now. I chewed and chewed and finally I swallowed as I felt it travel down my body vaping the whole way down. My mouth was plagued with feeling of the inside of an oven on high cooking a jacks frozen pizza, and no matter what I tried it just kept getting worse. As I looked to my left I could see my friend Matt transform into a shiny demon and I questioned if I was still awake. Every noise was loud and sharp as I could hear my friends laughing at my pain. I felt my body temperature rise to 110 as I asked myself is it hot in here or is it just me? I felt my arms raise up to take off my shirt and then my shirt was off. I looked to Matt and said did you take my shirt off? The next 3 minutes I paraded around the room wondering what the fuck was happening, and WHO TOOK MY FUCKING SHIRT OFF. The fire was blazing worse than ever as I wished for the sweet release of death. The next ten minutes are erased from my memory but at some point my shirt got back on and I sat in a chair with a piece of bread in my hand. I laughed at the pain because I knew I would conquer the demon. After another 15 minutes of pain, my mouth was better, but the most intense pain of my life was building inside of my stomach. Jesus was playing a game of 1 on 1 with Ghandi and they were just calling glass on every shot rattling my body. Matt fled upstairs to take a shit but I was in foreign territory. This was not my home. I was a minute drive away from my driveway and I knew what I was in store for. I looked into a camera and said, I need to go home. I ran up the stairs and the exact moment I opened the door,Javier Baez hit the game winning Homerun for the cubs witch is still funny as fuck to me. I watched mike Stevens scream in celebration which was even funnier because I thought he was still downstairs. I left the house without a word and touched 60 driving through the neighborhood home. I ran into my house disregarding everything and ran to the bathroom. I hadn't thrown up in 8 years but it was time. I bent over the sink and watched as chunks of pepper and a gallon of milk left my body. My throat burned of the pepper again and I hated myself. I spent the next 30 minutes laying on my bathroom floor curled into a ball thinking what life felt like before this. I crawled into my bed and everything went black.
