They never actually give me extra crunch in my drink when I order it and honestly probably gave me less than what they are supposed to! Ordered my coffee via the app after leaving the gym and stopped right after to pick my order up. Coffee was apparently sitting there for a while as it was lukewarm and I had received the notification that my order was ready when I pulled up into the parking lot. As for the store itself it was very clean and the employees were very friendly. It also wasn't crowded and I was able to get in and out quickly. read more

The good: Nice location. Outdoor seating is way cool. Near the Clearview Mall. Friendly Baristas. They have stock, when others don't. Near a gang of eateries. Love the bar style window seating. The not so good: I find this location to be a little more stuffy than others, stuffy as the patron wise. I don't care for the drive thru, it's space deficient & a little hard to navigate. Parking is very limited. Easily missed when driving, seems to be just stuck in a 'tiny, oh this will do' space. But I'm glad they had my Eggnog Latte on tonight... tis the season. read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. It is a convenient location. Lots of businesses we use are close by it. The one down side about the location is that it's busy so it is sometimes hard to park. The drive thru is accessed between buildings and could be easily missed. The workers, however, are always friendly and helpful. They are quick. They are always efficient. The store is near and clean. I stopped on Christmas Eve while out running a last minute errand. I was nervous about stopping on a holiday like that. The drive thru moved quick and the workers were more than friendly and made my Christmas Eve great! read more

Love, love, love. Baristas are hard working efficient and super nice. But, they've begun offering 10 cents off I'd you bring your own clean cup. Who knows what's really clean and pandemic free. 4.14.2020 There is a notice on the entrance that the drive thru is open BUT if you place a mobile order, it will be placed in the usual spot near the counter. Ensure you make eye contact with a barista letting them know you placed a mobile order and they will bring it to you. I caught them right as they were about to lock the door and the employee brought my egg bites to me. read more

This location is odd. There is a drive thru that starts in the rear of the building. It is in a small strip mall with a game place and a men's haircut place, in front of a Home Depot. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant. There is also some outdoor seating. The drive thru is quick, but a sharp exit must be made to exit at the traffic light. Indoors is neat and clean. Restrooms are well stocked. I used to work nearby so I frequently stopped by for a coffee. I have only had one major issue with them. I had stopped by in the middle of an afternoon, and paid for my coffee and a treat with my app. Well, the clerk left my tab open and charged me for coffee for her friends. She admitted this to me. I called the headquarters and was refunded the money. Other than that, service has always been awesome. Easy access to and from I-10. read more

I will preface this review by saying I am biased about this location because I am a regular with it being in walking distance from my work. This is my favorite Starbucks by far due to the staff being so welcoming and helpful. They aren't ever afraid to admit when they make mistakes or to fix something when you are unsatisfied with your order. Everywhere I go I have to customize to my order and this place is probably where it gets the most complicated. I appreciate that although they can't remember every detail of my order they have committed the basic components of it to memory. These employees are not only very friendly but very efficient also. They are always busy but they manage the customers inside as well as the drive thru impressively fast. Don't hesitate to stop at this location for your chain coffee fix if you are ever in this part of the suburbs. read more

They never disappoint. I had a bad experience at the Algiers location, but this location made up for it. Update- This location has nvr disappointed me until today. The girl at the drive through window has to be watched . From the point of ordering, she repeated my order back wrong. I corrected her and there was silence lol. Of all the Starbucks in the New Orleans region with drive-thrus, this one has consistently held the longest wait time for years. Since 2014, I've endured the longest waits at this location. The baristas are typically friendly, but there is unquestionably some sort of efficiency problem with the drive thru. Lines are comparable to other locations such as the one further down Veterans towards Lakeview and the location off of Esplanade in Kenner, but this location doesn't manage the business nearly as well. On your average morning, expect an 18+ minute wait in the line , and upwards of 30 on some days. read more

I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk in and we all know that's not easy for employees when he/she might be having a bad day.. My orders are 95% of the time exactly how I like my coffee. Since this Starbucks is walking distance from my house, I come here over 3 times a week. It is super crowded in the morning, but I genuinely like the baristas. Unfortunately, I've had my moments here. More than once they gave me real milk instead of soy. I was sick because I can't drink cow milk. Once I asked a young lady about my the type of milk used, she said rude. I asked because it tastes like real milk, and I get sick. Sure enough I was sick. The manager, Lee, was able to give me a comped latte the next day. So why them a four star instead of 2 or 3? I've been here over 20 times, and I've had less than 5 bad experiences. One week ago at 9 pm one of the employees was trying to let people leave by cleaning the floor with the soup next to their tables, and on the entrance, I was the only one inside when 2 others came, they were not able to enter because she left the soup on the floor, she saw them and did nothing, then I left and these two left as well.. Stopped here on my way back from a cruise. This location is conveniently located off of highway 10 and they have a drive-thru! The store was clean and offered all the touches Starbucks is known for. I redeemed my birthday drink today and got a venti iced chestnut praline. The cashier was helpful with answering my questions about the drink and made it easily customizable. The drive thru on the side of the building is a bit precarious to navigate, however, especially if you drive a larger vehicle. There are plenty of scrape marks on the high curb to remind you of all the cars before you who did not heed the severeness of the rather sharp turn (probably close to 90 degrees!). read more

It's pretty foolish, as corporate empires take decades to build, and weeks to crumble, it seems. I think of what some knowledgeable person told me in Seattle. "We like to think of SBUX as the McDonald's of coffee - mediocre product available everywhere." So to me, SBUX boils down to ambience and friendly service. And while they can precisely engineer the ambience of each store, the customer service is always the wild card in every case. This store, like so many others, is sadly one of the majority. Inconsistent cashier service, long times to make drinks, and indifference toward the sale are hallmarks. Yes you have a few nice people behind the bar. But for the majority back there, it's the tired and true SBUX mantra: You Need Us. read more

My girls love Starbucks Every time we pass a Starbucks they want to stop. Yesterday we were celebrating my daughter's birthday weekend, passed Starbucks and had to stop in the drive up to get their favorites. Well, to our surprise and disappointment. The cookie and cake pop was delicious as usual, but the 3 drinks were not good at all. They lacked flavor, half the drink was liquid, and the rest taste like slushy ice, with lumpy deflated whipped cream. There was only 1 car at the window, which left pretty quick. We were next, but waited at the window for a very long time. It appeared the barista was making several orders while we waited. Now there is a line around the building ‍‍So so disappointed. A total waste of my $22, then they kept my bank card and ruined my daughter's birthday shopping spree because we had to leave the mall to go back to get my bank card in order to shop. I don't recommend 2705 Veterans Blvd. read more
