One of the WORST Starbucks. I don't think I've ever seen this place truly clean; the floors are always disgusting. My friend put in an order and everything in it was incorrect. The pastry was old and had a human hair on it. Just awful. read more

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Less than 1.5 miles from home. I don't frequent them like I have in the past but every time I visit they do not disappoint. Service is always up to par. My drink is always hit and fixed perfectly. They will continue to be my go to stop. read more

A flat white is not a latte. Starbucks really fell off when they got drive-thru's and push-button machinery. The art of crafting lightweight, smooth-tasting hot beverages no longer exists. I visited this Texas location and they made my flat white wrong TWICE! The look, feel (weight) and taste were all wrong. My shots sat in the cup for at least 2 mins while she made other other drinks. Then she came back and pressed the steam button for my milk, dumped it in the cup and handed me a hot cup of milk. The best Starbucks with great customer service! Less hectic than Morton ranch location.

Went two days in a row when it wasn't busy. Politely asked about my simple order to make sure it wasn't forgotten as it had been over 15 minutes both times. Both days, the girl with dark hair who worked 12/31 and 1/1 curtly told me that it would come out when it comes out. She made my refresher with too much ice and water but I didn't ask for it be remade to avoid further conflict. Terrible service. read more

This location obviously has not trained their baristas properly. I always order the mocha cookie crumble frappe, but never at this location before. The drink tasted like they used too much artificial sweetener. When I asked if they could remake it, the manager told me that the Java chip, double chocolaty chip frappe & the mocha cookie crumble are all the exact same thing & would not remake it. We ordered 8 drinks at once and there were two mistakes, one of them was my mistake i ordered a drink hot that was meant to be cold, and they accidentally left behind a drink that we came back for because we fortunately were staying nearby. Not my favorite starbucks, service sometimes is a hit or miss, they don't always make my drinks correctly, my last frappuccino tasted like they pumped the whole bottle of caramel in it. This particular morning the young fellow at the window was a bit EXTRA and RUDE. When He is working the drive thru, I can always expect slight rudness. I've never really had a problem with any Starbucks locations until I came to this one. Service is usually great and drinks are good at the ones I've been to. I was looking at houses in the area and came to this Starbucks for a quick picker-upper. I ordered a tall iced Matcha soymilk latte. The ice was filled to the very top of the cup (so much that I had trouble even putting my straw in). I took 2 sips and the drink went down to like 1/4 of the cup. Went back to see if they could remake the drink with a normal amount of ice, and they told me they can't because they're conveniently out of Matcha. Really... So then they just proceeded to fill the cup up with more soymilk. So I ended up with a tall cup of iced soymilk with no Matcha flavor. My bf got a grande white chocolate mocha and it was terrible. It was basically a cup of warm milk and no flavor. Wouldn't recommend this location read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. We ordered at the drive through window two tall coffees, one plain and one with cream. Simple enough? And he had to ask us a couple of times to repeat the order. Then he got us two coffees both with cream. No apology and was annoyed that we wanted what we had ordered. He was jumpy and had a bad attitude. I would've excused his behavior by thinking he was developmentally slow or challenged. But he had such a bad personality that I couldn't even assume that. He was slow and rude. Train your employees to be competent and nicer. If I have to come here again, I will not be dealing with this guy! read more

This location is nice, usually the orders we put online are made to order. It's small but clean and well kept. The service cared from shift to shift. Sometimes I get amazing service other days I just get ok service. It also seems that in the afternoon my orders online have been done wrong or poorly. Overall still like it. read more

I don't typically have any issues with this Starbucks, but today was the WORST I EVER HAD THERE. My boyfriend was trying to order a special drink called "Pink Dragon" that another Barista at a different location so kindly gave us the instructions on how to order it. When my fiancé was trying to explain in to her at the speaker, she came off bothered, like she didn't want to help or even try to look for it. Her words were "I don't see a pink dragon, and if it's part of the special drink menu, then I don't know how to do that, so?" Then she acted like she found it, and hesitated and said okay, "what else can I get you" so we ordered chorizo breakfast sandwich and a blueberry oatmeal. When we got to the window she handed my fiancé the "pink dragon" and said "We didn't know how to make it, so we just made you a dragon drink." Didn't offer to ask if he wanted anything else, didn't even try to sympathize with him at all. Just pretty much made us feel like he had no choice that's what he is getting. And on top of that she then came back to the window to say we don't have chorizo sandwich we only have feta wrap or reduce fat sandwich. And then came back a second time to say we also don't have blueberry oatmeal, when originally at the drive thru, she was the one who offered the blueberry oatmeal. Mind you, we have already paid for our items. When we get our items that we didn't originally order, my coffee that didn't taste like the one I ordered, my oatmeal had too much water in it and was all watery. That was just the cherry on top of the bad experience. Honestly if she would have just shown better customer service I probably wouldn't have wrote this review but, It was her attitude and lack of service that started it for us. I got her name from her apron, her name was Abigail. We have always known of Starbucks to have top customer service but today made us feel the complete opposite. read more

It just seems like everything went wrong at this Starbucks. There wasn't like one single thing it was just the whole experience was like... not up to par. Each customer took like five minutes to order, which isn't entirely the staff's fault but they should be helping people decide what they want. It was just really annoying. The bathrooms were not very tidy, worthless trash can design had paper towels everywhere and the floor was quite wet. Pee on the seat doesn't bother me when I'm doing a stand up but I'm sure the women don't appreciate it since they don't have the option.
