This Starbucks is lovely! We decided to try a different one since the one near target has a smaller parking lot. The establishment is so spacious and is aesthetically pleasing with plenty of seating to unwind and relax after work. The employees are so sweet! One went out of her way to get husband napkins without being asked, when she noticed she spilled a bit of cold foam in the cup. She totally didn't need to but it was very considerate. I came in the drive thru Tuesday of last week and got a shaken espresso drink with sweet cream, it tasted like it was just made with oat milk. When I explained to the young man (I believe his name was Destin or Deslin) who took my order and spoke to me at the window (sounded absolutely miserable) and was also the one making the drinks, that it was supposed to be sweet cream, he was extremely rude and curt. Instead of offering to remake my drink, he proceeded to argue with me ensuring me that it was made correctly even though I get the same thing every time, and this was totally different. There was also nothing written on my cup. This behavior is extremely unacceptable and this young man should be held accountable for treating customers this way. I won't be back. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to when I need a Starbucks fix. They're located right next to the Petsmart off of Richlands Highway and Yopp. They're thankfully open really early. If you go through their drive thru, you'll need to pretty much drive around the Starbucks and their neighboring stores (it can be a bit dizzying having to make a circle to get in and out of the drive thru). It is easy to get in and out of this drive thru/store. There is parking that is found around the buildings (can be a bit crazy when it gets busy and people want to back out of their parking spots, the drive thru and want to get into the Starbucks). The people at Drive Thru are super sweet and friendly. I've found that they'll get you in and out quickly so you can get going with what you need to do. They usually get our drinks correctly (only a couple of times where I was a bit sad, but I feel like those were made by someone new). I would highly recommend this location because they're super nice, work quickly and I've personally left here feeling happy each time. read more

I have been a gold card holder for a few years now (I know, I know...who cares?) but when I spend upwards of $150 a month at this Starbucks alone I would expect they know my mobile order and would get it right but nope. Time and time again lately this Starbucks has slacked on a simple Dark Roast pour over that I order 10-15 minutes before arriving to ensure they have time to make it even though the app states 4-7 minutes time. Tonight was not the first time in recent weeks my order was not ready when I arrived, it was incorrect (cake pops were added), or something was missing (seltzer water). Each time I had to ask about my order or wait for 10 to 15 minutes after I arrived for it to be ready. Does this not defeat the mobile order existence? The location has small parking spots as it is in a tiny strip mall. I held out hope they would continue their amazing first year-Ish customer service but after the past month or so of crappy, substandard service I guess it is just the way it will be. I swear they are the fastest location in the area! The line can be wrapped around the building twice and they'll have your order and send you on your way in 5-10 mins. The only Starbucks location i can depend on here in Jacksonville! They are always stocked with supplies & food. My order is always correct & their customer service is amazing! Is this place permanently closed? Every time I show up around 9:30-10am it's not opened and people are stupid enough to wait in the drive through when it says closed on the front door. This is the best one in town by far. The staff is amazing and they work diligently to get our order ready.

They put my grande hot white mocha latte in a venti cup (who does that) and tried to charge me for it. To top it off... they made my drink with SPOILED MILK. I didn't catch it immediately just that it tastes off. Went to dump it and saw the milk chunks floating and caught a whiff of soured milk and that's with it having the other smells with it! Tummy troubles ahead because I already feel a little nauseated. Would rather go to any other Starbucks where I'm confident they'll make my drink with NON EXPIRED milk!!! read more

Have come here multiple times I absolutely love the paninis. The last panini I had unfortunately barely had anything in it. I'm usually not one to complain so I just ate it and didn't really worry... the next time I came in I told them it wasn't exactly filled last's time which was fine but to just make sure this one had something. The lady was so nice and understanding made sure it was full and even gave my panini to me! I feel like a lot of bigger places now don't really care and don't acknowledge mistakes. I was fully ready to pay the price and just wanted to make sure I was getting what I paid for so it was nice to be heard and appreciated considering I come here and buy frappes for employees of mine. It's nice to know your service is appreciated. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 read more

I am a RALEIGH regular Starbucks customer, I visited this location and had the worst experience I have EVER had in my life. After a 10 minute wait in the Drive-thur the Barista did NOT secure the lid on my cup and spilled a Venti cup of coffee on me leg which resulted in a burn and scar. When the incident occurred the manager on duty passed me a 4.00 gift card and basically rushed me out of the drive thru. I have been in contact with Starbucks with no resolve since September. I can't help but to think if I wasn't an AFRICAN AMERICAN female that I would be getting different treatment. From the moment this incident happened I have been being treated less than and inhumane. I have spent thousands of documented dollars with Starbucks and the fact that I am being treated this way is ridiculous.
