I love 7! this location is good but their line system sucks! they make the outside line wait significantly longer than the inside lane. i got here and waited for my drinks about 10 min longer than the lane next to us. by the time car in the inside lane left, i was still in the SAME spot. cars that pulled in MUCH after us also left before us. very annoying! i waited for about 30minutes read more

Feeling super frustrated as I tried to order a coffee and there were no menus to look at before getting to where they take your order. I asked for a menu and they said they didn't have one. The car hop was kind but since I didn't know what they had I couldn't order so I had to deny ordering and wait in line until I could drive out. read more

So I went in the evening time where it wasn't as busy and when I got here and ordered my drink, I went ahead and waited around for almost like 15 minutes just for my drink, and then, when the girl walked up to me with my drink, she already had an attitude and then when I got my drink, it wasn't even completely full. When I saw the drive thru filled with cars wrapped around the building I was a little worried I'd have a long wait. Not at all! Those drive thru order takers had things moving like a Chikfila! I placed my order within 2 minutes and had my drink in less than 5 mins later! Plus they were super friendly and knowledgeable! So many different drinks to choose from but I ended up going with the Sweet and Salty Chiller. Let's just say I was on a sugar high after the first sip! It was almost more like a dessert than coffee drink so I'm thinking next time I'll go with a different flavor and add a shot of espresso to kick up the coffee flavor a bit. Not saying it wasn't a delicious well-made drink, just saying it's pretty sweet. read more

While I LOVE 7Brew coffee yesterday when I went to the Jacksonville location (because I'm traveling from out of state) it was not like any of the other 7Brew I had been to in other states including my own. It was busy as is every other location I've ever been to but NEVER had to wait as long as i did yesterday. The customer service was ok not super friendly like any of the other locations I've visited. The coffee had good flavor but not sure why when i got my order it was melted. I ordered a medium decaf mocha frap no whip, and a med caramel frap no whip. Gonna give them another shot because im here for few days but was super disappointed after being up at 2:30am to get on my plane . read more

I stopped here one afternoon because my wife was bitchin. I was also in a mood for an iced coffee so I figured I'd test this place out. I usually like my starbys iced coffee but I figured why not try this new place out. I drove up through the drive-thru which was myself and maybe 4 cars ahead of me. A woman was in the driveway Just taking orders. It wasn't very quick. I thought they were stupid slow for you know coffee orders. And the iced coffee that I ordered was just ridiculously expensive. I can't remember the exact amount since I went there a little while ago And I tried seeing a menu with prices either in the reviews or on their website and there is Not a menu with prices to be found. But it was closer to $18 for 2 large Blondie's with ice filled to the brim. This is for a coffee with some flavor in it people! I'm actually pretty surprised that it has the reviews that it does and has a 4.8 rating right now. But what throws me off is all the pictures are generic pictures. The coffee is very sweet and sugary, but still good. I prefer their energy drinks as they taste great and do the trick for a quick pick me up. They are relatively quick to get you in and out. read more

This place has great coffee! The line always seems really long but it does go by very fast. They gave us a free small drink a few days ago as first time customers which was nice. They also had the best cold brew I've had in Jacksonville, which we stopped by for again today but they were out of their cold brew completely! That was the only con I have of this place, as a coffee chain you've got to ensure you're up to par on logistics. I ended up getting a latte today since they were out of cold brew and it was fine, they made up for it. The ladies who take your order are super nice, I've only been twice now but both times the person taking my order was very sweet. I just wish they had a menu ready for you instead of making you scan their website for it. read more
