I have to say of all the Starbucks I have ever been to (and it is for sure not none....) this one is my favorite. My drinks always taste the best from here, and the people who work here take a moment to make you feel seen and acknowledged, whether you order for delivery or in-person. They always put a sweet, positive message on the cup and during seasons where I have felt pretty alone, these little messages on a cup gave me hope. I've been to this location twice now, and the customer service is truly top-notch! Johnny is so friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. He's always upbeat, smiling, and makes you feel really welcome. The drinks taste amazing, and the place is very clean. My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 -- but since it's inside the casino, that's pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location! read more

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. I have never encountered such a horrendous customer experience as I did this morning. From the moment I placed my order, the barista, Beth, which I don't even know if that is her real name because I'm sure she didn't provide it was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She gave me a disapproving look and made an unnecessary comment when I ordered my food. When my order was ready, she called it out with a sarcastic remark, making it clear she had no interest in providing even basic customer service. When I asked for her name, she muttered something under her breath and continued talking to her coworker while glancing at me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don't typically visit this location, but I stopped by due to a work meeting nearby. Safe to say, I will never be returning. If management cares about customer experience, they need to address this unprofessional behavior immediately. read more

And as I've always said, it comes down to its people. At this smallish Starbucks, there were three very pleasant female baristas working. All were helpful, pleasant, and accommodating to me and all the other customers I saw come and go. The outside park-like seating is very nice for a spring day. And the entire store is fastidiously clean, including the bathrooms. The coffee here is up to my expectations for Starbucks, but what sets this place apart from most other Starbucks is the help, which is superlative. I'm not a person that offers many 5-stars ratings, but this place deserves it because of the employees. This Starbucks is rather larger than most in the area, and it is a great place to come and get caught up on work. Like I am doing currently, and enjoy your Starbucks beverage. Today I am going for my usual a Venti White Mocha with whip cream since it is the best part of it. I ended up pairing it with a croissant since they are so moist here. The staff was fantastic and helpful in taking my order and making my drink. The lobby is so clean and huge here that it is just the nook that I need to steal me away to get caught up. Yeah. This Starbucks is so unique since the people here are so down to earth and actually care for their fellow humans . How do you ask? For me the best part of leaving work is Starbucks in my cup. At least once a week this location has been pouring Starbucks in my cup. Sharing the Pebble Marketplace Shopping Center with Subway, Smith's, banks, China Tango, and banks; this is a convenient location for Starbucks in my cup. If I used the drive thru, I would say otherwise. A drive thru is nonexistent. Close to the door parking is relatively nonexistent. Pebble Marketplace features plenty of parking spaces that require a short hike to Starbucks. An outdoor patio makes up for the nonexistent drive thru. It also comes in handy when the nine tables fill up. For the record, it fills up. There are some cool people here. I enjoy listening to the New York barista talk to his partner in coffee brewing about his passion for boxing. And there is a regular who is always drawing. In a way the regulars make this a cafe version of Cheers. Except nobody seems to know your name. I admit that I am a fan of Starbucks. As long as I am active in the area, the best part of leaving work is this being one of the locations pouring Starbucks in my cup. read more

Like many Starbucks locations this one is conveniently visible from the street, however, upon arrival there is no marketing or directional signage that takes customers from the parking lot to the entrance which is in back. Upon entering I saw two cashiers on one register with only two customers in store. Three employees where making coffee orders. I waited 5 minutes for the cashiers to "learn on the job" to assist a customer with their mobile pay option. Only to find out that the mobile pickup line is off to the side with a tiny 5" x 7" sign pointed towards the corner of the store instead of in front of the sneeze guard for customers as they walk in. Also any one of the five employees can engage customers from anywhere in this tiny store, but don't. Or else I would have known that my order was ready and where it was. A simple, "hello have you been helped yet" would have been nice. After picking up my order the only time a cashier engaged customers was shouting for 4 new customers to form a line in front of her. Which was impossible because a coffee display was smack dab in the middle front of the lobby. SOS this store needs a regional manager to straighten up A-Z or I could easily see this location getting shut down. Next time I'll know to check Yelp first before going to 3 star coffee shops. TLDR: Starbucks in Henderson, NV are all 3 star except one. Employees act like they don't want to work except the short blonde girl. read more

The bathrooms were filthy , they had supplies stacked up in the hallway , people not customers sitting around using the free WiFi and the staff was more interested in their conversation than serving customers. Over the years I've been to this location a few times. It's not my first choice since the parking lot in this corner can be insane depending on the time of day. The inside of the shop has very limited seating, a couple of chairs with a long table in the middle. It may be a good spot for one group to gather if the large table is available, but the not the best to meet a friend to catch up. Outside there is a lot of seating that would be good on a nice weather day. The flow of the shop is a little odd compared to other locations. The pick-up area is right by the front door and there isn't much room to stand. When you enter the shop you'll have to find your way through the people waiting for orders to place yours. Employees are always friendly and orders seem to come out in a timely manner. The drinks are consistent in taste with other locations. read more

Trenta Iced Coffee, whole milk, 12 pumps. That's what I like and that's how I like it. It is so odd to me that I can go to a Chain and order this drink everywhere and each and every place it just comes out a little different or in some cases, very different. A little too much ice in our cups but other than that it was the BEST iced coffee I have ever had from any starbucks. Wayyyyy to busy and crowded for me and my liking on a Saturday Morning. If I could leave zero stars I would, this location was very unprofessional and unorganized. I made a mobile order five minutes before arriving and waited over 25 minutes for my order but there were people who came in store and ordered their drinks and were out in 5 minutes. My drink was then given to the wrong person and they took the lid off of a drink that somebody tasted and put a new one on there and gave me my drink. The employees were very rude despite me being a respectful customer. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks. read more

Came here to grab a grande cold brew after getting awful service and so-so food from Fiesta Filipino by Eastern/St. Rose (not worth checking out if you haven't been). I was in a bit of a bad mood from the terrible experience at Fiesta Filipino but upon driving thru to pay I was greeted by this very nice barista (who looked like she might've been Latina or Filipina) and my awful mood quickly disappeared. It seems no matter how far in advance I order my drink it's not ready when I arrive. Usually I only have to wait a couple extra minutes but today my order that was placed at 6:50 was not in my hand til 7:11. Many drinks went out to people who came in after me as I stood waiting with little to no acknowledgement from the staff. When I finally got my drink the barista didn't even apologize for the wait. This is not surprising because everyone here in the morning shift seems to be miserable, every day. This location sucks! I work in the same plaza for a big business and we often order 10-15 drinks at a time about once a month. The last 3 times I have ordered a hot chai with one shot of espresso. 3 times I have gotten hot chai with NO espresso yet the receipts state we are being charged. Out of frustration naturally I tell my partner...she decides to surprise me by getting me one...guess what? No espresso. 4 times! How coincidental can that be?
