Hey Las Vegas Coffee Yelpers! I was needing some coffee to sip on so we popped in. We were greeted right away. I enjoyed the music vibe playing when we walked in. There are a few different places to sit both inside and outside on a patio with umbrellas. They had a nice selection of treats and cups to purchase to go. My order was ready super fast and if I had my computer with me I would def stay here and chill with refills next time. Super clean and cute. This Starbucks compared to others is extremely slow. Last time I got a drink the was like melted ice at the top. And it tasted water down. Not sure if cause they are a little more inexperienced baristas than others, but it also not great to stay inside because they let homeless people chill inside. If you need a coffee fast don't come here. read more

Employees here act like they are offended you are placing an order. We had to tell them several times we were not done with the order. The employee kept telling us our total and to pull forward before we were done. Once at the window the employee wouldn't look at us and again acted bothered by our presence. read more

Pretty new Starbucks. We tried this location during their 50% off iced drink Tuesday and been back each Tuesday. Luckily, this place is either not busy or they work pretty fast because it's never a long wait. Service is terrific. I came here just for a plan black coffee at 8:15 PM. They close at 9 PM and they come to tell me that they cannot make a coffee at Starbucks because they close soon, even though there's another 45 minutes until they close. What is the point of staying open until 9 if you can't serve coffee at a coffee shop. I got to another Starbucks on Marks st who closes at 830pm and I get there at 8:25...... and look at that they were more than happy to get me a cup of coffee even though it was 5 mins to closing. The Galleria Drive at Henderson Hospital Starbucks. This is one of the newer Starbucks in the Las Vegas valley. After checking it out, I was not too crazy over it. I spent time here on Sunday, October 23, 2022 in the afternoon. I ordered a tall regular coffee with two Splendas and a refill. This review will be a unique first-hand experience from writing most of it live in my diary at the location, with the exception of the parking lot. This review focuses on the inside of the Starbucks. The real life diary writing leads to the conclusion that this location falls short on creating a four Starbucks experience because there are only a few tables that are mostly too small. I could barely fit my Diary and cup of coffee on it. Forget about a laptop. Before transforming my real life Diary into Yelp, I would like to say, that it does not mention the patio tables overlooking the parking lot and Henderson Hospital. Here is the first hand Diary writing supporting my 3 star rating.: "After spending time in the Henderson Birding Preserve, I am Journaling in the New Starbucks in Henderson Hospital's shadow. It is a decent size space with four tables. Three of the four are very tiny. I can barely fit my Diary and tall coffee on the small round table. There are more outlets than tables. There is a large space between the few tables and the L-shaped counter. Half the ceiling is black with spotlights over the cushion benches adjoining three tiny tables and one large one. The other half of the ceiling is white with circular lights that are a little wider than the light bulbs. The music is playing at an average noise level with tunes from all eras. The front wall is mostly glass windows overlooking a parking lot and Henderson Hospital. In the middle [of the front wall] is the condiment station that trails in size over the majority of tables. Above the condiment tables there are three poster size picture sketches of coffee growing. And actually there are four small tables [noticed this when I got the refill]. The fourth one is so close to the large corner table that it blends in. The Grey floor compliments the woodsy wall and counter. The Baristas were friendly. Both of them understood the Starbucks app taking too long to load up. This location is over 4 years newer than my Galaxy S7. I get the impression this is a safe area because I did not need to imput a code to enter the unisex restroom [there are two] . After Journaling here for enough time [over coffee], it was time to leave. Driving out of the parking lot the building appears a lot bigger than it is. That is why when I walked in I was so surprised to see so few tables. I am in no hurry to return. I hope that this is not the new norm for Starbucks. If it is, I look really forward to to the next Peet's [to open]." read more

New starbucks we discovered yay for closer location! This location is way closer to home and stays open a little later then most. We've came a couple times now and every time staff has been very friendly and they work fast so no crazy long waits. Recently came and they had a Halloween theme drink "witchs brew " and it was delicious definitely give it a try if your near the area. As much as I love small, mom & pop coffee shops, I have to admit that I'm quite a sucker for Starbucks. In the before times, when I used to travel, I'd check out foreign ones all the time to see how they were the same and different. This is a new location and now the closest to where I live. It's not convenient to go to work (opposite direction) but it is on the way home from errands. My parents come to this one a lot because it's super easy to get into the drive-thru. It looks really pretty and I'm sure they'll get the kinks out eventually but I would say that at the moment, service is slow. Like the longest I've ever had to wait in a drive-thru at Starbucks. I think there were 4 cars in front and at most places that means 10 min tops, we were here for almost 20. It could have something to do with the orders in front but I've noticed it's always a long wait. The drinks aren't always correct (I'll chalk that up to the newness) but they are fine with fixing, adjusting. read more

Yes there may be Starbucks on every corner but they are not all the same. I got a pumpkin loaf and Carmel macchiato and after some trouble with my rewards they kindly took care of it for me. The place was rather busy at 7 am but I got in and out quickly from inside. My drink was just ok, the loaf was very tasty, all in all I would come back to this location for another try. read more

They are so nice, so efficient and friendly and always make a delicious caffeinated treat!! It's very clean in there despite the high level of foot traffic ! I frequent the Venue as it's perfect location is ideal for my am commute!! It's always suuuuuper busy and the people are hustling but they still work efficiently and are really kind and helpful. I love this location and have had wonderful experiences. Even at times when I didn't love my drink -- they immediately made me a new one with no questions asked and I hardly had to wait. I drive around town for a work a lot and order Starbucks every single day sometimes multiple times a day of orders that consist of 2-8 drinks. I have never had a bad Starbucks experience in town or anywhere for that matter except this particular one. It seems like it's a reoccurring issue but this locations staff has 0 customer service skills. Came in as the only customer, not a single car in the drive thru and the girl taking my order (didn't catch her name but she had purple/pink hair) was visibly annoyed I was in there ordering? Went there this morning around 6:30am. Usually everyone is super nice but this morning was different. I know what it's like to work in food service so I try to be kind and patient. The women who took my order seemed to be having a bad morning because I said thank you at the end of the transaction and she just said "ok" and walked away. I know it was busy this morning so I didn't really mind too much. I waited a few minutes and my drinks were ready so I walked up to the counter and the women that took my order was the one making my drinks so as she handed them to me I said thank you again to her and all she said was "yep". All I wish to say is I hope her day got better. The other workers are great! She was the only one that was rude to me and I've been going to this Starbucks since it's been open. read more

Excellent service and the employees take their time to make the drinks delicious! The coffee tastes perfect, not dirty or stale, machines are clean and maintained. The drive-thru can take a while compared to going inside, but all the employees are doing their best. The manager was accommodating of our order, as we placed a mobile order and an item was out-of-stock. This was definitely a way better experience than other locations in the area! read more

The staff is so rude it's outrageous!! They don't even make eye contact with you when you pay and grab your drink at the window in the drive thru! They have nasty attitudes when you order at the speaker and literally sigh when you get want to add or take something out of your drink. One star is too many for this place. When this place opened a couple months ago it was great, friendly and fast. That lasted one visit. Over the past six weeks or so, they have been out of Raspberry syrup every weekend consistently. The staff seems overwhelmed. On more than one occasion I have walked in to pick up an order and ignored, not even acknowledged that I was standing there. Literally had to loudly announce why I was there as no one even made eye contact. This was after several minutes. This has happened on several visits. Staff is rude and when an order is wrong they either panic because they don't know what to do or huff and puff because they have to fix a mistake on their end. I no longer come here and go farther out of my way to avoid this location. (Other locations are somewhat similar now it seems) I just don't get how you can run out of something on a consistent basis. I mean when there is a repeated shortage of the same thing regularly, stock more of it. Vet your employees and train them, give them the supervision and support they need until they don't. Otherwise it shows that you don't care for them or the customer. But hey, there's a Starbucks on every corner, and that seems to be the priority rather than customer satisfaction. read more

I've been consistently coming to this Starbucks since it opened. There are a few members on the staff that make the experience pleasant and most of the time my orders are correct. However, I wish all of the staff were friendly/professional. When I walk inside for pick-up orders or pick up through the drive through, I'm never greeted like other Starbucks locations. I'm not sure what's happened to Starbucks, but overall they're all pretty bad. That being said, as long as you're not in a hurry the service here (drive thru) is fine. The partners that work here are...okay. Depends on the time honestly, mostly they're pretty dry. Sometimes you'll get someone pleasant and sometimes someone pissed in their cereal. My drink is always right and I only frequent this one during the evenings when I'll be the only one in line. read more

The staff at this Starbucks KICK ASS!! I frequent Starbs often - a full-time college student in need of caffeine and all - and the vibe in this store is always great. They're efficient and take care to get my specific matcha green tea latte order perfect each time. Also, I watched one staff member deescalate a situation with a senile old man who was being unreasonable and absolutely ridiculous. The workers here are always nice and cheerful! The inside is fairly small as far as seating, but there's also seating outside which is nice. This location stays open late and there's usually a lot of seating at night which make it nice for people studying or doing work, overall a nice Starbucks location! read more
