This Starbucks location has lots of comfortable seating, choice of coaches, benches, and regular dining tables and chairs. Place where you can get coffee, meals and afternoon sweets, with comfortable seating, you can get some work done. I was here to buy reusable temblor. The cashier was smiley and helpful. The Hazlet Starbucks store was long awaited, and is part of our weekly morning routine. Yes, we have an expensive coffee maker at home where we can make our own coffees every day, but the staff of Hazlet Starbucks are wonderful and we always look forward to being greeted cheerfully in the drive thru or in the store. The service is always friendly and very accommodating -- they'll always greet you when you walk in the door. A few times we've verbally given the wrong drink orders (forgetting to ask for iced vs cold etc), but they've always been super sweet and happily made us new drinks for our mistakes. If you're in the area and need a cozy and quiet place to work for a few hours, this Hazlet Starbucks is great for that too. There are cozy leather bench seats and also cool retro leather club chairs for people to hang out. It's rarely ever packed, and most of the wall seats offer electric outlets for laptops or cell chargers. The bathroom is kept super clean too. All in all, couldn't ask for a better Starbucks experience! read more

Few issues: -Person making someone drink (with steam) kept the drink in front of the device and when wiping the devise with a wet rag out of a tray below, the rag dropped in the persons drink -that same person stuck his finger into a full gallon container of milk to uncrush the top of the container. -The person who made my drink carried the cup (not filled yet) between her index and middle finger, sticking her index finger all the way into my cup Need to watch and constantly train the staff read more

Very disappointed. Was excited to see a Starbucks so close to work. Drive thru was so packed, I decided to walk in. There were 3 ladies working. Not one of them acknowledged my existence for 3 minutes, and I was the only customer inside. When a server approached me, she looked miserable and unhappy. I told her someone should at least acknowledge my existence, then she stormed off into back room. The lead server came over and apologized. Said there were 4 call outs today. I had to give her my order 3x, she was so frazzled. I told her to just breathe and understand. Took an additional 10 minutes to get my coffee. Felt bad for 2 remaining girls trying to get through their shift. General manager should do something, or business will go down hill very quickly. Service sucks. read more

I have been waiting for this Starbucks for so long and I'm SO happy it has finally arrived. First and foremost, it's DRIVE-THRU! No one wants to get out of their car to get coffee...or at least I know I don't. I'm all about convenience and I love ordering through the app and having everything ready for when I arrive. After visiting a few times, I'm happy to say that the staff is super nice, accommodating, and friendly. On the first day I came I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and they offered to make it for me again. Although I didn't do that, because I didn't want to hold up the line, I was still appreciative that they offered to do so with a smile. The downfall of this location is that the parking set-up is horrific. There are two lanes divided by a simple cone with signs; one to get out of the parking lot, and the other for the actual drive thru. This would be fine if people had common courtesy and a little bit of common sense, but of course there are always the people that block the pass-through entrance to make sure no one will cut them in the drive thru lane. Anyways, just be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your drink while in line. This is not the place to come (at least just yet) if you're in a rush. But overall, I would rather wait a few more minutes and have my drink prepared correctly by nice staff. read more

I know they are new but so far my hot coffees and lattes are Luke warm and my Frappuccino's are more like crushed ice instead of Frappe'd they need to blend it more thoroughly. The Drive-thru traffic flow is a complete disaster! There are times you can't even enter the lot. Not necessarily because of how busy it is but because you have to cut through the drive-thru line just to leave the lot and as another reviewer said. No one has common sense or courtesy to let exiting traffic through. Although not necessarily Starbuck's fault. A serious redesign is needed soon. Or even a sign that says do not block exiting lane or something. read more

Horrible service. 3 times went to the drive thru 2 times spilt the drink on me and car . Today went got a venti and the put whatever ever they want in the drink . Waste of money ! When I called to tell them store manatee not in again and spoke to a supervisor she had a very bad attitude! Informing me about why they have issues and never a solution to the problem. Stay away from this store . They should be ashamed and embarrassed that their supervisor is so confrontational. read more

this place has zero urgency. depending on who's working, the drive thru is backed up. so if you decide to come in on a night that isn't so busy. good luck. ordered a venti iced drink, waited inside with no one else waiting for about 25 min. they will complete mobile orders before getting the ones that come in out the door. mind you, this was a very slow night. insane. worst starbucks ever ! I order here every week 3-4 times. Always order is wrong. Today i had enough waited 18 min for a cold drink. I live 4 minute from this place but I Prefer to drive10-15 min to Aberdeen or Matawan Starbucks to get my orders correctly done from the first time. This starbucks is quite busy but the staff is hard working even through stressful environments. Yes the long lines for the drive thru aren't the best and it can get hectic waiting in line but the drinks make up for it! read more

Snotty service! I tried to order a breakfast sandwich with no meat, but Ms. Jen could not communicate what kind of bread they came on, the prices (not all the same). It was obvious she couldn't care less. I had to fight my inclination to just walk out. This server needs remedial customer service. read more
