And most of the pastries are made by several small local bakeries. You can tell that the family who owns this place puts a great deal of care into every detail, treats their staff well (sad that this has to be mentioned, but a lot of places do not, and it's something that is important to me) and puts in the extra effort to support their community every chance they get.
