Ambiance - I really wish they would bring back the big comfortable chairs and sofas. Still it is clean and bright and the tables are kept spotless. Service - they are getting faster. A regular ol starbucks. They made a good pumpkin cream cold brew, but seemed a bit confused when I asked for a puppuchino. They still gave it to me, though. The missing star is because the parking lot/drive thru is a bit of a logistical nightmare because of its size and its location. read more

Amazing staff. Cannot stress this enough. The coffee was ready without a long wait and the nitro cold brew here is always top notch since I was told there machine was maintained regularly. I'm a regular at this location since it's the closest to Navarre and this is the second time I've had this issue. Both times I've ordered a grande latte only to receive my cup half full, or half empty depending on your outlook on life I guess. The first time it happened I noticed it as I left the drive thru but I immediately went in and let the staff know what happened. They apologized and upgraded me to a venti. The issue is I live 15 minutes away from this location and I'm not about to drive all the way back. There's absolutely no reason why my cup should not be full after paying $5+ for coffee. read more

All of the employees have always been good to me! However, today seeing how they were being treated by their manager was extremely disheartening. You could see the sadness in one employees face after being talked to the way she was. I understand the high volume and stressful environment but that's no way to talk to people that look up to you ad their boss. Should have know by the amount of cars in the drive thru. The service was so slow. My one drink took about 10 - 15 mins in the line. As I waited out the drive thru window, I observed the cashier watching the barista make my drink, not get it right...so then the cashier made my drink . Went to get my morning coffee at the Tiger Point location on July 30, 2020. I was the second car in line at 6:30 a.m., no one is working today! I am a regular at this location. I drove to the window and not a soul was in the building. Could you not put a sign on the drive thru or on the window that you were closed today? The line was all the way to Highway 98 in the turn lane! I stopped and told as many as I could that no one was working there today or maybe they didn't show up. Whoever owns this location needs to take control of it! read more

The drinks can be made to where it doesn't taste as good as they are supposed to be everytime, so they can be inconsistent in making there drinks so I think they could use more or better training. They usually are out of Carmel drizzle and I don't understand that when Walmart carries the Carmel drizzle they use and it's like a stone throw away from there, why not go get some ? A true Starbucks customer, and rarely do I complain even if they mess something up. However, SB in GB is always super slow, I'm not sure why, but no joke the drive through is always a 10 min + wait, and my order either comes hot when ordered cold or vice versa. We love Starbucks and spend way too much money there.... but this store is the worst. This Gulf Breeze Tiger Point location is the worst Starbucks we have EVER been to. The employees are not that friendly and the wait time in the store is rediculous. They ignore the people in the lobby and focus on the drive thru customers. And... the drinks are not consistent. One person makes great drinks and others make them and they taste horrible. The manager there is terrible. We have been there at times where it took 10 minutes for them to take my order, then almost 20 minutes to get my drink and she was busy shuffling around filling the cups and not helping. This Starbucks is usually crowded from morning till the early evening. The drive thru lane is always pretty long but what's worse is that the employees usually serve the drive thru lane first and forget your order. Talking about forgetting your order -- this happens so often I've racked up to about $25 of Starbucks gift cards because that's what the employees give you if they forget about your order. It's gotten better over the year that I've been in Gulf Breeze but this Starbucks still isn't a reliable stop-by if you just want to grab a drink and go. I forgot to mention -- the wait. It takes forever for your drink to be served on a crowded day. And while that is kind of implied with a lot of customers ordering, the staff frequently skip over your drink to make the drive thru lane's order. You can wait up to 15 minutes for a drink that isn't that great. I forgot the mention the Wifi. It only works about 10% of the time. I'm not sure about laptops but usually it never works on phones. read more

I used to visit several times a week, now not even once a week. The employees seem to be running around inside but not getting the product out the door. The employees at this location never really show much interest in getting my order right. Today I ordered a simple Vanilla Iced Coffee with light cream (with a nitro lid), instead I received a Black Iced Coffee with light cream (no nitro lid). Normally I would brush these things off but they are always leaving the extra things off such as whip, light ice, nitro lids. It is just becoming ridiculous. read more
