As a former member of the east coast growing up, this place reminded me of home. Very friendly staff. They do get swamped, but try to keep up with demand. Menu has been expanding since I moved in the area over a year ago. Recommend calling in your order and taking out. You can always pickup the bakery items fresh when you show up. Not many spaces to eat and it can get louder inside. Great bakery and awesome pizzas. Best pizza in Gulf Breeze and Navarre! New York style thinner pizza. I wish the business the best and will always be back for more.

Great delis are so hard to find on the panhandle but this one is exactly that - GREAT. SUPER NICE husband & wife making excellent fresh Italian food. I'm from Providence Rhode Island and know a little about the real deal. We hit the Nonna's special garlic roast beef sub & the New York Italian sub. Highly recommend and it right on 98 so hat done take out for your crew and hit the beach.

This is my second order from this site. The Stromboli was a hot mess as you can see, nothing but dough and cheese. Terrible! My first order a month ago was a pizza and a muffaletta. The muffaletta was ok, needed more olives. The pizza was like a frozen pizza. I'm done with this place.

They most definitely know how to do Italian food right!!! When you come in to Seneca's, get ready to experience Italy I tried turkey Italian sandwich, tiramisu, cheesecake, dark roasted cappuccino, and antipasta. I am definitely coming back and try the rest of their food, especially pizza thank you, Bo and Rachel. It was a wonderful visiting with you guys.

Really happy this spot opened. Star of the show is the fresh baked bread. It DELICIOUS!! Pastries also were on point. Had the NY and for the price the sandwich is HUGE.. service is on point, keep in mind they are brand new and working through operations. Overall everyone was nice and food came out fast for how busy it was. I'm sure they will work on the seating inside and out as they go on. I'll be back for sure.

Made a reservation through their website, but they don't really take reservations. Greeted by super friendly staff. Ordered a side of meatballs (delicioso!), a NY Italian sub, a chicken parm sub and a slew of Italian baked goods. Everything was very good. Restaurant was clean and well lit. Will definitely be going back to try their pizza.

Absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and the sandwiches are delicious. My husband both had the New Jersey Italian, I tried mine as a "sub in a tub" and it did not disappoint. Can't wait to try the other menu options!

This place was just awful and filthy. The bread was stale and I saw more than one roach. I'll never eat there again

That was me heading into Angelena's Ristorante Italiano. By this point, I was fully expecting the usual "it's amazing" translation, which in restaurant terms often means nice lighting, tiny portions, and flavors that peaked at olive oil. Instead, this place did the unthinkable. It actually lived up to the hype. The menu reads like a beautiful collection of words I absolutely cannot pronounce with confidence, but luckily fluency in Italian is not required when your taste buds immediately understand the assignment. I went with the bolognese lasagna, and this thing came out like a love letter to comfort food. Rich, bold, deeply flavorful, and gloriously rustic, the kind of dish that tastes like somebody's grandmother has been perfecting it since the Roman Empire. Every bite had depth. Nothing fussy, nothing trying too hard, just serious flavor delivered with confidence. The focaccia showed up doing exactly what great bread should do: crisp in the right places, soft where it counts, and impossible to stop tearing apart even when you know your entrée is on deck. The appetizer played a completely different game, more delicate, more refined, and smart enough to leave me wanting the next course instead of filling me up before the main event. That's restraint. That's craft. That's a kitchen that knows what it's doing. And the room matches the food. Clean, classy, polished without feeling stiff. The kind of place where everything from the lighting to the plate placement quietly reminds you that yes, somebody here cares. Service was equally dialed in. Professional, on point, and smooth enough that the whole meal just flowed. No awkward gaps, no disappearing acts, no "how is everything?" drive-bys while your mouth is full. This is the rare restaurant that survives workplace hype and then casually exceeds it. Five stars. Angelena's didn't just meet expectations, it made my coworkers look smarter for recommending it.

They did warn me that the parking lot was super busy and to bring a runner for the pizza pick up which was much appreciated because the parking lot was indeed a zoo. Plates, napkins, and Red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese were included and the total for the 3 pies was around $90. So, a little pricey for the convenience of grabbing pizza while on the beach. Over the phone they sounded BUSY and that was confirmed once we arrived to pick up our order. Staff was extremely friendly and our food had just gotten boxed up when we got there so their wait time estimates were spot on. The food.... Our Calzones were fine. They had chopped spinach (we assumed they'd be whole leaf) and it overwhelmed the calzone (IMO). Spinach flavor was all we could really taste. Their marinara was good, definitely helped with the strong spinach flavor. The breadsticks were not good, seemily cooked dough with granular garlic powder dumped on them. No one cared for these, there marinara couldn't even help save those things. The spaghetti and meatballs were a hit with the kids (minus the chunky tomatoes). Our girls finished this with compliments to the chef. I would like to try their pizza to see how it is but we were not impressed enough with what we ordered to try their food again. Florida just struggles with good pizza from our experience, we are very spoiled living in such a strong pizza area. I would definitely recommend trying this place and I hope your personal experience is better than the one We had.

From the moment we arrived, Melissa provided some of the best service we've experienced in a long time. She took incredible care of our entire party, including our 6-month-old daughter. As any parent knows, dining out with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but Melissa made us feel completely welcome and comfortable throughout the evening. We enjoyed wine, appetizers, and several entrées, and she was wonderful about accommodating customizations and special requests. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and engaging she was with our baby and she took time to play with her, made her smile and giggle, and truly helped make the night special for our whole family. The food was fantastic, the views are absolutely incredible, and the atmosphere is hard to beat. The outdoor patio and bar area are especially beautiful. After dinner, Melissa helped us relocate outside where we enjoyed more wine and dessert while taking in the view. And whatever you do, don't skip the crème brûlée, it was the perfect ending to an already amazing meal! The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the level of hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Between the delicious food, stunning waterfront setting, and outstanding service from Melissa, this was one of the highlights of our trip. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Pensacola.
