This Starbucks location immediately caught my eye. As you can see from the photos I posted, the exterior is definitely not your "typical Starbucks" design. It's eye catching with the "artwork." I was in the area for work so I went through the "drive thru" on November 16, 2023 mid morning - the staff was fast and friendly. It was my first time ordering their newest drink (holiday edition) "Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai" (a friend recommended it). It's a bit on the sweet side so typically I ask for only 1-2 pumps of the Chai and only 1-2 pumps of the Gingerbread since it typically has 3 pumps each. read more

I always get the same order Venti light ice matcha with 1 extra pump of vanilla And sweet cream cold foam. My husband and I always tip so this fucking sucks. I've been going here and when I go here on weekends, all the workers except for the older lady are assholes. Show very clearly they hate their job. And purposely mess up my drink every time. They added 4 extra pumps to the drink plus the multiple pumps of classic. I got my drink and drove away and it was so sweet. Being pregnant and having pre diabetics this is FUCKED. They don't try, and there's no way you don't hear 1 extra pump. How the hell does your brain here "4". I have no idea why the hell America hires freaking anybody to work. Updated Starbucks. The speaker is now closer where you enter which is smart so they can get more orders in. Relatively speedy Starbucks, I'm sure it's customers who slow dow SOS. Also very pretty art out on the building to represent the area it's in. This starbucks offers the full food and drink menu like other Starbucks do- My favorite include the bacon Gouda sandwich, chocolate croissant, and the grilled cheese is pretty dang good too! read more

Our go to Starbucks! They were closed during the renovations and it sucked having to go to another that's closer to us because they are never open during the hours they are suppose to. We've never had issue with the drinks or food here. If they messed up (which was like twice) they have no problem fixing the issue. Always friendly. We go so often that they know our car and order. You can't go in and sit down but they have tables to sit outside and it's always clean outside. read more

All time favorite drive through Starbucks (among the many I've visited in my day) Seriously the staff who work here work their BUTTS off. They just never stop moving and are super friendly and sweet. I couldn't do their job nearly as well or with half as much patience as they do every day, and on each occasion I visit (which is a lot.) Seriously impressed with the incredible work ethic, quick service of the team who operates this drive-through. NOT an easy job. Just left the drive thru after grabbing an herbal tea. I asked when I got to the window what un caffeinated teas they had...the woman replied with "yes" so I repeated "what are they" and she replied with "uhh what? I don't know what you are saying" We finally got around to her telling me there was mint and peach herbal teas only. I asked for peach and got green tea which is caffeinated. Didn't realize at the window but no time too exchange because I was on my way to a yoga class. I also asked the ditzy blonde if they had honey, and she gave me 2 packets. Some of this negative experience is changes at the corporate level, some just this location. Ill start there. I came through the drive through at about 3 pm. I ordered my usual large dark roast coffee with a little cream in it. Simple enough, or so I thought. First they apparently stop brewing coffee at 11am? This is coffee shop isn't it? I happen to like coffee and have bought coffee at other shops at this time and had no issue. The offered to do a pour over and although it takes a few minutes it was acceptable. I pulled forward and paid for my order. A couple minutes later I had my coffee. I should have tried it before pulling away from the window, my bad. Apparently coffee and cream was too much to ask for, I drank it black as I didn't want to park and go back in. The other issue I had was it was my birthday. I don't always play that birthday card for the free cup of joe but asked this time. I did get one from another location the previous year. I was told I would only get a free coffee if I was a member already of their rewards program. I'm in my mid 40's and not connected to my cell phone like a teenager. I suppose I will just have to remember the pleasant memories of the free and correct more complicated order I got from Dutch Bros. earlier. Poor policy and inability to fix a simple order here, I wont be back to this location. read more

We have been here several times. This is one of the smaller locations with the drive through and walk up Window. The service is generally fast and the people friendly. Like all Starbucks it is a bit on the pricey side. This location doesn't get too busy so we do come here a few times each month. We usually get a Carmel Frapp and Iced Americano when we come here. Both of these drinks are great and they have never messed up our orders. They don't have pastries here, which is one thing they is lacking. read more

Normally I'm a fan of this location, since the staff is friendly and they handle the rush hours generally well. However, sometimes there's one experience that makes you really unhappy. I got an iced matcha green tea latte. The girl put the powder on top, and proceeded to put the lid on it, rather than shaking in a tumbler like they've done in the past. So my drink had a lot of extra powder pressed to the lid. On top of that, I found what seems to be a strawberry in my drink, which definitely did not belong there. read more

Espresso machines were both broken. There was no real sincere apology for waiting in line and when I asked for a small gift card or free drink due to waiting I was told flat out no. One of the worst Starbucks in all of my experience. The staff has always been incredibly rude, passive, acts like you are just such an inconvenience to them for being there. They don't answer any questions you have (either not knowing or just flat out not wanting to tell you. Such as different options for drinks or what food they have left etc.) I went there for my birthday and after having one of the worst days and worst years so far, I just wanted a drink before they closed and was told they do free drinks on your birthday. I got there about 40 minutes before they closed so I didn't feel it was too late. The two employees kept switching back and forth of who was answering me at the drive thru. They kept confusing each other it sounded like and after I finally seemed to get them to understand that it was my birthday TODAY and asked about their free drink luxury, they kept talking about coupons and apps. I told them no! I already ordered because they seemed to rush me and not have any patience what so ever. I told them I did not have any Starbucks app but that I had my drivers license as proof. As I'm at the window they told me no, there was nothing they could do. That I HAD to have the app and their coupon in order to free out a drink, and ESPECIALLY a birthday drink. I was like, so people who are too old or young to have cell phones and an app aren't allowed to get a free drink because they don't have a coupon on their app? The guy just looked behind him at the other employee and he just seemed irritated and said yes and then just sat there holding out his hand and repeated the total over and over. I had to borrow money from my passenger who didn't even order anything to pay for this shitty drink that they actually over charged me on. I didn't bring my purse because I just left the house in a hurry to try to make it before they closed. The next day when I did download the stupid app and had their damn coupon, I went to the one close by and they wouldn't even take my coupon because they said the register or whatever wasn't taking it and that it was too late anyway lol. The coupon said I had like two days from my birthday to redeem but apparently some how I managed to get there "too late". This was before 10pm the day after and another place that just wouldn't take my freaking drivers license as proof of anything.
