I have been going to this Starbucks for years and have never had a bad experience. Yes, I said years and I'm just now giving a review. This location has one of my favorite baristas!!! She greets me every time with a ray of sunshine! (Even at 4:30am) We chitchat for the short time we have and even on mornings that I would think she should not have a smile on her face, she always does!!! She is the definition of great customer service! I wish everyone could experience her positivity and friendly attitude because I believe she could turn a bad morning into a "good" morning! I believe she is probably the reason why this location has the most friendliest staff! Sooo, if you are looking for a yummy coffee, a quick delicious bite, and beautiful people... stop in!!! On a recent visit to this Graham location, I was in the drive-thru getting a coffee. I asked to have my reward card re-loaded $20.00, I paid with a cc and the next day, I noticed the cashier added a $2.00 tip onto the transaction...which I didn't authorize! This is very unethical! Word of warning, it's best to reload your card via the app and not at the store. read more

My drink was phenomenal. My service was not. A woman with curly hair and glasses refused denial of a simple straw for my drink. I asked for a bigger one and was fully denied in a aggravated attitude. I will not be returning. The ambience of the interiors was nice, lots of places to sit down although many people weren't inside sitting-I can tell why. read more

Two days in a row, the customer service has been terrible, I don't wanna be treated like cattle, if there's a request for a tip when I pay, there's a customer service should be excellent. Nobody said thank you, nobody said how are you, I was just kind of a blank stare situation and when I paid and I went through, the barista at the register gave me a thumbs up and didn't say a word. I know she was taking a order through the window too, but there was also about nine other people in the building working there, she shouldn't have been multitasking like that or put in a position to give bad customer service. I've worked at busier locations. I'm still treated people like people, not like nuisance. when I asked the gentleman who served me if there was new hires, it wasn't a definite. Yes, he blamed it on IT being in the building, but I didn't explain yesterday either the food and coffee is not that great to have lack of customer service. I don't really wanna go back. I drive for uber. I almost crash and spilled my drink for my guest. I went back and was immediately greeted by Devon who offered me a towel to clean up my car and was such a kind soul. Everything is usually fresh and as expected and workers are friendly. I only have one suggestion to the management team here (this is the only Starbucks this has happened to me), I usually place my orders on the app and I customize my drinks to my liking, I order a milk substitution for my drinks and because of this you guys assume I do not want whipped cream. If I order a ribbon crunch Frappuccino which has whipped cream on the bottom and on top I do not want a regular Frappuccino. The employees always let me know that they automatically don't add whipped cream if there is a milk substitution but if I didn't want whipped cream I would order a regular Frappuccino what is the purpose of me customizing my drink if you are going to do your own thing anyway. This has to be THE Worst Starbucks ever!!! I tried to order a holiday drink to receive the 2021 holiday cup but due to my health issues I asked if the could not add the dairy products or any milk, the girl that took my order responded that I might as well order the Americano, which trays what I did. When I drove up to get my drink they fought me that because I didn't order the drink with the dairy products that I didn't qualify to get the cup. I wanted the holiday without the dairy that's they should've gave me instead of telling me to order an Americano. Showed up at this Starbucks to pick up a mobile order which wasn't ready for about 15 minutes even though it was not busy in any sort of way, there were about 5 people working, and there were 6 people total inside but only 2 of them were waiting for drinks to be made. The rest had their drinks already. While waiting, 1 of the workers was mopping and I thought maybe something was spilled, but she was leaving early so decided to mop while there were still people trying to enjoy their coffee. I sat there and watched the while 15 minutes as she continued to mop 2 1/2 hour before closing time and asked every single person to move so she could mop under their feet. She even asked 2 girls and a service dog to get up out of their seats because she wanted to mop under their table. Everyone was so irritated. I couldn't believe the unprofessionalism. Her name was Alysia. She didn't even bother to put a wet floor sign. An older gentleman almost slipped and the poor service dog slipped. I just couldn't believe that she had no common sense or basic respect and didn't even apologize for basically mopping peoples feet. And none of the other workers said anything at all either. This is a good Starbucks location. It is easy and convenient. There is friendly staff and coffee, of course. The problem is the seating. There are 3 tables with chairs(no cushion) and 5 high tables with backless stools. I made it for about 10 minutes before I had to move to 1 of 4 comfy chairs. There are no tables by the lounge chairs, or hooks on the long tables. It is not a place I'd go back to for studying etc. read more

I have only lived here a month and I have been to this Starbucks maybe 10/15 times and very single time it's amazing. Great service from the workers, great tasting drinks, and in a timidly fashion! The staff always have a nice warming friendly smile! Great location! I ran into a long line last Saturday and the woman working at the window keep apologizing! I dont know what is up with this location. Its the closest to our house so its our only option. We love the egg bites and breakfast items so we order them as a quick bite before soccer games. It seems the last few times we been they they short us a sandwhich. Problem is we usually are on our way and are on the road before we discovered the mistakes. Also my wife gets the flavored drinks and more often then not, the drinks are mixed up or it has wayyyyy to much flavoring. We have had more issues at this location then all the other locations over the years combined. They are friendly enough and no issue with customer service. read more

I love Starbucks and am usually happy with my drink. This location though has a serious problem. Three different times I've gotten a bad drink! When I've ordered a vanilla or caramel latte, the gal squirts the flavor in the bottom of the cup and doesn't stir it so the top half of the drink has no sweetness or flavor and the bottom is pure sickening sweet sludge. No where else do I get a vanilla latte that has to be stirred before drinking it. read more

I never take the time to write reviews, but today I experienced horrible service. I had forgotten money at home and had to pay partially in change and the workers were extremely rude and did not have a good attitude about it. I would understand it can be frustrating to count change, but the way they acted was unacceptable. As a worker you are supposed to be representing your company positively and today I have decided I will never come back and support this Starbucks. This is not the first time I have experienced bad service from this place. The workers are always discourteous and impatient. That's embarrassing to own a company with multiple impolite workers. I should not have to be afraid to order a special drink that is more complicated because I AM PAYING FOR IT. Overall, very unprofessional service. read more

I like this place, I have many memories here. However, there is a terrible fly problem. I went there at 5 in the morning one time and the place was infested with flies. I was trying to do homework but its really hard to focus when you have 5 flies hovering around your face and landing on your coffee. read more

Drive thru on weekends goes well. However, the two times I've gone inside with 3 people, no greeting and waiting forever to get my order in, then waiting for them to make my drink forever. One young man shared at the tip jar. I don't tip when my stuff comes so late after ordering. I yip based on service not entitlement. My drinks are not complicated. I was going to give 1 star but when we've gone thru drive thru they've been pretty quick. Plus there are tons of kids packing in there. Don't kids go to school in graham?
