We had some with genuine Tabasco, which to me is more flavorful than some of the sweeter hot-sauces, though i like those too. I ate it in the old style, which is to sauce the bread. It creates a creamy texture and makes it easy to get just the right amount of heat that I want with each bite. And Willy's served a thick creamy tartar sauce that is very satisfying. The fries were hot and crisped and quite generous. We liked Willy's welcoming staff. They seemed to like the place and the customers, and they seem to know many as regulars.
