This is truly one of the best Starbucks locations in the area. The customer service is always superb and you truly leave in better spirits not only due to your drink but also your interactions with the staff. The drinks are also the tastiest here! They take so much pride in the craft that it's reflected in every single thing. I'm so happy I came across this location on a whim and will continue to stop by for my daily espresso!

The upmost positive Starbucks experiences I've ever had consistently. Whenever you walk in or hit their drive through, the path is marked with these awesome inspiring messages both outdoors and indoors. The baristas are skilled at "cuppa-joe-makin" and will serve you with a smile. I recommend their caramel macchiato! Love this store.

I am SO excited about this location. It's located right near BWI airport and off 97. My church i5city is located literally 3 min from this location. So I can imagine I will visit weekly now. They are open 4:30am- 10pm M-F on Sat 5:30am-9pm and on Sun 5:30am- 8pm. Brand new location has only been open for 4 days. So everything is literally new! I stopped by on Saturday at lunch time and was literally the only customer. I went the drive thru because I wanted to test it out and also because it was leg day at the gym and I could barely walk (if you know you know). So ordering was seamless. The very nice cashier took time to answer my questions about when they first opened and their hours as she took my order. I got the grilled cheese and a strawberry refresher drink. No issues there (also forgot to take a pic because I was so famished) next time! As in tomorrow because I'm going to church! Was very happy about the size of the drive through, especially if you have a larger suv/truck or something you wont have width clearance issues. They are located next to an Allstate so if you scrape up your car then you could file a claim. Jk. There is open seating outside at the end of the drive through. The only thing I can say here is I really hope people pay attention exiting the drive thru and walking if they happen to try and parallel park next to the store. There's not a railing or barrier between the curb and the drive through, but there is on the other side where you park your car. Btw- parking spaces here will be tight, but I think that's why it's a drive thru location. As I started to drive away. I decided I did want to see inside. Okay, I dragged my legs and body inside to take these pics for ya. So you're welcome. No issues there. Well lit and clean facilities. While inside they mentioned to me that this coming Friday would be an event for first responders but open to anyone as well from 5-7pm. So if you're reading this and it's before Oct 4th stop by!

Excellent that Starbucks has expanded its store. We can drive-thru. Its near exit MD-100 and the Marley Mall.

They definitely have a lot of great options if you want something sweeter. We hung out for a few hours, they have a good seating area, was never overly busy on a Saturday morning. They have a drive thru for convenience as well. They have food available but I didn't try any. It is very similar to Starbucks in that matter, most of it seems to be reheated in the toaster oven. I love the concept of the shop though, it's New Orleans based so they have beignets and some other items inspired by that. I'm sure I will come back here whenever Im visiting my parents. It is most conveniently located for where they live.

There was also no hint of banana, if real banana purée is used then petals the reduction process could be increased to give it a more robust presence. The flavor profile of the drink as a whole was completely off and didn't meet the name of the drink. Beignets Well, they appeared to be freshly prepared, the grease presence tasted as if old grease was used. That flavor was a bit overpowering in every bite. The sauces I chose was pumpkin sauce and white chocolate, however, the cashier when recommending them made it sound as if the sauces came with it. I was a bit surprised to see a 50 Cent charge per sauce on the receipt. No I'm not griping over a dollar, it's more of the principle of more awareness and again I should have taken more time to read the menu as that may have been presented the up charge on there. Both dipping sauces were overly sweet, sickeningly sweet. While this did not feed my soul, maybe it feeds yours.

What I couldn't understand was the attitude, eye rolls, and comments from the girls behind the counter. They made me feel like it was an issue that I needed help, and it was a very uncomfortable experience. This was the first time I had ever come to this location since I work nearby, but I think I would rather go get coffee at the Dunkin' Donuts up the street rather than feeling like I was inconveniencing the other Staff Members. I believe the one girl was a Manager, and if that is the case, she should be demoted until she learns Customer Service skills, and welcomes the sales that bring the revenue in for this location to stay open. I will be calling their Corporate Office to make them aware of my experience and also give them positive feedback about the gentleman that was patient and didn't make my patronage feel like unwanted. The parking is extremely tight, and is very inconvenient, as others have stated in their reviews. There is plenty of parking at the Dunkin Donuts and they are Customer Ssrvice oriented there.

The woman with bright red hair who was taking orders and operating the point of sale machine had a horrible attitude towards customers when they were asking what was available and trying to place orders, and at least one person walked away without buying anything because of her. I ordered a medium coffee Americano which was $4.99 - fair, especially at an airport coffee spot, but when she showed me where to tap my card, I was given a screen to leave a gratuity. I wasn't giving a tip as I received no real "service" and I'm not giving 25% for someone at a walk up counter to pour a cup of coffee (I just got an Americano - a simple order). When she saw I left no tip, she glared at me and said "OK!....OK!!" as if she was miffed and being judgemental. I walked to the other side of this large kiosk to where the coffee drinks are handed out once ready. There were several people waiting for their orders, and none of the cups were labeled or had names on them - the employee there was just yelling the type of drink she was setting out, and I guess hoping if there were multiple customers with the same order they'd figure it out on their own.

I saw an Auntie Anne's as I walked toward my gate and could hear my tummy rumble and as much as I love a delicious, hot, buttery pretzel I decided against this for breakfast. I like to eat healthy (for the most part), but this can be pretty hard to do while traveling - especially in an airport! The sign for Chesapeake Cafe caught my eye - organic, locally owned, fair trade - so I decided to check it out. Plus, they had Naked Juices - just what I was craving! I saw a picture advertising fresh bagels on the menu and decided to order one. The bagel did not taste fresh and was actually pretty soft even after toasting. I was hoping for a freshly toasted bagel like I enjoy occasionally at Einsteins and Brueggers. This bagel was more like the type you find at your local grocery store - nothing special and definitely not worth the $2.59. The customer service was okay and others seemed happy with their coffee 3 stars seems fair. Note to self for future: Stick with the hand crafted espresso drinks and skip the bakery items.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.
