Nichole the angry barista is just bringing them down. I used to like going and getting my coffee here because they were so cheerful and nice but lately, bad attitudes have taken over. This specific place unfortunately their system did not accept any of my gift cards and couldn't have the option to give us either a discount or accommodate for the small issue. I would like the place to fix their system next time before their opening time since it's a convenient spot. I also appreciate the female worker for the option of going to the mobile app to solve the problem and her mood was gentle and nice to other customers. However, the Asian male worker barely did anything to accommodate for their mistake and said they couldn't do anything but we pay the full price. He didn't even bother trying to fix the system or give us an option for our specific order and gave a small attitude that he was not in the mood to resolve this. read more

Once again I have come into a new location and feel exactly the same way as I do with my other location reviews. The store is big, bright with plenty of seating and parking. It is an easy in and out from Stewart Avenue. The team is always friendly and greets you properly as you approach the counter and place your order. My go-to Starbucks in my town. Never a problem. Food and beverage great and staff is friendly and I like the seating area.

Usually always busy in the morning time! The staff is super friendly and try their best to get orders done quickly! I tend to stop here before work which is always during a busier time! I suggest using the app to order ahead that way you can just come in and grab your order from the side. There is also plenty of seating if you wanted to take a break or do some work. I come here nearly every morning because I work down the block. I've noticed the consistency with the same drink has gone down over the last year or it varies. Usually I could put in my order and get the same quality of a drink every time. Whatever right ?! So today I come in for my usual a shaken expresso. I get to the counter and it looks like my venti drink is half full. Almost like they made a grande size drink , ran out and said screw it I'm not making anymore. So I said something nicely " excuse me this is half full" and the lady goes " it's a shaken expresso that's why" lol. So you give me a half empty drink because it's a shaken expresso? That's never happened . Mind you I order this drink every single day and have never received a half empty cup. Another lady then proceeds to pour milk in my drink to get me to go away fair enough. Nice seating area, friendly staff. Never a long line, even during breakfast or lunch. They have comfy couches, great area to study. It's Not too loud either. I stopped in for a late night coffee and something to eat. Young man who served me, Mahlik, was very polite and helpful. I tried the new gluten free Canadian bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. Considering it was gluten free, it wasn't bad at all. I also got a Venti latte. The latte was pretty bad. It was very, very week and tasted more like milk than coffee. I'd think this would be a no-brainer, but no such luck. I gave them 3 stars because the place was spotless and the staff was nice, but next time, get the coffee right! read more

It seems that all of my friends prefer this Starbucks. Hey! They don't have the Clover machine and it's a real challenge weaving around the Roosevelt mall to find the place. But when I found the place, I could understand why all of my friends enjoy coming here. Walking in I can see that this Starbucks was nicely lit and had comfy chairs. I'm a big guy and I like a nice comfy chair. I guess that stools are okay but I feel too much like a seal on a Circus ball. I frequent this Starbucks a lot as I work in the building right behind it. My drinks are always so tasty and exactly how I like them. The baristas are really good here! They're always pretty nice but I like how quick they are at this Starbucks when making your drinks. The online ordering is the ultimate. First time at this location. My boyfriend was having a meeting so I decided to sit in and wait for him. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a bacon and gruyere cheese sous vide. The sous vide was a new item on their breakfast menu. There's two type, a roasted vegetable and the bacon and Gruyere. The base is egg whites. It's packed with protein minus the carbs. Each order comes with two pieces. Upon ordering, the barista that took my order was very friendly.. There wasn't a line so no long waits! The barista that made my drink was friendly to as well. I noticed barista outside from NYC are a lot calmer and not in a rush. Different volume of flow does make a difference. The sous vide was really good. Coffee was consistent in taste with all the other Starbucks I've visited. Only thing was that the tables were a bit dirty. During my visit it wasn't busy but there wasn't a barista that tended the customer dining area. read more

Been coming to this Starbucks for over 6 years. The staff has always been very accommodating, friendly and efficient. They set a welcoming tone when you walk in. It's always clean and neat especially in the morning, which is one of the best times to come. What makes this Starbucks so unique is the staff. They set a tone of a friendly open atmosphere which flows over to the customers and they in turn are friendly to each other. In my over 6 years of coming here I have met so many people and developed many relationships including with the staff. I have to mention Stephanie and Nicole who I have seen pretty much from day 1 who always greeted me with courtesy and respect. The store manager Jessica, is fairly new but she is also extremely friendly, courtesy and is a pleasure. With this combination no wonder the entire staff are also great. I waited 5 minutes outside and then 5 minutes inside but I didn't hear my name so I asked one of the employees what happened to my coffee. I hope they ensure a customer is not sitting down before they throw out an entire order of food and a coffee.
