This location was closed for awhile it was under reconstruction. Now it's open and it looks great. The online ordering pick there's a section when you first walk in before it use to be in the back. The lighting is different more brighter and they changed the counter space. I like that they have Nitro cold brew coffee on tap. The donut counter also changed it not behind the cashiers. The icecream and prepackaged icecream freezer is now in the back. It's a good upgrade. read more

The weather was nasty and I wanted a cup of hot coffee to warm me up! I should not have been surprised that the coffee tastes watered down. You can't charge more for a medium cup of coffee to water it down to make it stretch. The staff was pleasant though and they have a small amount of seating. read more

Staff would be SUPER CAUTIOUS with food safety and handling. I must say there is a lady named Rasheeda and another lady that works with her that wears glasses are Great! But there are 2 employees a shorter heavier lady a older man that continuously rings up customers takes money, cards from customers then makes food without using gloves or washing hands! I have asked them numerous times to do so, and they refuse to listen so I ask them to not make my food . Only Rasheeda or the other lady! This is unacceptable! They were cashier woman was friendly and polite. I ordered the Vanilla Chai, a French Vanilla Coffee, 2 glazed donuts, 1 chocolate glazed and a waffle cone with 1 scoop of pineapple coconut ice cream. Pretty good Dunkin Donuts. Most of the things I have a gripe with them are out of their control, IE: aggravating parking lot, weird store layout. They handled morning rush really well, lots of staff on board and all seemingly working like a well oiled machine. There's little to no funny business about this kind of place. Also nice that this is a Baskin Robbins location, you never know when you're gonna want a cone, and to beat the summer heat as well. It's in a well placed location, but as I mentioned before, the parking lot is pretty awful. It's just very narrow and gets backed up since people take forever to back out or to get back on the road. There also isn't a lot of seating room, maybe there was 3 or 4 tables tops. You're really taking your coffee and doughnut to go here. read more

What can I say, it's a Dunkin' Donuts. They have coffee, doughnuts, several sandwiches (I like the veggie egg whites on flatbread). Oh, and also Baskin-Robbins for you ice cream lovers. Open 24/7 for that 3 am caffeine fix. Being so close to my house I do stop in fairly often. The store is on the small side but always clean, the food is fresh and the coffee hot. The employees are especially nice and friendly - in a way that feels like the service at a local coffee shop. I recently moved in the area and this is my go-to Dunkin Donuts. I order On-the-Go every morning and my coffee is made exactly how I want it and the donuts are made fresh every day. Also the staff is professional, friendly and pleasant. The store is well-kept and cleaned regularly. It often gets busy especially being near a hospital, but their ability to tackle long lines is impressive. I get my daily caffeine kick and leave with a smile every day. One of the nicer Dunkin's I've been to. I came in around 1PM during lunch hours for a large iced latte. I requested less ice and the woman at the register made sure I actually got less ice! There's a crazy lot which extends to the back for your maximum shopping needs. Walked in, . The store is completely empty of clients. Two employees are at the counter pretending to be wiping it , they don't even look up. I patiently wait for a " can I help you? Or a Hello... or maybe just any kind of acknowledgement. Hey at this point I'll take a groan, a hiccup, any sign of life . but nothing. I finally ask them" do you see me standing here? Are you going to acknowledge that you have a customer? ". They answer" this is not where the line starts". Now mind you there is no line I'm the only customer. I just walked out. What's the point?. During this visit I waited over 30 minutes and finally got fed up, walking out empty handed. Upon walking in, their were two ppl ahead of me and one behind me. You had two staff members that are completely useless with no sense of urgency. I'm not sure why you would need two staff members to tend to one guest with a small order. I witnessed both of your staff members getting the order wrong and had to redo it over 4 times. By this time the couple who came after me walked out. Your employees working didn't seem bothered by the the customers walking out and still continued to work at the same listless pace. Finally next lady who orders a bagel. So you still have the guy "cleaning" still wiping the same spot for the past 5 minutes still cleaning, he didn't even acknowledge me and the other guy getting the butter but he stops to have another 5 minute conversation in the back with someone. I'm still waiting. Magically a women appears in uniform not to work but readily picking out which donut to bring home. I requested for my order to be taken at this time but the guy still "cleaning" mind you this was the same counter 10 min ago said to wait because he's new, while your more experienced worker who's suppose to be training is still talking up a storm with the bucket of butter in hand. ~ FALLING STARS ~ ... I do try hard to "like" this DD. Really I do...Maybe I'm just annoyed with the "I so don't wanna be here" attitude I got the other day from the cashier who (barely) took my order. And I worked her hard for that small iced coffee with cream (light please) & a toasted sesame bagel with some grape jelly on the side... Maybe I'm REALLY annoyed that when I asked this gal for a few equals on the side with my iced coffee, she handed me (cause I was so pushing my luck now by asking) some dirty disgusting packets that obviously were at one time sitting in puddles of coffee & had dried (possibly on the floor - wish I took a pic) caked in I don't know what! There was some black shit smeared on 2 of the 3 packets. Maybe it was coffee grounds but who knows for sure! I wasn't going to use them & they should not have been presented to any customer! When the other woman handed me my bagel at the pickup area, I handed the packets back & asked for some "clean" equal packets. Instead of these people just discarding the dirty disgusting packets, they actually attempted to pass them to a customer. That is nerve!! The kicker was when I got in my car & glanced at the bill I found that they actually charged me 35 cents for a single grape jelly. Talk about cheap... What a "crappy" experience DD! read more

My favorite Dunkin donuts! I go to this location almost everyday before I go to work. The staff is friends, the coffee is always perfect and the doughnuts are always fresh.
