This location was closed for awhile it was under reconstruction. Now it's open and it looks great. The online ordering pick there's a section when you first walk in before it use to be in the back. The lighting is different more brighter and they changed the counter space. I like that they have Nitro cold brew coffee on tap. The donut counter also changed it not behind the cashiers. The icecream and prepackaged icecream freezer is now in the back. It's a good upgrade. read more

What a great location! Amazing service! I have to give a special shout out to the young man, Fahad, working at the counter, He was so nice, welcoming, and friendly. He went above and beyond to provide outstanding service! The coffee and donuts were also great! I will definitely return to this location even though it's not on my usual route. read more

The weather was nasty and I wanted a cup of hot coffee to warm me up! I should not have been surprised that the coffee tastes watered down. You can't charge more for a medium cup of coffee to water it down to make it stretch. The staff was pleasant though and they have a small amount of seating. read more

I come here all the time. Mornings they are great. Typically on point and fast when using mobile orders. However, in the evening the mobile orders take a longer time than the morning time. Always clean inside and spacious seating. read more

Dunkin' - Black iced tea - Donuts Near Me - New Hyde Park, New York

This Dunkin Donuts is always fast moving in any type of order you place. Besides being very courteous

I gave this place 3 stars! I come here all the time because I work near the hospital. You would think with the large amount of customers being in the medical field. Staff would be SUPER CAUTIOUS with food safety and handling. I must say there is a lady named Rasheeda and another lady that works with her that wears glasses are Great! But there are 2 employees a shorter heavier lady a older man that continuously rings up customers takes money, cards from customers then makes food without using gloves or washing hands! I have asked them numerous times to do so, and they refuse to listen so I ask them to not make my food . Only Rasheeda or the other lady! This is unacceptable! As it could lead to sickness! read more

I'm actually really surprised about some of the reviews on here. I give this place 5 stars. I never have any issues. The manager is always polite and friendly and moving things along. My coffee is always made perfect. The staff is prompt, efficient and polite as well. I think it's probably one of the nicer Dunkin's I've been in and always have a good experience at. read more

Store was renovated BUT the staff is not appealing at all. The tall, slim girl checked the tips cup organizing the bills with her hands and proceeded in picking out my donuts with a small piece of paper- no gloves. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that my order went to deaf ears- milk missing in my coffee, or filled so high that I have to pour out some so it doesn't spill - coffee is also tasteless and seems watered out. read more

A coworker picked up our breakfast before work & this is supposed to be a large ice MATCHA Latte but it isn't. He didn't know it was a green drink, since he never had matcha. Dissapointed at a simple drink order. read more

I went to grab a coffee and a donut for a friend before my visit. They had a line waiting to order right by the door. But, they moved the line really fast. They were cashier woman was friendly and polite. I ordered the Vanilla Chai, a French Vanilla Coffee, 2 glazed donuts, 1 chocolate glazed and a waffle cone with 1 scoop of pineapple coconut ice cream. Everything was fresh and made exactly how we wanted it. If I am ever in the area again I will return. read more

I hadn't had Dunkin donuts for a while and decided to have some that day. Stale donuts at 10:00am. Consumers should go to a store that has more traffic. Prices aren't bad but not for a stale donut. read more

Nasty employee. The guy with eye glasses. Shout at his coworker. Nasty to my husband just simply asking about the promotion.

Pretty good Dunkin Donuts. Most of the things I have a gripe with them are out of their control, IE: aggravating parking lot, weird store layout. They handled morning rush really well, lots of staff on board and all seemingly working like a well oiled machine. There's little to no funny business about this kind of place. Also nice that this is a Baskin Robbins location, you never know when you're gonna want a cone, and to beat the summer heat as well. It's in a well placed location, but as I mentioned before, the parking lot is pretty awful. It's just very narrow and gets backed up since people take forever to back out or to get back on the road. There also isn't a lot of seating room, maybe there was 3 or 4 tables tops. You're really taking your coffee and doughnut to go here. read more

barehands being used after touching mops. aside from 1-2 employees the rest of them is nasty and will talk about you in another language bad they are preparing your food. you can almost sense they aren't very genuine and act if they are sitting on a gold mine. not to mention very sour and poor attitudes. read more

Never have been disappointed. Everything is good from coffee to Frappuccinos. Try the Mango Pineapple Refresher.

This one is one of the smaller outlets within the Dunkin Doughnuts empire. That said, the store will give you your basic caffeine fix and the dougnuts are fresh. There is parking both in the front and back, and the staff is good a keeping the line moving, so you never wait long. read more

What can I say, it's a Dunkin' Donuts. They have coffee, doughnuts, several sandwiches (I like the veggie egg whites on flatbread). Oh, and also Baskin-Robbins for you ice cream lovers. Open 24/7 for that 3 am caffeine fix. Being so close to my house I do stop in fairly often. The store is on the small side but always clean, the food is fresh and the coffee hot. The employees are especially nice and friendly - in a way that feels like the service at a local coffee shop. In fact, even though DD is not my favorite coffee brand, I added the 5th star for the excellent service. read more

I recently moved in the area and this is my go-to Dunkin Donuts. I order On-the-Go every morning and my coffee is made exactly how I want it and the donuts are made fresh every day. Also the staff is professional, friendly and pleasant. The store is well-kept and cleaned regularly. It often gets busy especially being near a hospital, but their ability to tackle long lines is impressive. I get my daily caffeine kick and leave with a smile every day. You should check it out if you are in the area. read more

One of the nicer Dunkin's I've been to. I came in around 1PM during lunch hours for a large iced latte. I requested less ice and the woman at the register made sure I actually got less ice! It was surprising because normally I get that simple request ignored. Drink was fine, place looked clean, staff was nice - I'll be back :) read more

There has definitely been a positive change in quality of this place. You can get your coffee, donut, and ice cream fix as it doubles as a Baskin Robins. There's a crazy lot which extends to the back for your maximum shopping needs. Coffee is way watered down and inside wasn't the cleanest. Recommend going elsewhere

This is the best dunkin location ever as far as I'm concerned. They are quick, never screw up & the staff in there is nice. They also don't put way too much ice in the iced coffee as most DD's do. I go to Dunkin' Donuts more than I'd like to admit and at least 5-6 different locations somewhat regularly. This is the best if the bunch by far. read more

Live in the neighborhood and usually go to DD on hillside and littleneck but today I decided to stop in this location for ice cream. The texture on the praline and cream was off and while eating 1/2 way in there was some gross black or rusted thing in there flat about the size of a penny. I took it back in and showed the woman working there , she was going to give me another . Of course I was disgusted and asked for a refund. Never going back there ... read more

Walked in, . The store is completely empty of clients. Two employees are at the counter pretending to be wiping it , they don't even look up. I patiently wait for a " can I help you? Or a Hello... or maybe just any kind of acknowledgement. Hey at this point I'll take a groan, a hiccup, any sign of life . but nothing. I finally ask them" do you see me standing here? Are you going to acknowledge that you have a customer? ". They answer" this is not where the line starts". Now mind you there is no line I'm the only customer. I just walked out. What's the point?. Customer service at its best! By the way this was Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. don't want to get another employee in trouble. You know one who may know what they're doing. read more

During this visit I waited over 30 minutes and finally got fed up, walking out empty handed. Upon walking in, their were two ppl ahead of me and one behind me. You had two staff members that are completely useless with no sense of urgency. I'm not sure why you would need two staff members to tend to one guest with a small order. I witnessed both of your staff members getting the order wrong and had to redo it over 4 times. By this time the couple who came after me walked out. Your employees working didn't seem bothered by the the customers walking out and still continued to work at the same listless pace. Finally next lady who orders a bagel. You had one crew member pretending to clean and another taking his time getting the order prepared, but luck has it their wasnt any butter in stock. So you still have the guy "cleaning" still wiping the same spot for the past 5 minutes still cleaning, he didn't even acknowledge me and the other guy getting the butter but he stops to have another 5 minute conversation in the back with someone. I'm still waiting. Magically a women appears in uniform not to work but readily picking out which donut to bring home. I requested for my order to be taken at this time but the guy still "cleaning" mind you this was the same counter 10 min ago said to wait because he's new, while your more experienced worker who's suppose to be training is still talking up a storm with the bucket of butter in hand. By the this time I had to walk out. I'm so disgusted with the level of service and from what I have witness this evening! If you don't believe me rewind the cameras and watch these two idiots represent your establishment. This happened on Friday 1/6/17 around 10 pm. read more

~ FALLING STARS ~ ... I do try hard to "like" this DD. Really I do...Maybe I'm just annoyed with the "I so don't wanna be here" attitude I got the other day from the cashier who (barely) took my order. And I worked her hard for that small iced coffee with cream (light please) & a toasted sesame bagel with some grape jelly on the side... Maybe I'm REALLY annoyed that when I asked this gal for a few equals on the side with my iced coffee, she handed me (cause I was so pushing my luck now by asking) some dirty disgusting packets that obviously were at one time sitting in puddles of coffee & had dried (possibly on the floor - wish I took a pic) caked in I don't know what! There was some black shit smeared on 2 of the 3 packets. Maybe it was coffee grounds but who knows for sure! I wasn't going to use them & they should not have been presented to any customer! When the other woman handed me my bagel at the pickup area, I handed the packets back & asked for some "clean" equal packets. Instead of these people just discarding the dirty disgusting packets, they actually attempted to pass them to a customer. That is nerve!! The kicker was when I got in my car & glanced at the bill I found that they actually charged me 35 cents for a single grape jelly. Talk about cheap... What a "crappy" experience DD! read more

Bravo NHP DD! The staff seemed extra friendly and one of the customers saddled up and the DD employee asked how his kids were doing..
