Starbucks - Strawberry Aa Lemonade Refresher & Iced Matcha Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Friendswood, Texas

Great customer service, but the seating is extremely uncomfortable. The chairs are rock hard and not suitable for sitting longer than 15 minutes. When I'm paying for coffee, I want to be able to actually sit and enjoy it in the store. I know Starbucks has intentionally moved toward this style, but it really makes the space feel unwelcoming. read more

I come to this location every morning and overall I have nothing but good things to say. Since I am a regular most of the time I don't even have to ask for specifics- straws with my drinks ect , as they remember which I really do appreciate . I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply due to the parking lot and configuration, because it is located on such a busy street and it truly is in such a good location the line backs up quickly and easily and bc of the way the parking lot is shaped it makes it hard to get out when the line from the drive thru becomes long . Also parking is very limited and it's risky to park due to getting blocked in from the drive thru . read more

This location is the worst Starbucks in any state I have ever visited. My dad goes to this location daily and gets a bone dry cappuccino and 75% of the time or more, they cannot make it extra dry. Instead of saying so, they will hand him a drink that is as heavy as a latte. There is 1 barista in the evenings that he can count on making his drink correctly. Fortunately, he will drink the incorrect drink because he also doesn't mind just a cappuccino but he would much prefer it be bone dry, hence why he orders it that way. They also are 50/50 when it comes to making a caramel macchiato. Today, my drink has 0 caramel in it. The barista making it clearly forgot to add to caramel flavor entirely which happens more than you imagine. So this is coffee with steamed milk on top but we were charged for a caramel macchiato. Because this is the location closest to us in Friendswood, and we'd prefer to be able to go to the Starbucks closest to us, we thought to combat this issue we would start asking for extra caramel but they clearly do not read the stickers they put on the cup because yet again for maybe the 5th time this month, they didn't put ANY caramel syrup or drizzle. They are also guilty of not filling your cup even remotely close to full. Im not sure what happens but it seems like they get multiple latte orders and they just try to kill 2 birds with one stone by trying to fill two drinks when they don't have enough to do so in one take. The people there are ok but it is truly frustrating to continue dealing with the terrible drinks. Please train your employees to pay attention to what you are doing. Anytime we are in Webster, Pearland or when I am traveling for business, I have never once needed a place to remake a drink. Truly tired of this location's mess ups especially when their only solution is to have you come back for another drink (which they will likely mess up). read more

Starbucks - Granted some of the milk has evaporated into the drink but what is this? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Friendswood, Texas

Well the reviews don't lie. I asked for warm and they give me a scorching hot beverage that is not what I wanted. Hopefully they get better training on how to ready orders. Thanks again for almost burning my hand read more

This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever tried to get coffee from. The last THREE times I have placed an order, it tells me to expect it in 4-7 minutes. Each of the last two times it's taken 20+. This last time, I had to leave without my coffee because my wait time was going to make me 15 minutes late to my appointment. I am DONE ordering coffee from this place. Not only did I not get my coffee, they can't refund me because it was an online order. So all I got was a, "Sorry...." Unbelievable. I really thought after the remodel this would have been part of it, but I was proven disappointed, yet again by this location. read more

Evrytime I come here I have an issue. they don't listen how to make my drink and I always have to give it back and they still don't listen. I never have this issue at ANY other Starbucks I go to. just this one. then the guy who rang my drink up thought my window was up so I heard him say "omg she said... etc." Do better at customer service and listen to the customers order. read more

We placed an order online. When we got there we went in to quickly pick up the order. 20 minutes later we cancel the order because it still wasn't ready. If we had ordered in the drive thru we would have been through in 5 minutes. Their service is pathetic. read more

This is my go to Starbucks! It's convenient, close by, quick service, and friendly staff. This location is a great study spot, as it has plenty of tables and outlets. That or ordering a mobile order through the Starbucks app is always fast and comes out accurate at this location. I also like that the staff is very knowledgeable about their drinks, they are great at recommendations if you don't know what you want. Lately my favorite drink has been the new Starbucks iced vanilla bean coconut milk latte as it has good flavor yet it's not too sweet. Or for a quick snack I recommend their double smoked bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. If you're in the Friendswood area, you'll probably catch me studying or getting work done here. I highly recommend this Starbucks location to others! read more

One of my favorite Starbucks locations simply b/c all the baristas are always super nice & easygoing. If you have an error in your order or need a new recommendation, they're always flexible to help you. Decent amount of spots to study. If you need an outlet, be sure to sit somewhere alongside a wall. Their center & floor outlets don't work. This place can get super busy. Would not recommend drive thru during prime hours (morning, lunchtime, post-work). Don't park in front of the store or else your car will be trapped in between the drive-thru line (I like parking in the slots at the complex across the store). I always order via Mobile To-Go and the estimated preparation time is super accurate. Location also has clean bathrooms, super strong A/C, and a good atmosphere. This is one of the kinder Starbucks, and I feel like management did a great job choosing the staff/employees. read more

This isnt an overall Starbucks Review but just a drink Review. So i usually get an Iced Chai Tea but this time i decided to try the Dragon Fruit Tea. I was expecting something very differnt from what i got. A lot of people that i know have never tried a dragon fruit before but i know if they tried this drink before trying the fruit they wouldnt like it and would never try the fruit. The flavor of the Tea is Unique and is an acquired taste. I had to take a few sips to decide that i liked it but would not get it again. Its a very pretty looking tea and is a good photo opt but Just heads up try it if you want to but if you are having to think about getting it then dont get it. read more

This has to be the absolute slowest Starbucks in Houston!!!! I've been to a lot of Starbucks and have never waited as long as I do here...I've been going off and on for 10 years and sadly it never gets any better here...wish it wasn't the only one near us :(. read more

This is a good Starbucks for sitting and talking - long conversations. The whine of the grinders etc is not as intrusive as it is in many other Starbucks and coffee houses. Starbucks generally has comfortable seating; this place has a little more than usual. read more

I'm a Starbucks regular, a fanatic, a Starbie. But my God, no matter the number of chances I give this location.. I literally can't. The drive thru is the slowest (I'm writing this now, been here for 12 minutes and haven't had the chance to order yet). In every past experience they have made a mistake, although all I get is iced coffee sweetened with cream..?? Also, does is location provided less food than any other because they are constantly sold out of every item on the menu..? Every. Time. But hey, at least the people are nice, right? read more

Literally the slowest Starbucks in the area. Nice people working there but the wait is way too long I drive through and usually have to walk into the store to get my order. Also the Starbucks app orders of mine usually get lost so that's useless. read more

Just the usually Starbucks. Not a surprise to see HUGE Drive-Thru lines in the morning. You might as well shift into park, buddy. Friendly staff, always gets my drinks right and always offers "puppy whip" if we decide to bring the chihuahua along. So cute. read more

The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is due to often very long lines for the drive/thru. I do like the onside , it's spacious clean and staff are friendly . ( inside and drive-thru ) I do have to say they want to make your drink taste the best and how you order . They've remade mine a few times and once it was my fault as I ordered it wrong ! read more

Nice people that work there but I was very disappointed in this particular location. The bathroom was filthy and there were flies in the food case. They made my drink wrong text and the overall experience was just poor. The counter top was dirty and the water tasted bad. Five dollars for a cup coffee it's certainly not worth it at this location. read more

I love this Starbucks! It has friendly people who enjoy their job and brightened my day. Coffee is great and they have a great selection of delicious desserts. And it helped that the designated drive-thru guy was hilarious! read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks ever since I moved here in high school. No problems with more orders and the staff is usually friendly. Studying here can be a little difficult since it is a small location. But it is a nice atmosphere! read more

It's seems that they never have enough people working in this location. Drinks always turn out as ordered but they can take awhile. Great location to get some work done or meet up with friends. read more

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in existence. if inept staff manages to wait on you in less than a snail's pace, they seldom are able to get the order straight. Today they have hit perfection. they managed to mess up my order for the third straight time. it befuddles me how they can screw up a "no foam, no room latte" and serve a drink that is light on substance (at less 1/2 to 3:4 inches from the suggested drink level with an additional inch of foam. This was in spite of the label correctly stating my order. It would be easy to assume that the barista has a visual disorder or is unable to read, but the sad reality is that the crew at this Starbucks just does not care about the quality of the product they so gleefully mangle. Complaints to regional and corporate offices go unanswered, by the way. I have tired of repeatedly getting the disinterested and often surly staff to correct their mistake. I urge anyone reading this to avoid this specific store. read more

I have always been impressed with staff at any location being super friendly. After moving here, my first experience was surprisingly bad. I ordered an iced coffee and the lady at the register raised her eyebrows at me and went "...and!... what do you want in it???..." and to this day I continue to see unprofessional staff among the few good ones. read more

Their Pikes Place tastes like mud. Oh wait, that's all Starbucks. Remember back in 08 when they closed down for the morning to have the meeting about getting their "soul" back. Maybe they could do that again, but this time shut for about a year and learn how to make regular coffee. Burnt is not good. Acidity matters. Coffee should not have to be mixed with 200 grams of sugar to be tolerated. read more

If they spend more money or hiring and training people instead of doing upgrades maybe this Starbucks could improve their customer service and not have to wait 20 min in a line! This has been an on going issue at this location. Time to hire new people because obviously it's not being fixed with this crew. read more

The barista in the drive thru was extremely rude. I was never given my receipt at the window and she never said anything to me. She just handed me my drinks and left the window. I waited for a moment because I thought she was getting my receipt but she never came back. I also asked for non-fat milk and was given whole. Two thumbs down... read more

This is a wonderful Starbucks! Due to the fact that it is not across the street from another Starbucks it can have huge lines. When the lines are long I go inside and take the morning a little slower. read more

This might just be the worst Starbucks in the area! The customer service is horrible. I highly suggest they teach this younger staff on how to handle customers better. They run out of items non-stop, not fun when you are stuck in there drive-thru lane with no way out and are forced to buy something you didn't intend to get or just wait the 15-20 minutes to just drive off. read more

Like all Starbucks it has its great days and mediocre days depending on who is there. Mornings seem to be crazy and the staff is usually too busy to offer any extra niceties to patrons. The drinks are dependable- but they do over ice even when you say easy ice... but I'm a Starbucks brat and gold card for life so I'll always be back. read more

Went mid afternoon on a Saturday and ordered a coffee frap in the drive thru. The rep cut me off before I could tell him how I wanted it but I was able to tell him once I repeated. I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru line but we are stuck so I had no choice. When I received my drink it was watered down as if it were made for a while while they were making other drinks. I will not be returning. Only gave 2 stars because I like Starbucks just not this location I guess read more
