The IcedBanana Bread matcha was very yummy, definitely going to be my go-to. I really like this location to study because the seating is comfortable and it doesn't get too loud, just normal conversation which you can blank out with having headphones. The workers were very kind too, my drink took a bit to come out because of a rush in the drive-thru however they were very apologetic about it. My 1 star off comes from the fact that each time I put light ice it still seems like they overflow the cup with just ice, it's kind of frustrating because then i get like .5 seconds with my drink and extremely cold teeth. Light ice and normal amount of ice is like the same. It feels like there's no point of having the difference. But I believe the workers can't do anything about that as it is company policy, just very annoying. read more

I stop by this location often and I like it. The workers are always kind and willing to answer questions. I often visit the drive thru and it goes by fast! I've been in the inside a few times and it's neat with a good amount of seats to catch up with friends or get a study session on. My drinks usually come out to perfection but I did get a bad matcha one day but that is expected when visiting Starbucks so I don't mind for the convenience. Overall, I've had great experiences and I will continue visiting :) read more

I came to this Starbucks on 2/28/21 as I was waiting for Shipt Orders to come in. I opted for mobile ordering which always saves time from waiting. I feel most Starbucks are consistent for the most part. Since I wanted something light since I'll be moving all day I opted for my usual Venti No Sugar Green Tea Iced with Light Guava. It's not sweet and very tart just like I love it. It would be perfect with fresh lemon! But they don't have fresh lemon :( I feel like if you are going to serve tea than you need lemon! That's a tea drinkers must have! Anywho, by the time I came into the store the Barista was already ready with my drink which was like perfect timing! There is no in door dining at this location by the time I came. However, they have patio self seating. However, it was very clean inside. Overall, my drink was perfect and lasted me all Shipt Shift. I ordered a Cinnamon Caramel sweet foam cold brew my sister received a Caramel Frappuccino ( she wanted a caramel macchiato cold but was told "that's not a drink" by the drive thru worker. We also requested extra caramel drizzle. And lastly we ordered a Java chip Frappuccino with NO Whip Cream. We received a Java Chip Frappuccino with extra whip cream. We advised the worker at the window (couldn't read her name tag) Java Chip was ordered with No Whip Cream and our other two drinks did not have the extra caramel drizzle... She did not acknowledge the extra caramel but! did take back the J.C Frap to "fix the order." She returned the SAME FRAP! With only the whip cream SCRAPPED OUT! How! Can! A! Starbucks! Worker! Be! I felt the need to update my review today. I ordered a iced Venti quad caramel macchiato with whip. I was charged for a Venti coffee. When I pull up to the window she walks over with a grande. I could see the Nice division of milk to coffee ratio, I stopped her and said I ordered a Venti. I watched her proceed to go back and pour my grande coffee into a Vente cup and put more whip on it. No division of colors nothing. What's the point of charging me for a Venti if you're not even going to make my venti quad but simply pour that poorly made grande into a Venti cup. Maybe it's me but when she handed me the cup there was at least an inch of whip cream in the cup. She did not even bother to fill the cup the rest of the way with coffee or milk. But at this point since this would've been the second time I sent the drink back I just said forget it and left. Early this morning 7am 4/29/23 I purchased a blueberry scone with a few other things. I got home and noticed it was expired over 3 months ago. We had to go out again so I went by Starbucks and we told them about the old date on the blueberry scone and the girl says oh ok let me tell the manager, the girl comes back and hands the same scone out to me and says the manager says that's the date it was packaged not the expiration date. I said so it's almost 4 months since it was made? I said no that's way too long. Do you have any fresher options? She said yes let me go see. She brought back the same exact scone without plastic wrapper. I said that's the same one with no wrapper. I said no Thank You And we just drove off. The manager on staff about 2pm Saturday 4/29/23 did not even care enough to come to the window or try to accommodate us in any way. They were fine with keeping my scone and offering nothing except the same outdated scone. So many bad reviews at this Herndon and Milburn location and now I see why. Please Starbucks corporate do something about this manager that obviously could care less. read more

Like most chains there are little things that can set them apart because chains like to make sure each location is just like the other. This can be said of Starbucks and this location. You've been to a few Starbucks you've been to them all. It really comes down to the difference in how they make you drink, atmosphere, and service. I didn't have any issue with any of those so there is no reason to mark off any stars. It seems like a hit or miss with others but my experience here was just fine Located in a nice area and shopping plaza this Starbucks is easy to locate. Just like most starbucks in the morning, a good line was forming. But also like most Starbucks the employees were efficient in moving the line smoothly. My iced beverage was made and tasted how I've ordered it from other Starbucks. Again how can I complain? The place isn't the biggest starbucks but definitely not the smallest. There were good amount of chairs--even comfortable single seat couches and tables and chairs. A few accessible power outlets as well. As with all starbucks WIFI internet was provided and was good enough to do average browsing, emails, etc. On a hot day the inside temperature was kept cool and comfortable. Being in the north side of town the foot traffic looked to be decent people with little to no suspicious looking individuals. Overall a very good starbucks in my view. read more

I ordered thru drive thru a grande pumpkin cream cold brew, at the last minute I asked the cashier if I could have a venti instead he said of course. I finally get to the window and the guy charged me then proceeds to hand me a grande. I said no I had told them I wanted a venti instead he said oh well no one told me that. Not only did I get a horrible venti pumpkin cream full of ice cold brew it was made with no care as I could taste more water than coffee, he proceeds to hand it to me with attitude doesn't thank me as I thank him. Really disappointed in my local Starbucks this morning. Sent a mobile order in at about 840 for a simple black ice tea. Finish getting myself together and headed to the store. Dropped off some things in the donation bin and walked into Starbucks at almost 9 o'clock. they were pretty busy, but I asked the barista hey do you have a mobile order for Beth. she's looking at at tickets, and mine comes out as I'm standing there. 15 minutes after I placed the order. I asked if I could just cancel the order. She gives my ticket to the girl who was running the register, who then proceeded to tell me she couldn't give me a refund because I didn't have my phone, I needed to have the app. Hello! just put it on a gift card. I go there every single morning. It's then another five minutes to tell me that they couldn't give me a refund because they had to put back on my mobile app. I told her my phone was in the car and it just forget it. I literally walked out of Starbucks lost $3.25 and didn't get a drink. I think the thing that upsets me the most is the fact that if you're going to offer an order ahead service then you need to have staff that can actually handle It when you get rushes. I love my local Starbucks and the crew that works during the week but this weekend B team they really stink. read more

here's Starbucks little secret that they don't want you to know. I'm not being exact on the prices, but close enough to make my point. So a grande macchiato is about $6. However, if you instead order a quad espresso with steamed breve (half and half) it will come to $3.55. They don't like doing it, but they will if you insist. Same with all the basic drinks. Where they get you is to call it a macchiato, which, by its expensive name, is therefore worthy of the significant added expense. And what's really funny is that they have a sign on the menu board which says "CUSTOMIZE ANY DRINK" So, find out the ingredients and order it that way. Save a lot. read more

I have a lot of allergies to different food groups so I have to order drinks made with so many alternatives. This Starbucks always gets my drinks right and they always greet me with a smile and positive attitude. Especially the girl Selena who takes my lunch orders. She always asks how my day was or how I'm doing. It definitely makes a difference when you're having a rough day at work or in general. This is probably one of the better Starbucks in Fresno! I recently moved offices to this side of town and while there are quite a few right here on herndon this one has the better customer service! I am one of those complicated drink orderers but the baristas are always friendly and helpful with suggestions to make my drink better. So the hubby and I usually always go to this Starbucks since its around the corner from us. The other night which was Saturday night service was horrid!!!!! Why you might ask? How many times do we have to repeat our order and you still get it wrong? Then they say they fixed the drinks but they were still wrong!!!!! 1 grande vanilla late and 1 venti soy misto. Kept switching to a venti vanilla late and a grande soy misto. She kept asking us and we kept correcting her about 6 freaking times! I'm sorry but for an order taker aren't you supposed to have good hearing? Sat there at the drive thru window for 10 freaking minutes. I guess they decided to give up trying to get an order right and just ended up giving us the wrong one. She even had another girl come to the window to confirm our order. Still ended up leaving with the wrong drinks. Starbucks please re-evaluate your order takers and make sure they can actually take an order correctly. I come here almost every morning to pick up the morning coffee [with a couple of shots added.] The employees are really friendly and I always enjoy coming here. It's interesting to note that every five or six months they seem to have a new morning crew of employees, I've been coming here long enough that I've been through about three or four different groups. Everyone's always been really nice. I've gone inside the store a few times too and it's one of the more spacious Starbucks, but is often busy. They are always courteous and efficient, after a year of ordering drinks here we can say with confidence that they know how to make it perfect every single time. I go to Starbucks every morning. I recently moved so the most convenient Starbucks for me before work is on Herndon and Milburn. I have been going there for about 3 months, Monday-Friday, and I can honestly say it is one of the worst Starbucks I have gone to. I get to Starbucks around 6:35 a.m. and there is, at most, two or three cars in the drive thru yet somehow every single time I am in that drive thru for 20 minutes or more. Now I get it sometimes they are short staffed and it's just a bad day, but this has happened every single time. I have also gone inside to see if it is just the drive thru that is the problem and the wait is just as long. They have also never apologized for the wait or offered a coupon, like many Starbucks do. Even though waiting in line, and sometimes being late for work, is aggravating, what is even more aggravating is that my drink has never been made correctly. So I not only wait way too long but the product I paid for legit tastes like water. I have even tried to word my drink order better just because I know it can be complicated sometimes. But the one time I did the guy argued with me. Not to mention no employee has seemed very friendly to say the least. I have never complained or gone back inside for them to remake my drink because I honestly have no time for them to do that. I hate complaining but at some point it gets so frustrating that I am paying for something that I don't even want to drink. I am a total Starbucks lover but this Starbucks really turned me off to where I will not go to this particular Starbucks anymore.
