Live my go to Cinnamon latte, and seasonal Gingerbread latte and Pistachio latte. I enjoy the egg and cheese protein pack as an on the go lunch. The pastries are ok in taste but not a favorite. An order for a Tall Hot Chocolate with Almond milk was handed at the drive-thru to me with 100% hot almond milk...0 hot chocolate. Today I ordered a Tall Iced Coffee in a Grande cup with extra ice. At the drive-thru, I got the iced coffee in a grande cup, but did not get extra ice. Whoever makes these drinks should be retrained to pay attention to the order and deliver what is ordered. read more

I was there the day Robbie T. came in the store very aggressively. I was waiting for my mobile order when this grown man walked up to Ricky and started screaming aggressively for extra Carmel. He looked ridiculous. Ricky always makes my drink right and he's one of the nicest baristas there. Robbie T. Should have been kicked out of the store for threatening someone like that. An elderly lady saw me walk up and refused to end her ongoing conversation with another customer who had already ordered. It's upsetting to know that she saw me walk in even made eye contact with me and refused to serve me. The conversation was so long I eventually had to walk out. BEWARE OF FLIES. I SUCKED UP A FLY THROUGH MY STRAW. If I could rate this any lower, I would. Worst Starbucks visit ever. We went through the drive thru, and first of all, the employee did not say one word. I wasn't even aware that my mom paid because he did not greet us, ask for our card, anything... Fast forward about 10 minutes later and I'm happily sipping my iced coffee. Then, I feel something touch my tongue and I think, "is there fruit in this or something?" So, we call the store and ask to speak to the manager because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. He has no personality, does not apologize but says- "yes we know we have a fly problem. It happens every summer" ?!!!!?? I have never heard of a Starbucks that routinely has a fly problem; Starbucks are consistently clean, but this one was a disappointing exception. I LOVE Starbucks and most of the workers there are always so friendly, but this morning there was a rude girl working the window. Mind you, it's raining and I'm already sick. There's a truck in front of me and I'm unable to pull all the way up to the intercom. The barista comes on the intercom and I attempt to place my order and (of course) she can't hear me. So, I have to explain that I'm not able to pull all the way up right now (awkward). I eventually tell her I want the cold buster venti, etc made with lemonade instead of water. Then, (while trying to decide between egg bites or oatmeal). Her: "What did you say?" (I hadn't said anything) Me: "One moment, I'm trying to decide between egg bites and oatmeal." Her: "Um, well, I don't know." (Didn't ask for help) Me: Pauses to process her comment. "Do you have an oatmeal with just brown sugar and fruit?" Her: (Pause) "With what? I don't understand." Me: "Brown Sugar and FRUIT." Her: Proceeds to tell me the regular oatmeal comes with brown sugar, etc. It's the little things... One, use the video option so you can see what's going on. Two, if someone says they are trying to decide on something, don't respond with a sarcastic, "I don't know." Most people would at least say, "No, problem take your time. Let me know when your ready." Or, make a recommendation and upsale‍. read more

Stopped in to get a frappuccino after going to Bulbs & Batteries next door. Place was clean and the guy who took my order was friendly. When he asked me what size drink I wanted, I told him medium while thinking, 'I can't remember which size they call medium here.' But the guy didn't mind at all and also didn't remind me about their size descriptions in that passive aggressive way some workers do. Excellent experience!!! Located on the busy street of Hulen and in a shopping center, it can be a pain to park. But don't let it be the reason why you won't check this location. The staff is great!! Even thou I didn't hear my name been called to get my order, the barista brought my order while I was looking at the new cool mugs, coffee press and new flavors coming out. Oh and they were busy, just saying great services. Felt great giving an extra tip. Like every other Starbucks location, you get Wi-fi, music, the smells of fresh coffee been made. read more

The coffee and food were good. Service was fast. But my 1 star review comes from the lack of respect that should never be made public in the service industry. The kid Justin took my order and he was really nice. There was a slight snafu with my order which wasn't a big deal. I didn't mind at all. But the manager (I think he was the manager, in his 30s bossing everyone around) raised his voice at him infront of guests and I'm sure embarrassed him, all because I had to wait 2 whole minutes. Its extremely unprofessional to call out your employees and create that kind of hostility and tension infront of customers. Then when Justin makes my order and apologizes for the mixup, the manager basically calls him a liar for his excuse, once again infront of customers. I've been around plenty of people like this. Life is hard enough, making the hard part of life harder makes it that much worse. I won't return to this location simply because of that one guy. read more
