I tried the hopscotch protein coffee and it was fantastic! Significantly better than Starbucks and the workers made it in under a minute. Great service and the drink tasted sweet while being sugar free. The drink had a really good, smooth viscosity and had a deep caramel coffee flavour. The ambiance was fantastic such a great energy, I would definitely go again. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Hopscotch Protein Latte - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

My daughter and I visit this location at least 4 to 5 times a week. Service for the most part is good but today was another story. I placed an online order at 6:12 am to be ready at 6:18. I arrived and my order was not ready. I inquired and the person at the walk up window, Ryan Limas said I am working on it. There were a few people that said they had ordered that were waiting. I figured it would be a couple of minutes but 10 minutes later the order was not ready. When I asked he said he was working on it and I said you said that but its been 10 minutes. He snapped at me and said in an aggressive and nasty tone that the machine wasn't working and if I wanted to come fix it I can. Of course that lead to a verbal altercation where we went back and forth momentarily and I said he could cancel my order. The manager on site never came to speak to me and ignored me when I attempted to complain about the service. Please note that apparently the machine for the online and window order was the only one broken because the cars in the drive thru lane seemed to have no problems getting their order. Incompetence and terrible customer service. He could have said when I walked up that the machine was down if that was the case. Again, I don't believe it was. It was an excuse for his lack of ability which falls on the management and the store as a whole. No one helped him and no one coached him on customer service...which should be instinctual. Crazy that I waited over 15 minutes for a drink (foolishly) and then get yelled at by the staff for being "impatient..." read more

I feel like this location finally got my order right. The iced salted caramel protein latte and blended sugar free double rainbro rebel energy drink were both spot on and delicious. Customer service was great and the establishment was clean. The 4 star rating is due to the amount of ice added to my latte. Literally took a minute to drink with that amount of ice. read more

See all

I had vowed to never come here again after the last experience, but I had an employment interview and couldn't afford to hold a grudge. (If I don't get the job, then I can remain pissed off. Ha ha!) The interviewing staff member was incredibly young, which let me know I probably won't get a call-back or job offer. Oh well! At least I put myself out there. The redeeming aspect of this visit is the music was at a very subdued level and not blasting from every speaker in the restaurant like on my last visit. I'm sure this place has great coffee, but it definitely caters to the younger, more hipster crowd. I'll stick with my usual coffee shop. read more

Excited to see Dutch Bros in FTW! If you are visiting TCU stop and get a refresher especially when it's hot outside. We ordered a lemonade, passion fruit, iced Mocha and iced Irish Cream. Drive up order was easy and order made quickly. Fantastic and friendly service made ordering easy with helpful recommendations. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Lemonade, Irish Cream, Mocha and Passion Fruit - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Such disappointing service. I have given Dutch Bros three tries since my initial experience was so pleasant. The last two visits, not so much. My blended Cocomos are so frozen that I am unable to drink them. I even left one in my car in this 100*+ weather while I shopped and it was still about 20% ice when I came back. Crazy. Service is not great either (slooow). I don't quite understand employees sitting in the drive-thru window. Very strange. All affirmation to continue supporting local and going to my favorite coffee shops. read more

I'm happy to know that whenever I'm visiting TCU that Dutch Bros. is nearby!! I visit the location in Mckinney often and love their coffee. I got the Golden Eagle - half sweet and my daughter got a birthday cake frost (milkshake)!! Both were good. Friendly staff... Definitely give them a try if you haven't already. read more

Drive thru service and good coffee. Even on the day of the grand opening they were organized and ready for the crowd. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee and other options were tasty and had location-relative pricing. read more

Was really excited about dutch Bros was across the street from the hotel. However, I went inside because the line for cars was really long. However, I waited inside for several minutes, pressed the button to request help no less than 3x and no one came to help. I actually walked out to leave behind my lack of service. However I noticed the line for cars was gone and was desperate for caffeine. Probably will not visit this location again read more

I had a good experience here and I would recommend the gold eagle People are nice and I love the music read more

came here cause it's closer now, but will be going to Keller for my coffee. Customer service was 2/10. Slow too. I like someone with a smile handing my coffee! :) read more

The chocolate shake seemed like it was nothing more that ice and chocolate sauce. Friendly staff and quick service inside.

Waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes, coffee was horrible. Not sure if it was an off day or what but not a good experience.

It doesn't seem to matter how many or few cars are in the drive through. My drink is never ready at the window and then the person working the window tries to make awkward chitchat while we wait for up to 10 minutes for my drink to be made (a basic latte). Conversation is almost impossible since there is a speaker above the window blaring music. The coffee is ok but not enough to overcome the wait and loud music. read more

Waited over 25 minutes in line to not even get anything as I was late to work and couldn't get out of the line.

super quick service and extremely great coffee. the employees are always so nice and friendly. love the app too!

Love it, it's better then Starbucks in my opinion I will be back.. 5 stars to the employees love the drinks and customer service

Love the iced golden eagle with oat milk! This is the only location I've visited but they kill it with the customer service. All of their employees seem to be college aged kids that just enjoy working there. Keep up the good work! read more

The girl who took our order was very flirty and laughing with the guy in front of us. When it was our turn to order she had the ugliest tone everyone is usually very kind but she was super rude it sounded like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. read more

Dutch Bros has terrible customer service in addition to many other faults. Ordered a large tea today, paid on the app, drove to window to pick it up. They were asking for clarification about the syrup in the tea, to which I explained what I wanted. 3-4 employees are listening to the conversation at this point, yet none of them seem to understand what I mean. I explain again and they respond with "okay, I think we made it right?" I say okay and then confirm that the tea is a large (they had a medium). They tell me that it is a medium but they can make a large, but they would need to refund my purchase and then purchase again. I explain that I ordered a large so that was not my mistake. They refused to acknowledge the error, did not apologize and refused to give me what I ordered because of an error they made and a $.50 difference. read more

My trip to Dutch was unpleasant! We're from Arizona so we've been so excited about seeing Dutch Bros pop up throughout DFW as I was a regular back in Arizona! I've had great experiences at other DFW locations but I had a pretty crap one with this individual at this location. Firstly, we were asked to repeat our order over 5 times & it was a pretty simple menu item with one modification/ add-on: a cinnamon swirl oatmilk latte with a soft top. All this while hardcore rap music is blaring in the background, hmm it's almost as if maybe you should turn your music down then I wouldn't have to repeat my order a million times back. I'm sure you're going to be surprised, but even after repeating my order back over 5 times he still managed to give me the wrong order & I paid 7$ for a coffee that tastes like straight espresso. Don't know if this red-haired gentleman is brand new or what but in my 5+ years of going to Dutch Bros, I've never encountered shitty customer service. Hope this can get resolved! read more

Dutch Bros is cheaper than Starbucks, a venti at Starbucks and a Medium at Dutch bros are the same so just imagine the Large. Definitely worth it!!! read more

this place sucks. long ass drive through line. went inside and they just ignore you through that tiny little window. had to ring the bell several times and finally yell out like an idiot just to get someone's attention before anyone even liked my way. the girl was nice but doesn't justify having to wait.... all to pay $7 for some mediocre coffee?!? at least there wasn't a shit ton of sugar trying to create "flavor" like that other overpriced coffee chain does. Conclusion: meh coffee and ugh customer service?!? no thank you! they need to pay me $7!! read more
