This is not the location to come to!! I understand that I arrived at this location at 8:49pm and they close at 9:00pm. I was told they were not making any food items, of which I ordered an Açaí Cocoa Haze and the items to make this bowl, were directly behind the cashier, as she picks at her eye lids! I am so tired of this younger generation who refuse to do their jobs....especially when the manager is not around!! However, someone they know just walked in at 8:55pm and they got served! Update: I filled out the form attached by the "Business Manager" within minutes of finding the plastic (before posting on Yelp). How long does it typically take to receive a response? I ordered two smoothies. One was made incorrectly. An Angel Food Slim was purchased yet an Angel Food was received. While drinking, I found a piece of blue plastic. I am currently in the hospital on bed rest for a high risk pregnancy. I am quite concerned at what else I could have consumed. read more

This place is a mess - not only have they gotten my order wrong upon visiting twice, but it's visibly messy inside & ran by somewhat idle employees. I've been in the service industry before - one thing you want to avoid: letting the clients see too much of the "behind the scenes." Whether it's the mess that was the slippery restroom that still seemed to be dirty even with soap suds on the floor or frozen strawberries in a jelly-like substance lying out in the open, the lackadaisical employees seem to not really care about their role in facilitating this location. I understand if employees may not enjoy their job, but then - why be there? Give it your all while you are there. Upon the last visit - our orders took a bit longer with one employee in the back, my smoothie tasted like rotten fruit, and I visibly encountered messes throughout this place. THEY CAN NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: The employees have to be allergic to consistency, customer service, and following directions as a whole. I have had an Uber Eats/Postmate delivery twice, and each time the order has been wrong. The first time there were customization issues with some items (annoying but bearable, I brushed it off). Then the next day, I placed an order for three items, and they only gave the delivery person one (the smoothie was also the wrong size)! I called the deliverer, who told me that was all they gave him. I tried calling the establishment, no answer. Multiple people I know, including myself, have noted the employees' unprofessionalism inside the store. It's a mess. Save your breath and money; go to a different location. read more

I've been ordering curbside from this location for a while. I'm disabled and their store is not very handicap friendly with parking and access to their store. I ordered again today for curbside pickup and called to have my smoothie delivered to my car. The woman who finally picked up, after the line rang for nearly 2 minutes, was extremely rude and said "you're going to have to get up and come get it." She also said they don't do curbside anymore and that they're going to take that option off the app; however, the option is currently on the app. This isn't a customer issue, it's a franchise issue and a training issue. Better phone etiquette training would be beneficial. read more

January 28, 2023 Arrived at the Rosdale St. location 5 minutes before 8am opening time only to wait a half an hour for the store to never open. Multiple customers left as did I. No sign or any type of indication as to what was going on. Called the phone, got no answer. Won't be going to this location again, especially on a Saturday morning. The staff is friendly and quick. The new smoothie options are nice. They are adding chobani yogurt now- that is new but watch the sugar content! It's crazy how much is in some of these drinks. Sometimes it's just normal everyday service, but often times the employees are cheerful, approach you with a smile and are genuinely very friendly.
