The drinks are very good, the place was packed and very unprepared for the response from the smoothie special ran today. The service fell EXTREMELY short!! We waited in line and then when I went to pay with cash, she said" sorry, no cash at this register"and told us that we had to go in the other line to pay. When I told another employee (looked like a lead employee because she was instructing all the others on what to do) so I informed her of the issue and that they should place a sign stating that so others would know, she looked away from me and said with a dismissal tone, Thanks for coming" very unprofessional and unexperienced. Unlike Jamba Juice's main competitor that has the word "smoothie" within its name, the finished product accomplishes the goal of satisfying the taste buds, and nurturing your system with actual fruit juice & no artificial sweeteners (at least that you know of). The cost of a smoothie is truly justified here, and I haven't been disappointed yet. And not only that, but the employees here actually seem to enjoy working here with their positive attitudes toward serving the customer. Certainly a plus. If I had one major complaint about this particular location, it's that the front interior is tiny in space. If there is 3-5 people ahead of you, you'll feel as if you are backed all the way up to the front door. I came in and tried to purchase a tumbler to have my smoothie put in to reduce plastic waste and so i could come here regularly to get smoothies. First they couldn't figure out how to ring up my smoothie with the tumbler discount-thinking that i had brought my tumbler in. When I told them i was buying it to put the smoothie in they said oh! We thought you brought it in. I asked if they could rinse the tumbler before putting the smoothie and they said of course. They finally charged me for my tumbler but had made the smoothie and put it in a plastic cup not the tumbler I bought. It might have been the worst run store I've ever been to and an utter fail in trying to go plastic free. I've been a fan of Jamba Juice for a good long time. I love a good smoothie and they make some great choices. They spell it differently, but I like the "Pina Colada". It has a good flavor and the energy boost you can have added is nice. My kid prefers the "Caribbean Passion" flavor, which I tried today for the first time. This particular location is usually busy, but today was the busiest I've ever seen. People were literally waiting outside the door. But despite being super busy, they flew through the orders and got everyone taken care of quickly. Good on them for their hard work. I do wish they had their own lot. This particular place is located in a cluster of strip malls and other places. A Barnes & Noble, a Lane Bryant, a burger shop and many many others. It's often difficult to find a place to park and even when you do, it's difficult to navigate. But once you're inside, everything is groovy. Give them a try! read more

This is a great go to for me when I don't have the time to make my own juice, but nothing special. Sometimes they have good coupons sent to your email, but they barely come around anymore. Not a lot of locations near me. The açaí bowls are decent for the price. Probably the cheapest you'll find in most places, but it does come in slightly a smaller quantity than others like Clean Juice and Rollin n Bowlin. Yet it's still very filling. I walked inside, only to be told the lobby was closed. I said I had an order for pick up. Then I was told my drink would be brought to me. I went back to my car.
