    Fresh and Flavorful!

I'm loving that there is a poke place in West 7th and better yet, this is a Peruvian Poke combo. How nice you can order either or both of these flavors. They have 5 signature bowls or the option to choose what you want. The base is either quinoa, white rice, or brown rice. Toppings and sauces are flavorful and delicious! When I arrived, I was asked if I had been there before. Seeing it was my first time, they gave me samples of all the 5 sauces. I was really happy with everything and will be back!

Honestly, this was a great first poke bowl experience. The Inca × Asian fusion was really unique and worked surprisingly well. When we arrived, the woman working let us sample a bunch of different sauces, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. There were tons of options, great decor, and the location itself was a nice bonus. I did feel bad that she was the only one working -- it couldn't have been easy -- but she handled everything really well. Overall, a spot I'd happily come back to.

A new hidden gem! Was craving some poke before going to an event at Dickies Arena, and this place was the perfect spot! And there was plenty of seating. I did the "build your own bowl." The portions are HUGE! All the ingredients were fresh. Avocado is extra but worth it in my opinion. And they make their special sauces in house! The employee was super nice and she let us sample things before putting it in our bowl, including all the sauces.

I was super excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. A twist of peruvian flavors and poke, two of my favorite things and very much needed in FW! I was able to create my own bowl by selecting a base, protein, and toppings. The sauces were absolutely amazing. Customer service was also a 10/10. Highly recommended for a healthy meal.

Cute place to get Poke on West 7th! It's my new go to. The first time I walked in, I did not know what I was going to get, and the girl working there let me try all of the sauces. I always get salmon poke, and I got this sweet sauce on it. I also love how they cut their cucumbers. Great place, I highly recommend.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Large portions of meat. So many options. They do have pre set bowls as well. Ingredients were very fresh. Sauces were yummy. Located in the strip mall at the crazy intersection on 7th street. The hibiscus tea was flavorful. Perfect sweetness and a cinnamon twist to it.

Probably my new favorite spot in Fort Worth. I was hesitant because it specializes in Peruvian flavors and I was unsure if it would work with poke but boy was I wrong. First of all, the owner is SO nice and patient. He encouraged us to try all their signature sauces (we didn't even have to ask) and they were so delicious. The poke tasted fresh and he gave us 2 whole scoops of it, so he's not skimping out. The toppings were great, the portion was comparable to getting Cava. I rarely feel full from poke because the portions are small but this was a solid 1.5 meals for me. And it was 15$. I also remember thinking it was very clean when I walked in. Honestly, loved everything about this place.

Wow amazing! Their housemade sausages are where it's at. I got a custom bowl with spicy salmon and spicy tuna. I sampled all the sauces and my favorite were the Nikkei and Inti sauce. 100% recommend!

Build-your-own Poke Bowl. Quick service. Knowledgeable staff. I had a quinoa/yellow Lentil base with tuna and avocado

The owners make the food, everything is so fresh and delicious. They let you try things if you aren't sure what they are which I loved. The female owner was so patient and wonderful to work with. The restaurant itself is very plain but love the ambiance. I cannot wait for them to expand. I work down the street and will make it a point to come in again! Great first impression

It was our first time trying poke here. The customer service was fantastic. The food was very fresh and flavorful. I got the salmon poke bowl and my husband got the ahi poke bowl. The salmon bowl came with some pickled onions that I did not enjoy. However you can make your own poke bowl if you choose too.

I ordered the charred teriyaki--he used two torches at once, for extended periods, paused, and then used a spoon to mix the salmon in between torches. He took way too long. The salmon was not charred--it was burnt. He's supposed to use one torch and the other hand to flip and stir the salmon as it is being torched!! Other issues: They gave too teriyaki sauce and it absorbed the rice. The salad was not dressed. We asked for salad dressing, and the girl was like, which dressing would you like? The salad comes with the standard dressing unless asked otherwise. The second teen didn't know what he was doing, and kept asking the guy what he needed to do, or how to prep the order he was working. He was waiting for the teen to hand him the torches as the pickup just arrived for their order. The girl, who was restocking greens, could have easily picked up the char station as they were getting busy. They did NOT proportionate foods. We had to ask for more lettuce because of the proportion they tried serving initially. The lemonades were empty and there was less than 1/3 of green tea remaining. The ice machine was completely out! Management/leaders need to do better by scheduling people to match their skill sets. Today's visit was a waste of time and money! For those who want to say they're just kids--that's not the focal point!

But apparently, my wife mentions that this place hired the chef from a sichuan place in plano. We ended up getting: the duck blood, pig feet with jalapeño, hot and sour soup and braised eggplant w/ garlic sauce. Out of the entrees, i loved the eggplant with garlic sauce. It goes so well with rice. whatever you do, definitely get it. The duck blood "soup" also came with other items like spam, tripe and intestines and veggies. It was numbing and spicy, but definitely not too crazy. Also the hot and sour soup was amazing. The Ambiance is really laid back. There are a few seats inside, and i feel like its more like a take to go type of place. But in the front, you'll see the poke section. but in the back you can definitely hear the wok going off when cooking chinese food. I also got a passion fruit green tea drink and it was perfectly made. If you're craving authentic chinese food, come here. Its not cheap, but 10x better than Panda Express.

On the hottest day, I sat outside, but the fans kept the air moving so it wasn't terrible. Joseph attended to me quickly and was excited to serve me despite the heat. I ordered the steak bite appetizer and the mahi mahi tacos with fries. The steak bites were flavorful and the sautéed onions amazing. Perfect appetizer for two. The mahi mahi tacos were simply beautiful. All the flavors came through from the housemate tortilla, grilled mahi mahi to the citrus marinade and pickled onions. I do think the avocado cream got forgotten but I asked for it and Joseph brought me some. I added it to the second taco and it elevated. The crema has a little kick that is just perfect. I also consider myself a picky French fry eater. I'm more a frite fan than fry fan. Maybe it's the tallow, but these fries were wonderfully crispy and well salted. I highly recommend this meal! However, once I received the starters, I felt the portions were much smaller than expected. In my opinion, the charred campfire chicken could feed one person, while the cochinita nachos could feed two. I will say the charred campfire chicken was juicy and had a nice charred texture. The white bbq aioli and smoked corn slaw were delicious and paired nicely with the chicken. Unfortunately, the cochinita nachos were very disappointing and, honestly the worst nachos I've had at a restaurant. The nachos are the primary reason for my two star rating. The Mexican pulled pork contained a few fatty pieces, and the Jack cheese was unevenly dumped throughout the nachos in large chunks. The bottom of the plate was also soaking in grease from the cheese. I've never experienced this with nachos at another restaurant, and I would think the excess grease would be drained so the chips at the bottom aren't left sitting in it. I noticed that most guests were ordering their small burgers and fries, so I may return to try those or possibly order another chicken dish.
