Worst Starbucks I have been to. Five people, all too busy doing nothing and on FaceTime, laughing and talking out loud. While I waited here to order, I finally got my drink after waiting for 10 mins, and my drink was awful. Arguably THE slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Even with six employees working, there's a wait both outside and at the counter. Nov. 2th Friday 2018 7-8pm was busy. I waited 30 minutes for a drink. Ordered two one was out in 5 minutes the other one got mixed up, a similar to what I ordered was there with a different person's name on it, that drink was never pickup in my 35 minutes of waiting. After 15 minutes I asked and was told, mine was on the was and there are 50 drinks in the queue. After another 10 minutes asked a different person Brandon. He stopped and made it immediately. Thank goodness, Starbucks has a few excellent workers like him. Usually Great coffee friendly service. I go every weekend and the customers and staff are very good people. The restaurant is kept very clean and organized. There is one older worker 70+ that sweeps the parking lot and cleans. Please hire more senior citizens. The service was poor. I placed a mobile order at 6:16AM on October 30th 2023. I arrived at the window a few minutes later. I told the lady my name at the window and I couldn't really hear what she said. Apparently she said wait one minute for me to check on it. I pulled around to the window and she greeted me and said my name? I said yes. She said. You should have waited at the speaker. I told you I was going to check in your order. Seems to me like she was concerned about her timer that is tracking how long it takes to make a drink rather than being polite to her customers. The service at this Starbucks is usually slower than most. Today it took me 10 minutes to get through the drive thru, my drink order was incorrect when I received my coffee, and I didn't get a receipt. That being said, usually I've gotten the correct drink. It just tends to be hit or miss. The interior of this Starbucks is also TINY. About four tables and the counter along the window. Ive gone to study there before and been unable to find a seat. The last 2 times I visited this location they conveniently ran out of white tea. The first time I waited roughly 15 minutes. Yesterday I waited TWENY MINUTES! The guy called my name for the mobile order (yes, I ordered ahead even). So the guy calls my name and I continue to sit in the chair, he walks over a few moments later and says "Angela, we have your mobile order ready" only there were TWO drinks, not one. I almost always order ahead and pick up in the store. The staff is always friendly and I have only had one time I had to request that my drink be remade. Even then it wasn't the end of the world because it happens and the baristas were apologetic and fixed my drink quickly. The drive through can get backed up pretty bad which makes the parking close to the doors difficult to get to but there is plenty of other parking a few rows away. read more

We ordered a number of items and cashier did not even offered to give a receipt which is an issue to track what are actually ordered and what are received. We ended up not receiving two items that we thought we ordered. Starbucks at this branch needs to make sure that the customer is offered a receipt- a very simple process that should be happening at any point of monetary transaction anyway . read more

It's slightly ridiculous how many different starbucks I go to, and how frequently. With that said, this is the only one that put the straw in my cup before me even paying (drive through). To some it's not the biggest deal, but I didn't care for it. There's no way, that I'm finding anyway, to email the store, so I'm hoping they see this. For one, I don't use straws for the sake of the the environment, which obviously corporate supports. Two, just the fact that someone else touched the straw grosses me out. Also, if someone asks to sub coconut milk, please make sure it's done. Paying $5+ for something you can't drink kinda blows. Service was okay, the girl admitted she forgot I was there, but nothing horrible happened. read more

My wife and I frequently stop by this location on the way to see my parents. They are always fast and courteous regardless of how busy they are. Their staff are always funny and tell great jokes. The beverages are exactly what I order and we couldn't be happier because I don't order well on the drive through. My only complaint is that they're frequently sold out of the cheese Danish that I enjoy very much. read more

Then, received one of our 3 drinks and proceeded to wait more than 5 minutes more for our other two drinks - one of which was a cup of brewed Pike! No fancy fixings. Went to this Starbucks the last day of the BOGO Holiday drink special. I got to the drive through at 4:50 by the time I got to the window it was 5:10. When I order my two drinks I told the woman the special I wanted and when I got to the window I gave them my credit card and the guy said the price which was more than it should've been. When I asked why, the woman I had spoke to said it ended at 5. As I am saying I don't want the drink anymore the man swipes my card. I couldn't believe this low level of service. My wife was a shift manager at Starbucks and this is not how you treat this situation. Even Taco Bell would've given me the deal. They had a week earlier when it was busy an I got to the window after happy hour! I mean really? Starbucks can't do that? There are so many Starbucks in Fort Wayne.
