I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. I ordered a frozen caramel Frap. Never again!!!!! I sat in that drive thru for 12 minutes before I finally reached a small curve I could run over to get out of the line. I really hate those drive thrus that trap you in. I see people coming and going on the inside, but the drive thru is still at a standstill. I don't understand for the life of me why the Employee didn't ask the person with the problematic order to pull ahead. Went inside to grab my order and just as I suspected--My drink had been sitting and began to melt. I was pissed. Should have asked for a refund. Hey! It's Starbucks...One would think what more is there to say about SB?! Well, in the case of this store location, there is plenty good things. Stopped by this location as a first timer today. The service and professionalism at this Starbucks location was exceptional. The coffee was on point and no complaints with my entire order of several items. S/O to the Drive-thru Cashier! She was very polite and made sure everything in my order was correct. She even noticed an item was missing in my bag and quickly corrected the problem with no issues. Not to mention, the drive-thru was super fast. I tend to do mobile ordering or go inside, because drive-thru ordering seems slower to me. Not the case here. There was a line of cars before me but it moved very fast. Overall, an excellent experience! Will be back when in this area again. read more

They get no stars they are childish and very petty if a customer asks for no whole milk don't assume they don't want whipped cream and especially don't laugh at the customers they are ghetto and untrained. I am an avid Starbucks customer and have been for years, so this experience was honestly shocking. I do not recommend this location at all. If I could give -5 stars, I would!!!! I had already spent $15 on drinks and then asked--very politely--if I could add a grande Medicine Ball at the drive-thru window. The cashier responded rudely and flatly, saying they cannot add anything at the window and that I would need to go all the way back around just to order it. Let's be real: a Medicine Ball is two tea bags, a pump of honey, and hot water. There was no one behind us, so asking us to circle the entire drive-thru again made absolutely no sense--especially considering it was 17 degrees outside with an active wind advisory, which is exactly why a hot drink was needed. When we asked for a manager, she came to the window with a full attitude instead of professionalism. We explained the situation while I was literally coughing my head off at the window, and she repeated the same response with zero empathy or customer service. To top it off, we were told that if we had a problem, we could "call corporate," which felt very much dismissive rather than helpful. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks location! I am always able to add items at the window, especially something this simple. The lack of flexibility, poor attitudes, and overall dismissive service were unacceptable!!!! read more

When they are open and fully functional I can highly recommend this location otherwise "'maybe". The service is always good however, it's one thing or another or everything is wrong. The drive-thru is closed ALOT, you can't order ahead or you can only order ahead, the registers are down or they CONSISTENTLY have no power! Ever since they rebuilt it, it's been issue after issue. This location is GHETTO.... They run out of food, the customer service is terrible and it was not clean. I waited for about 15 minutes until I finally asked for a refund. He said okay and didn't ask any questions. It's interactions like these that gives certain locations a bad rep. Instead of asking, what's the issue or how can I make it better he simply processed the refund and kept it moving. All of this occurred during non-peak time at that. I have been to this location a year ago and the service was spectacular. Since then I have been here twice and has been terrible service. Three weeks ago I ordered ahead through drive thru on the app, but when I arrived the drive thru was closed. So I went inside and I came past the time quoted on the app, and when I walk in I hear them and see them making drinks for each other and what they each preferred for milk. I don't mind if they get drinks but it's 10 minutes after when my order should be ready. I gave the place another try again today and again the service was disappointing. The drive thru seemed to have system issues and it was cash only or gift card. I tell them my order and when I get to the window, they ask if I ordered two separate orders that were not my order (1 drink), so I repeat the order. When they hand me the drink I notice an extreme amount of caramel in the drink covering the whole cup and the bottom filled with caramel. So when I pull forward the lid wasn't closed properly because caramel was drizzled on the lip which prevented the lid to seal properly, spilling in my cupholder. I didn't ask for extra drizzle for my caramel macchiato so that just seemed like rushed service and an obnoxious amount of drizzle in the drink. read more

My first time here since the renovation. It's very spacious and clean. There wasn't a wait as most people were in the drive thru line. I got a hot chocolate and it was perfect. My prior experiences at this location before the renovation were terrible, so I was pleasantly surprised. If I'm ever on that side again, I would visit again. read more

The drive thru and the restaurant area is open some days and some days it's not. The management here seems to not run this Starbucks to the Starbucks standard but does things like randomly closing the lobby and drive thru, so that they don't have to manage both areas. Sigh, this Starbucks had potential but it's often out of basic things, all the time too. read more

Love the mostly black men chess group association with this location. The new open space format does not work for many. It is too breezy in inclement weather conditions yet I can tolerate that if only it was cleaner. Nats are a persistent problem evidencing other issues but the middle of the floor is swept and mopped. The corners and sides or the walls are filthy. Get it together Starbucks. You are very close to a good thing. Do the hard work and finish your mission. I've have 2 bad experiences at this Starbucks. The first was 6am one morning and I came thru the drive through and ordered a venti emperors cloud green tea. I got to the window and paid, then waited 7 mins for them to come back to the window to say they did not have the emperors cloud tea, do you want this instead. 7 mins for you to realize you don't have a tea bag at 6 in the morning was crazy to me. No sorry for the wait ir anything. The second time was today. It started with a long wait in a short line bc an employee randomly walked off. Dezmon, "the manager" finally noticed after 10 mins of waiting and went to find someone to take orders. Then I ordered my drink and I waited 15 mins and finally asked about the status of my drink. So I went to this Starbucks drive per normal and also got my favorite drink which is a caramel frappe with Java chips and as I go to pay I noticed it's blended differently but I didn't worry about it because all Starbucks makes their drinks in different ways but with the same taste. So I go to pay and pull off. I tasted the drink and it didn't taste normal at all. As I put my drink in the cup holder. I noticed it's paper particles in my drink. To make sure I was correct I pulled over and tasted it again and I pulled another paper particle in my drink. I'm not happy about this at all.... My only complaint is that every time I come here the inside is never open. Anyone know why? Also, if they are going to be closed on the inside they should have a much bigger sign announcing it.
