Hey! It's Starbucks...One would think what more is there to say about SB?! Well, in the case of this store location, there is plenty good things. Stopped by this location as a first timer today. The service and professionalism at this Starbucks location was exceptional. The coffee was on point and no complaints with my entire order of several items. S/O to the Drive-thru Cashier! She was very polite and made sure everything in my order was correct. She even noticed an item was missing in my bag and quickly corrected the problem with no issues. Not to mention, the drive-thru was super fast. I tend to do mobile ordering or go inside, because drive-thru ordering seems slower to me. Not the case here. There was a line of cars before me but it moved very fast. Overall, an excellent experience! Will be back when in this area again.

Order via mobile app Coffee and double bacon smoked cheddar I go in the store to pick up and I'm headed my coffee but no sandwich I'm still waiting I tell the young lady that there's a sandwich with my order She looks for it then comes back and says: we are out My face: So I go to the register for a refund I must say - this was the best experience that I had getting a refund, even though I had to get in line to do so A young lady saw me holding my coffee while in line and she asked if my coffee was ok I told her that it was and that I was trying to get a refund for another item She alerted someone else The cashier helped I was happy that they were all so attentive I've never been to this location before BUT because of the interactions with all of the staff, I plan on coming back - maybe even tomorrow

Heads-up: you cannot walk inside of this Starbucks. Drive-thru only. This is incredibly inconvenient especially because the sign on the door is so small. You park, walk up, only to see in print you cannot read from the parking lot 'our drive-thru is open'.

There is ALWAYS an issue at this location!

When they are open and fully functional I can highly recommend this location otherwise "'maybe". The service is always good however, it's one thing or another or everything is wrong. The drive-thru is closed ALOT, you can't order ahead or you can only order ahead, the registers are down or they CONSISTENTLY have no power! Ever since they rebuilt it, it's been issue after issue. I wonder what the owner is doing to remedy this situation? I give it two stars because you don't find these things out until you drive there which is a huge inconvenience!

I have been to this location a year ago and the service was spectacular. Since then I have been here twice and has been terrible service. Three weeks ago I ordered ahead through drive thru on the app, but when I arrived the drive thru was closed. So I went inside and I came past the time quoted on the app, and when I walk in I hear them and see them making drinks for each other and what they each preferred for milk. I don't mind if they get drinks but it's 10 minutes after when my order should be ready. I gave the place another try again today and again the service was disappointing. The drive thru seemed to have system issues and it was cash only or gift card. I tell them my order and when I get to the window, they ask if I ordered two separate orders that were not my order (1 drink), so I repeat the order. When they hand me the drink I notice an extreme amount of caramel in the drink covering the whole cup and the bottom filled with caramel. So when I pull forward the lid wasn't closed properly because caramel was drizzled on the lip which prevented the lid to seal properly, spilling in my cupholder. I didn't ask for extra drizzle for my caramel macchiato so that just seemed like rushed service and an obnoxious amount of drizzle in the drink.

First Fridays are clearly a big deal there because the place was packed, the Gogo band was good, and the atmosphere was fun. I ended up sitting at the bar instead of getting a table and ordered a drink for myself, a drink for my cousin, and some shrimp. The food and drinks were actually good, so I can definitely see why people like coming here. What frustrated me was the pricing and gratuity situation. After looking at the menu, I saw it mentioned a 20% gratuity for parties of four or more, so I didn't think that applied to me since I was sitting at the bar with no table. I even asked the waitress if I could order food at the bar and she said yes, but nobody explained there would still be an automatic gratuity added. The drinks were $12 each and the bang bang shrimp were $13, so I was confused when my total came out to almost $50 and not realizing I added additional to the tip. I had to ask for the receipt multiple times before I finally saw the gratuity charge unbeknownst to me. I think the restaurant/menu needs to be a lot more upfront and clear about when gratuity is automatically added... and that's whether it's for First Fridays, live bands, bar service, or anything else. Being surprised by service fees, automatic gratuity or any hidden fee not clearly mentioned, for me, can leave a bad impression even when the food and atmosphere are good. As a small business, there are already stereotypes and complaints people make about hidden fees and pricing, and situations like this unfortunately don't help that narrative. With that said, I still plan to come back because I genuinely enjoyed the music, food, and overall vibe. I just wish the pricing and gratuity policies were communicated more clearly from the beginning... especially in this economy!

This review is about service and class and who I will and will not trust to prepare what I consume…read more I ordered a Velvet ice with oat milk. The woman taking my order added "no whip" because she assumed I didn't want dairy at all. When I asked for the whip they, with a nasty attitude, told me I had to pay extra. That didn't make sense to me considering the photo shows whip cream included. They started having a conversation in the back about me for making this simple request pointing out what their menu shows. I then pulled up the menu, waited in line again, and I showed them the menu and the mobile app which both show whip included and which you actually have to deselect it and neither has an additional fee. The woman preparing my order acknowledged that she deselected it on my behalf since I asked for oat milk. At this point - this is absolutely not about the whip cream or the upcharge, it is the abhorrent service, the aggressive demeanor, and the unexplained disdain I was shown when I treated both women with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment. ATP the woman who took my order saw the issue and was going to resolve it by, of course, adding the included whip cream! However, the manager, DJ returned and interfered refusing to allow her to do so & going on a rant directed at me when I was not at all in communication with her. Then, as she was returning my order (which included a tip btw!!) she proceeded to attempt to insult me by saying, "if you don't have 70 cents to pay for this, just say so." For the record, the tip I left was more than the 70 cents so that obviously did not land well. Throughout this dumbfounding experience, I was standing there, my voice calm, not raised, in a store full of my customers (after I patiently waited in line a second time) at 10 months pregnant. We all have bad days, but on so many levels, this cannot be acceptable at any point. To insult someone to try to win a "debate" over a non-issue in an industry where some of us remember "the customer is always right," is despicable at best. I hope someone finds a training opportunity in this, but I will not return to ever find out.

Can I have a knife...? Received the knife with no napkins. Can I have napkins...? Any normal coffee shop gives you all of those things with a bag! They don't even give you bags! I spent $25 on a bagel, 1 medium chai latte, 1 medium caramel coffee, and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, on top of that I had to ask for utensils and napkins. That was my last time going there. I go to a coffee shop to spend $7 max for a coffee and a treat, Pjs is not that place. They either think they're better quality than what they are or taking advantage of people.
