I have not been to this Starbuck location in awhile. I stopped by because I was in the areas and the Oak forest locate where I often frequent was closed for a few days. The parking lot was small and very congested. As I recall at one point, you could access the drive- thru from the Meijer's parking lot. But that is now closed off. This Starbucks location is probably one of the best in the area. The customer service is very good, and the cashiers are extremely friendly. With the Coronavirus closing the inside of the store, the drive thru gets pretty busy. It's not a problem for these baristas- they are ON TOP of it. Even though I'm sure it gets stressful with all these people in the drive thru, they had everything handled. The service was fast, and they are such nice girls. The little guy at the Flossmoor drive-through window this evening (7:20PM) is dangerous to your business! This is the second time I've had a problem in 2 days! Today, I had 108 stars that were going to expire today and the next thing I know he has used all of the stars leaving me with a balance of 28 stars! I typically I have 500 to 800 stars available! Again I only wanted to use the 108.... may be a few more. Next thing I know, he has used ALL of my stars! I'm upset!!! He is ALSO the same person who... the other day gave me the wrong drink.... I didn't order the chai latte drink that he gave me. He spent much of the time on the phone! From now on, I will drive miles to go to another Starbucks if I want Starbucks! Dang! I'm extremely torn with this Starbucks location. I will typically have a great experience anytime I go in the morning time, but the staff on the evening crew needs to be retrained. One evening I went in and there was literally no one in the location but I waited almost 20 minutes for one drink (I would have left but they had already taken my money). Today when I went in on a Sunday afternoon the person on the register just stood there and didn't even make eye contact, it was super awkward and they acted as if they didn't even want to be out the bed let alone at work today. If you go to this location, stick to weekday mornings and you will be fine. read more

I can only give this location a three- star review today. That is due in part to their inconsistency in making the Cold Brew Salted Cream Cold Foam drinks. Sometimes that cold foam is dead on nice & thick and you can taste the mix of sweet with the salt. Plus it holds it's shape on top of the coffee. I bought one two days ago and made it home (a 10 minute drive) and slowly sipped on it for more than an hour at which time I was able to use a spoon and scoop up the cream. Yum! Today... didn't make it 3 blocks from the business & all the foam had completely dissolved into the coffee. Mind you it is 79 degrees but I had the AC on in the car. I eventually started going to this location because of the decision to close the Starbucks kiosk in the adjacent Meijer store. I will continue to frequent this location - well because I love Starbucks products. But too many "so-so" drinks and I will have to go elsewhere. P.S. Just as an aside - I will never give Starbucks a 5-star review because their prices are too high for the amount of volume sold and because they still charge extra for Almond Milk) read more

I like the drinks. I like the contemporary design and the cozy chairs that are overlooking the water. However, the service is very slow. Whether it is going through the drive thru or inside. In most cases when you go through the drive through by the time you get to the window, your order is ready but not here. Luckily I'm always pretty much not in a hurry when i come but I would hate to come here during rush hour. It seems like the right amount of people maybe they just need additional training. read more

Definitely not one of the better Starbucks. Run by children with no sense of efficiency or leadership. Waited over 10 minutes for a simple order with only one person ahead of me, despite 5 people working and finally just got my money back and left. The one person ahead of me was still waiting for their order when I walked out to go to a better location. I've seen locations with half the staff that are able to handle well over 15-20 orders in far less time. Needs new staff and management that know how to run a shop properly. read more

I LOVE this Starbucks locations. My drinks are always made perfectly, and I personally haven't had a bad experience about the wait for my order. I'm so happy to have this Starbucks close to me! The locations in Matteson and Homewood could use some pointers lol. read more
