I've been in Florence for work and gone here 3 times. The first two times I ordered a drink with coconut milk only told be told after I had paid that they didn't have any coconut milk. No refund offered. The third time I went this location, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and didn't move for 10 minutes. I also didn't see more than 3 people leave the building. They either need to hire more people or open another Starbucks. I'd say it's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. read more

Passing through this town on a road trip and stop in for a quick coffee. I had to tell the cashier taking my order what I wanted 3 times because he was distracted talking to other employees. When my drink was ready, it was not what I ordered and asked if they could remake it for me. They made it seem like it was my fault that they made it incorrectly and were visibly annoyed that they had to remake it. Very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. read more

I am an avid morning coffee drinker and as a commuter I find myself usually purchasing coffee on the way to work. Starbucks is a little bit more expensive than just going to Mcdonalds to get a Mcafe - but by going to Mcdonalds my whole day gets ruined because they never know what the heck I'm talking about when I order and iced latte and they ALWAYS make me pull up and wait in the parking space at the drive thru and it makes me SO mad! I would rather pay the extra price and have the pleasant customer service experience I always receive at this Starbucks! read more

After driving all night through to the morning, We drove 3 miles out of our way for my favorite coffee. Even at 5:45 am on a Sunday we had happy friendly service. The lovely ladies educated us on the FLAT WHITE which we purchased and are enjoying right now, thank you! read more

Hands down the worst Starbucks I've frequented. A few months back they managed to hand out some kind of latte-frappe-thing when I ordered a hot chocolate in the drive thru. And being so close to I95, of course I didn't find out until 3 exits later. They also have a habit of losing in store orders during the morning rush which is also misleading as it should be called the morning slow down. If you want to lose 30 minutes then this is the Starbucks location to do it at. And to think I actually liked Starbucks before moving to Florence. read more

It's your average Starbucks around the corner. Friendly staff, but wifi is weak - It logs me off every 30 minutes or so.

Maybe the new look will help. Went through drive thru today and my cold foam cold brew was a venti. Trenti is what has ice, not a venti. The iced my coffee anyways. read more

Their customer service is amazing! I'm here Monday through Friday and they always have a warm greeting for me whether I come in the store or through the drive through. They are quick and efficient. read more

This Starbucks sucks. We stood at the counter (after being acknowledged by the guy filling the pastry case) for at least a few minutes. FINALLY after helping everyone in the drive thru, they looked up, shocked that we were there and asked if we had been helped. After that, it still took about 5 minutes to get our drinks and food, neither of which were right. I feel sorry for the people who live here as that this location seems to be their only option. read more

Literally the worst drive through ive ever been to. And going inside to avoid drive through isnt any better.

Welp. I'll start off by saying that the mistake made by a Starbucks employee at this location tonight was not intentional. However, it could have easily been avoided if the "barista" whatever you call the dang coffee making people actually could get the order right, after they repeat it back to you properly. So I ordered the missus a drink tonight, with two requests specifically designed to meet her dietary needs (she has allergies to specific ingredients). This is not uncommon. Typically we attend this fine establishments of free WiFi, hot coffee, and awesome cake pops with enthusiasm. But not tonight. Apparently almond milk is the same thing as nonfat milk? This must be some new kind of almond I have yet to encounter but according to her stomach, it contains the same lactose intolerance inducing sugars as milk. It was clearly stated by myself, and repeated back to me by said cashier who still managed to fat finger the order. This is why no one takes it seriously when it is Demanded that a $15/hr minimum wage be put in place for these people. You can't even get a simple coffee order right. And there were 7 other customers in the store and I was the only one in line. I wake up harder than your job. Do better. read more

The service I received there is unacceptable. I went there Sunday morning on the 4th of July weekend and ordered one traveler of coffee with cream and sugar. There was no line when I ordered and maybe 3 or 4 people waiting for their orders. Well they chose to serve a couple dozen people that came in after I did and I did not get my coffee for 36 min. Then when I got the traveler back to the hotel, there was no sugar, cream or stirrers the waitress said was in the package. This was the first time I patronized a Starbucks and after this first impression, I won't be getting coffee from this outfit anymore anywhere. read more

As a partner (employee of Starbucks), I get to enjoy the benefit of knowing all of our drinks. This was a stop on my way back to Georgia, needed my coffee fix for the road trip. Not only was my drink made by the books, tasted perfectly spot on to how it should, but I feel as if it was one I personally made myself. The partners here are very friendly and even at the last 20 minutes of the day, they were quick to engage in conversation with me as I waited for my drink. They always make good coffee here and typically are quick. I admit that my order can be quite complex but they always seem to nail it with ease. Everyone there usually seems to be happy and helpful with a good atmosphere. The biggest downfall for me has been how slow the drive thru has been moving lately.
