Well it's Starbucks who doesn't love it? I enjoy the Caramel Frappe and it's always fantastic! I wish i could have it every single day! I love their cheese danishes as well. This is my favorite Starbucks! I've been an avid fan of Starbucks for years and typically they are always friendly but this one takes the cake. They aren't just friendly, they make you feel like an actual friend of theirs! Everyone I've interacted with there has been cool. Several of them always say "hi friend!" by way of greeting and I believe they mean it. One of the young ladies that works there even saw me in Walmart one time and recognized me as a Starbucks regular and said, "hi friend!"in Walmart! It blew me away! I was so shocked I didn't even recognize her at first without the trademark green apron. But it warmed my heart. I'm terrible with names, but I know Regan is always a delight to chat with and Kolby, whose name is definitely a cheese, has a hilarious, dry sense of humor that I love. All of the young ladies there are extremely courteous and thoughtful even when they are busy. And on top of all this, they also make their drinks the best! I almost always get a vanilla sweet cream cold brew at any Starbucks I visit and this one makes it the best consistently. And quickly too!! Today Regan even suggested some sort of cold pumpkin foam stuff and it was delectable! How do they make pumpkins into foam!? And how is it so delicious!? I have been to this location when they are completely swamped and when they didn't have anyone there at all and no matter how busy they are, they make me feel welcome. It is strange, I used to go to Starbucks for the coffee but now I find that i am going for the friendships. I highly recommend! read more

Don't go here!!! Worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Got off the highway to find a Starbucks and was directed to this one inside Target. Lights were dim almost like it was closed. Through the dim light, I saw movement behind the counter- one woman on her phone near the register and the other with her back to customer doing something. No acknowledgment when I walked up to counter-- then I stood behind waiting to e greeted and still no acknowledgment from the woman standing no mode than three feet from me on other side of counter-- she was on her phone. The other wOman turns and sees me and finally aske to help me. That's when the standing right in Front of me finally say's can I help you-- not looking at me but still looking at her phone. Unbelievable!! While I ordered four things she never once looked up at me. Both drinks I ordered were over sweetened and one was basically Un drinkable, but we were already in the car back on the road. read more

Paul and Nicholas were phenomenal! Made my drinks perfectly and had a wonderful and pleasant conversation afterwards. However there was another barista named Jacob that was just extremely rude, and had some extremely homophobic remarks during the conversation. read more

I went here yesterday (July 15, 2018) before heading to work. (the free standing Starbucks on west palmetto is closed for remodeling). I ordered a serious strawberry Frappuccino. It was disgusting; tasted like WATER! I went back in and explained it tasted like water and their reason behind it was "it's made with tea", So I explained I get this ALL the time and it NEVER tasted like this. The manager lady remixed it, I tasted it. It was still wrong. So now this will be the third drink. Apparently she's annoyed at this point, because she asked did I want more tea or mike with an stand while rolling her eyes. The drink was still disgusting, I ending up just leaving as I was now late to work and very not happy about my frappe. I threw the drink away and didn't bothering going back to get my money back. Oh and might i add that they were complaining about they're going to run out on ingredients.. well if you followed the flipping recipe then you'd get it right the first go around! I wasn't put off by the one star review, or by the fact this Starbucks is located in a Barnes and Noble, or even by the fact the barrister asked me if I wanted whipped cream in my café latte (this is the south after all) or by the fact that my two lattes were so hot, I couldn't comfortably carry them even with the cardboard. But when I was told that I could not use my Starbucks card, pay with my iPhone or use Apple Pay, apparently because they sell items from the Cheesecake Factory, that was pretty rough. Christy was absolutely fantastic - I had a large(er) order and she handled mine quickly and perfect - added me to go waters all while talking and laughing with me and also helping another customer that had a quick question as well. Not much to say about this place accept IT'S IN TARGET. I'm thankful for my fellow yelpers for letting me know that. It had a very long line. Slow service. Nothing special here. This is the location inside the Target not the Barnes and Noble. Check the address. That being said, up until not too long ago this Starbucks was garbage. The area was dirty, the staff was rude, and the coffee usually wasn't great. I didn't bother reviewing before because it didn't feel necessary, but today my view changed. The new lady they have working there is extremely sweet and courteous, makes a hell of a coffee, and is an enormous compliment to the remodel that was done to incorporate new furniture and a modern industrial look. For the first time in the few months we've lived here, this Starbucks location actually made me exclaim out loud about the quality, but since the Starbucks is through Target and not Starbucks corporate, she was neither able to accept a tip nor a coffee on me. Come on...what is this place??? The two people running the place were not friendly at all. Four or five items on the menu have the wordssold out" next to them. The place was a mess. It's understandable that no one was there. This is not the first time I've had trouble here but it's really gone downhill since I was last here. This is the free standing Starbucks which is always has a line inside and out. I have finally given up on going there and go to the one at Target. Even though there isn't a drive thru you can still get in and out of there in a couple of minutes. One star for the freestanding and five stars for the Target location. read more

Quickly stopped at this Starbucks inside the Barnes and Noble on the way back from vacation. (I live in NC) I ordered a hot Chai tea latte. There was an exceedingly long line, the cashier was slow, the baristas looked as though they were half asleep, bored, and unhappy. So I stood and waited... A very long time. I was a barista for three years and these two were POOR excuses for a STARBUCKS barista. Finally received my drink, ran back to my car to get back on the road, took the first anticipated sip.... And alas, there was very little chai to be found in this poor tea. Panera makes a better one in general, but still... This was a Terrible Starbucks. read more
