The food was surprisingly delicious. I really can't complain. My ramen bowl was tasty. I only hated that it was basic ramen noodles, like really cheap, noodles, but they did elevate the broth & the pork belly was perfection on the plate. The girl that took my order was pretty helpful. She explained some of the other aspects of the menu well. The ambiance was what it was. It's a comic book type setting & that's exactly what was expected. I enjoyed the relaxed nature of it all. Food varitety was limited but still good. Surroundings smelled weird, could be because of the people who were there. I honestly don't understand how people could be there on a daily basis. My family did catch something from there and we got sick. read more

The food was delicious. It seemed like it was made fresh & tasted like it. 1000% not our crowd. Can't say I could've been prepared for how much our preppy family with special needs daughter was out of place. They weren't unfriendly necessarily bc they were indifferent to anyone who came in... maybe that's the vibe? Had a grown man-boy almost run us over getting in the door before us- no manners or diagnosable? Not bad kids- or adults- just weird & likely they felt the same way about us. We'll totally be back bc I can't say for enough about the food. We got chicken dumplings, chicken ramen, chicken teriyaki, & sweet chili chicken. The cashier even ended up being sweet! When we went to Florence, we always try to find a small local place for good food, when we first pulled up it doesn't look like a restaurant. The place itself smells of old pizza and grim, we waited almost 40 minutes for ramen. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue but we were served spaghetti noodles in a broth where all you tasted was pepper. The pork that we chose was burned to a crisp, it resembled burnt bacon, the egg was cold in the center and the only fresh thing about it was the onion. The staff seem friendly but the food and the atmosphere makes you feel like your at club for incels and I frankly didn't feel safe read more

We went for the boba tea/ bubble tea. But this is definitely more of a gamer's den. My son, as with most kids, is fascinated with boba/ bubble tea. So, we went to the all knowing Google, typed "bubble tea near me", and we were lead , turn by turn directions, to this place. We were throughly confused when we walked in as this is literally a gamers den and we wanted boba tea! They do have boba tea. The staff weren't wearing masks or gloves and there wasn't any plexiglass or any of the protective things we've come accustomed to seeing. Yet, we still placed our order bc we've come too far to turn around or get COVID right? They have a closed off area that I can only assume is a kitchen area bc that's where the boba tea was made. Was in town looking for a place to eat and remembered there was a Ramen place in Florence. I looked them up and checked them out. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place because everyone was playing Magic, Pokeman, or some other card game, the players reassured me I was in the right place. Placed my order, not a very large menu but was wanting Ramen. Typical wait time, around 15 minutes. The Ramen I ordered was pork broth with pork, my go to. I was suprised the pork was pork belly but unfortunately it was burnt. I rolled my eyes and ate it because I was hungry. The broth was ordered medium hot was a bit hotter than I expected but not hot hot. The broth tasted fine, about average, bit on the red side I believe due to Siratcha for heat, IMO. Gathered up some noodles to get slurped up and what I pulled up from the broth was plain old thin spaghetti noodles, no chewy goodness I crave. The overall experience was a let down. I could forgive spaghetti noodles if this is out of the norm, ran out of the good stuff. I can forgive a bit too spicy/not spicy enough because it's our palate we judge by. What I cannot forgive is sending out burnt food, burning the belly was not on purpose but sending it out is. They do not respect me as a customer I will not spend my money there. I hope this is just a bad day for them but I will find out for myself. read more
