My only complaint is that the inside has been closed at random times because of understaffing and I was asked to leave, even though I already had my drink. I love Starbucks and I am glad this location existed to stop at during a road trip but do wish it was functioning a little better. First, the drive-thru was closed on a Sunday morning. I went here specifically because the app told me they had a drive-thru available. No idea why it was closed. Staff shortage? Technical problem? Who knows, but not a big deal. Then they were out of oat milk. This one confounded me, because I don't think there is a oat milk shortage, and it was Sunday morning. I'd imagine oat milk is the most popular non-dairy milk they sell (and I wish they wouldn't upcharge for it), so I'd have thought they would have it well stocked. Next they were out of bananas. Again, another product I don't think is difficult to procure and stock. But they got my order right and were efficient with the pick-up option in store. If they had the products they typically sell and the drive-thru they typically operate available, I would have said 5 stars - maybe I'll try again next time and catch them on a better day. read more

Recently was at this store twice. The 1st visit the cashier was pleasant enough, but definitely a longer than usual wait for our drinks. The 2nd visit they had not got my order right so I kindly asked them for what I had ordered. Whether they did it on purpose or accident I do not know, but I do know they seemed to be bothered that I wanted the drink I paid for and when they did redo my order it was about five times sweeter than it should be. Not happy. Went through drive through after the gym got a drink and a protien box. Wanted the fruit and cheese but the didn't have it so she offered me the chicken wrap protein box. I said okay. Wish I could give no stars. Every time we do a mobile order and choose lobby pickup the lobby seems to be closed in some way. And then we have to wait in the drive thru. What's the point in having mobile ordering if you have to wait in line anyway. They should have mobile orders turned off if the lobby isn't open. The manager Haley pleasant isn't very pleasant. While trying to ask about my order she just kept cutting me off and not letting me speak. I watched while they gave another car their mobile order but 3 other cars and I had to wait for the drive thru which was back all the way up to the main road. This is not a typical standard and has way below standard service. I am writing this review to tell how awful my Starbucks experience was. This is what happened; I went to Starbucks and asked for a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. waited five minutes, but then I had to go somewhere, so I called the guy( Tristan) The guy was busy talking to the other workers. I had to press the horn for him to see me, and even when I did he interrupted me and said, "Your frappuccino is coming". I said, "Oh um... Sir, I was going to say, can I please go really quickly for two minutes and have you prepare the drink for me until I get back?" Well, he just looked at his workers and said, "Yeah, sure I can do that"So then I went to go run a quick errand, and it only took like, three minutes, and when I came back to pick up the Frappuccino, he said, "Oh I didn't prepare it yet. I thought you might come back late, and I didn't want it to melt. Then he completely ignored me!!! Another coworker tried to help me and asked me if she should prepare MY FRAPUCCINO. when I came back there to pick up the Frappuccino ( again) , it was warm and it had coffee ( I had ordered it without the coffee ) I didn't like this at all. For well over a month, maybe longer, they've been out of iced coffee, lattes, and all flavorings! They haven't had raspberry flavoring in over a year! A very long line at the drive through and so you're going to be much better going inside for your caffeine boost instead of waiting out there. Inside, it was a bit loud, but they have enough tables and power for folks to sit for a bit. Coffee was decent, the service was quick and the breakfast sandwich was super hot. read more

My mistake, I placed my order, drove up to the window and the guy was going to hand me something other than my order, which was just a venti frappuccino. After I said that's not mine and told him what I ordered he apparently never rang it up, how do you forget, you asked me what I wanted, he had to ring it up and then make it, I had to then wait for it to be made, probably pissed off everyone in line behind me. Whenever I am in Florence I am stopping at the SB here because it is right there by every thing! Who would not stop here really, because of what they have and where they are. I like the fact that they have tons of seating and while they don't have enough soft seating for my like, I still think it works. Good inside layout, but the parking lot can be a zoo sometime because honestly, people don't pay attention to the parking lot markings. To be honest, they are starting to wear out, might be time to get them repainted SB management. Can still highly recommend it because of the great service both inside and out! read more

It takes at least 5 minutes per car and they are always out of items and often give us the wrong order. They used to have very friendly staff, but many of the workers now have negative attitudes. It looks as if there is only one worker for the entire building. They constantly make you wait to place your order, and I have been to many other starbucks outside of this area and they have all had a much better service. It takes them 10 minutes to make two drinks while most other places it would take less than 2. I dont know what happened, but they are using the pandemic as an excuse for poor service. I spent hours at this Starbucks location every day for 3 years. I used it as study-hall while in grad school, and watched the quality of service drop. This location consistently failed to get my order right. The service got slower and slower, and the floors, tables and customer prep station went hours without being cleaned. I basically live at Starbucks. I've been to locations all over the U.S. and this location is slower than any location I've ever been too and consistently messing up my drinks. I mean, Good lord, how hard is it to make a tea with milk? And God forbid you ask them to remake it. They'll do it the same bad way and then get mad at you for asking in the first place.
