Vania then chastised us for placing a "catering order" online instead of coming into the store and waiting for her to make them. She repeatedly and rudely told us that we did not do properly order our smoothies and that we messed up her orders. There was no one in the drive through or anyone else, aside from her friend, in the store. We went because we had a gift card and my family and I will definitely not be going back. Terrible customer service. Vania was unnecessarily rude to us when we apologized for not placing the order and she ignore us when we thanked her for making the smoothies.
