Starbucks road stops are typically pretty uneventful but important to the goal of getting in and out and back on the highway. My family was ready for an early lunch after getting fuel. There is a drive thru, however we went inside for restrooms. Parking was directly in front and I saw no debris in the lot or walk up. It's in a strip with other businesses. So it can be hit or miss on capacity. The dining room was dirty with many of the tables needing service. The restroom was passable. Lots of room to spread out in this large dining room. Service at the counter was pleasant. They were very busy with travelers. Our family ordered a combination of coffee and sandwiches. The timing was ok for the amount of business. Everything tasted fine. My sausage and egg hit the spot. I think a 3 for my visit fits them best and I would return. read more

I don't know what was in this blonde roast cup that I ordered from here but it was not blonde roast. Let me start off by saying the people here were very nice and the store was fairly clean. However, Starbucks' standards fell off the wagon from when I worked for them. Starbucks now teaches Baristas to pull shots before the milk is steamed. This results in "dead" shots that end up solid black. Essentially the creme dies leaving behind a very bitter espresso shot. This is how drinks are being made now. They also changed the pumps to half pumps of syrup. So those of you that have been ordering for years the same drinks, don't be surprised when you're now paying not only $.80 more just to change even a pump of syrup, but now you also aren't getting what you're paying for and expecting. After knowing this, I'm now hanging up my Starbucks hat. After the money on my card is gone, I will sadly be parting ways with Starbucks and will either be making my own drinks per the original Starbucks standards (without being charged almost $1 more just for 3 pumps total syrup in my drink) or I'll find another place that gives its customers value and quality. read more

SO unorganized. Was staying next door and ordered via app. When I went to pick up my two drinks they were at the mobile order area empty - without drinks, just cups. Finally the employee told me they were out of my strawberry acai refresher and my fiancé's standard iced coffee .. then why was it available via app?! When we were ordering many things were out on the app. I understand there are shortages but at least update the app and don't inconvenience customers. I don't think I have ever walked out of a Starbucks without a coffee but, I just did ! upon Entering I noticed lots of garbage on front patio area. Once inside the garbage (the center holes at coffee station) was overflowing onto the counter area where you would hope to place your cup to add sugar and such. I decided to use the restroom before placing my order and am glad I did! The smell from excrement on the toliet was too much. Again garbage everywhere . I counted 4 behind the counter and no line so idk why no one was tending to the filth. Starbucks has hit an all time low while the gas stations are really upping their coffee game. I don't often leave reviews of Starbucks. Generally it's a overpriced, sub-par coffee that is a staple in my life. My order has not varied much in the 20 years I've been a patron of the company (I bounce between black cold brew and once in a while I will add a single pump of hazelnut and now occasionally the cold foam). It is incredibly hard to mess up, and yet... On a 4hr drive up to Greenville for the weekend our first stop was this Starbucks location (an hour and a half into the drive). We went in, used the restroom (which was kept very clean) and put in my order: - Venti cold brew w/ 1 pump hazelnut and cold foam (REGULAR, unsweetened cold foam). - Roasted red pepper egg bites, double-toasted. I poop you not, about 80% of the times I order this either the cold foam is the vanilla sweet cream, half the drink is cold foam, there is way more than a single pump of the syrup, and/or the egg bites are not double toasted. They nailed it. The cold brew was probably the best balance I've ever had. Just a thin layer of the most perfectly fluffed foam. It wasn't sweetened. Just the tiniest hint of hazelnut from the single pump. Egg bites cooked to perfection. It really is the little things. read more

Placed my order through the drive thru. Ordered three drinks, a bagel, oatmeal and some pastries. All the drinks were altered to ensure we weren't using any cow milk; however, it seems like most of the employees are new because we got steamed soy milk in a cup alone instead of the oatmeal. The Matcha Frappe was made with whole milk. Thank goodness we realized it before we left and asked to remake it the way we asked. Sadly, we got attitude and frustration because they made an error. Asked for agave and the normal side items for the oatmeal and they claimed it was in the bag when it wasn't. We come from NYC where we are used to a good paced process when we step into any Starbucks in our hometown. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. All four of our drinks were not made correctly. From bland frappes to unmixed refreshers, it was not worth the stop. The refresher had TONS of syrup at the bottom with no effort to mix it together leaving it undrinkable. Don't waste your time coming here. read more
