I visit this location often, the baristas are always friendly and get my order correct. I enjoy the coffee and the atmosphere, but I have to give this location a single star for the parking lot and drive through. Everyone pulls up on the wrong side of the road just to get straight in line with the drive through. Blocking traffic two ways on the wrong side of the road just for coffee, and no one addresses it... SMH, the beeping & blocking traffic is painful... read more

This is the place where we go to for lattes. I have never had a bad experience and the lattes are very good hot or cold. They have a drive thru window and the employees are always without exception very nice and professional. It gets busy with lines during commute times and weekends but worth the wait. I cannot comment on the food as I've never bought any here. read more

This is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, the service is slow and they almost always get the order wrong. I had to repeat myself several times to the cashier and when we paid for our order they managed to give me the wrong drink twice and get it wrong both times. I got so fed up that we ended up just taking the 3rd and leaving despite it being wrong. The order was a regular coffee with 3 shots. It's not that hard, and despite apologetic looks from one of the baristas, it was annoying and the cashier was rude and incompetent. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Dunkin' down the street for better service. read more

First, I must say that the morning staff are l, without question, great. Quick and friendly. The reason for 2 stars is because this place is horrific in the evening! Incredibly looooong lines for the drive thru - especially when they close the inside of the store and serve only the drive thru. As I sit here in line for the past 15 minutes, I know I'm going to be late for work. I wouldn't come back except it's the ONLY Starbucks in this area and I need caffeine to get me through the night. read more

The staff is always great and usually pretty fast. They have a drive thru or you can go inside and relax in one of many seats. They also have a small outdoor area with a couple tables and chairs. The parking isn't the best here but it's the only Starbucks around so you just make do. read more

This Starbucks is terrible. The drinks are always not as good as other Starbucks and there is ALWAYS a wait even with mobile orders!!!! They have the tendency to "lose" orders (probably because people get so sick of waiting so they just take any drink available!). I had to wait 30 min to figure out they lost my drink somehow. Then they asked how my weekend was going ... ummm it's Saturday morning, my baby is waiting in the car with my husband, and I haven't had caffeine and you've been making me wait for my damn coffee for half an hour!!!! read more

I have no idea how anyone could complain about this store. The staff is efficient, courteous and well informed about the products. I'm here daily. Yes, it's a high volume store so the wait can be a few extra minutes but this can be totally avoided by using the mobile order and app. I've never had to wait using the app, my drink is always ready. The parking lot is indeed dreadful, but that has nothing to do with Starbucks or the services it provides. read more

There is a delightful woman named Michelle who runs the drive thru in the mornings. She makes it feel like your Mom is serving you up your coffee and helping you start your day right. Makes me wish I could afford to have Starbucks every day instead of as just a treat! read more

The staff seem decent and the online ordering app DEFINITELY helps speed up the process during busy hours, but this parking situation is a joke. The lot is poorly designed, especially given that this is a drive-thru Starbucks. Ordered a grande (medium) iced coffee with a splash of milk like I do every time I stop there, I always know my total to be $2.94. This time they were training someone new and my total was up to $3.58. When I questioned it I received horrible service in return where the little brat told me I must've been confused and ordered a tall last time, I NEVER order tall (small) iced drinks there. After I left I cross checked the order in the app and it came out to $2.94 like I expected. Won't be returning here. read more

They were making themselves drinks while there customers where waiting. There were no customers and a lot of workers and the workers were literally just taking to each other and laughing instead of making orders. read more

It actually smells so bad. I stepped foot in the door and instantly wanted to vomit. I held my breath walking up to the counter. The cashier was a total dick, he said he couldn't understand my order, but I don't blame him because I was speaking through my shirt while holding it over my nose cause it STUNK. I tried talking to the cashier and found out he never showers, makes sense why it smelt so fucking bad. read more

I usually just place a mobile order and pick it up. The service is usually quick, but this past weekend, I went to this Starbucks location 3 times. The first experience was good, but the second and third times, my order wasn't ready. On Saturday I ordered a pastry as well as a blended drink, and I got there 23 minutes later than when I placed my order and it wasn't ready. And again, on Sunday, I placed an online order, and again, my pastry was ready but my hot chocolate wasn't. When I went in to pickup my order, there was no one in the store, but one other customer. I had to ask for my drink, and 15 mins had passed since I placed my online order. The tickets for the mobile order area, were overflowing, yet, there were no customers in the store. I had to tell the barista what I ordered and then wait for him to make it. I was already running late to where I was going, so this was really an inconvenience. read more

This specific Starbucks rubs me the wrong way. I've gone a couple of times now & my order has been wrong both times. This time I checked & saw "sugar" on the sticker when I specifically asked for no sugar. If I'm paying for a coffee, I don't see why it's so difficult to make a coffee to order when that's specifically what is made at Starbucks. I felt bad telling the barista my order was wrong and I was nice about it, but you can tell she was not happy about it. She did not apologize for the screw up, nor "you're welcome" when I thanked her after she fixed my order. I understand it's busy, but if you listen to the people making an order & getting it right the first time, you wouldn't have the issue. To top things off, I asked for a receipt since I get reimbursed for food & beverages on the road for work, and she said she couldn't. She actually said "I'd have to go all the way over there and it'll take a long time sooo...". Aka, she didn't want to. What kinda place doesn't give receipts to their customers, especially when they ask for one?! Never going back. I still like Starbucks which is why this location gets 2 stars, but that's about it. Never returning to this location. Dunkin down the street has my business instead. read more

Bad job of heating up food, employees talking about quitting and working somewhere else, crap on the floor when employees standing around

The staff is super friendly and amazing! They always remember me and all the 5 drinks that I might get at any given time. Everyone's always smiling and the drinks are always perfect. The atmosphere is positive and relaxing. Very rarely is there a screaming child or annoying drink orderer. I sometimes lose track of time and end up staying longer than I wanted to... And that's ok! They're a great addition to the community here and offer friendly service and a nice environment to meet with friends or read with your coffee. I highly recommend trying the caramel frappucino. If you want something less sweet, go with their blonde roast. It's also very good. In short, this is a nice place and for Starbucks fans it will serve as home. read more

Surprised by very rude service here today, I stop at least once a week at this location and sometimes multiple times a day in other locations so it surprised me that someone would be rude to a customer. Beware, summer help knows better than customers and makes you want to leave the minute you arrive. No service with smile, more like the finger. read more

Sorry to say this but the service is very slow for a Starbucks I love Starbucks I go there more the three times a week it's a great amazing coffee shop and cafe but there were some much happening there they just skipped my order and I heard someone give me attitude just because something that usually does get whipped cream doesn't in his case at that establishment I didn't really cared then I went back in and asked for whipped cream again it even said while ordering I wanted it but never got it and then went back in and got it. It was very good but I didn't know why but when I went back before thanksgiving I got told by the person who was maiming my drink last time you know that doesn't come with whipped cream right and I said yeah but I want it on it anyway. Overall could maybe train some younger staff better then all the other staff there. But still it's an amazing place love Starbucks it's a great location for me now I have two places to go one for after and before work and when seeing family in Flemington. read more
