Usually always mobile order and go early mornings. The staff is always friendly when I pick up. Coffee is on point and never have had an issue. read more

This has to be one of the most efficient run Dunkin' Donuts in New Jersey. I have been here dozens of times and the service, cleanliness, and consistency never changes. Mobile ordering service spectacular and fastest in any store I've ever seen. Unbelievably reliable and consistent this place is . i've been coming for years and I've been waiting for them to get an order wrong once, still waiting. read more

These guys can never get the price correct. I use the app for Rewards and Coupons rather than carrying around coupons and they're always overcharging. So frustrating! read more

This the 3rd time I tried to redeem a $2 coffee...asked for a large and they charged me the full price after scanning my $2 QR code, first they said it didn't apply to large, which is bs, then they said it was my phone. No customer service at all, they kept telling me you pay, you pay. I will go back once more, if they do it again I'll go somewhere else. read more

My son goes here all the time and the one time I ask him to bring me a cheese bagel twist it was old and tasted nasty cheese and texture of dough was off. My husband had to go to the DD's in Madison to get me a fresh cheese bagel twist. Whoever thought is was ok to sell my son an old very old cheese bagel twist shame on you. You owe my son a free one next time he goes in to your store. You know very well who he is. Next time if it isn't fresh you will owe me my money back. I don't mind paying for a great quality food. read more

This place is a rip off. They will try to charge you additional fee without you knowing it. When you realize, they will try to justify the nonsense charges. Don't dare to ask for light ice, they will still put ice to the top. Don't ever ask for a half and half on the side, they will give you an attitude. This Dunkin' is an unforgiving cold place where you will feel unwelcome. read more

The nicest people!! I went in with my dad and the cashier asked me what my favorite donut was as I thought they didn't make them anymore and not only did they have the donut but they gave it to me for free! Will definitely be coming back. read more

Apparently, the customer is always wrong in this store. It's one of the worst Dunkin's for when it comes to customer experience. I ordered a cold nitro brew twice and on both occasions the cup was filled with mostly with foam. The first time, I asked that they let the foam settle a bit and fill it to the top. They kept telling me that it's filled to the top. So I waited 5 minutes for the foam to settle and it came out to be coffee that's only filled halfway. I asked if they could fill it to the top and after several back and forths, they grudgingly filled it to the top. The second time around I asked again if they could fill the cup to the top after the foam has settled. They refused. They kept telling me it's filled to the top and they would be giving me extra coffee if they filled the cup again. This time around, I just took the cup and left. They are rude. The tone of voice and their unwillingness to provide a great service is why I'll drive a couple of extra miles to get a better service. The amount of 1 stars that this store receives is shocking and yet, they haven't improved their service. read more

Beautiful storefront, perfect location as I was in dire need of a coffee. As I say with every other DD review I do, all I want from a Dunkin is a consistent product and fast service with a smile. Do that and I'm pretty easy. This Dunkin brought it home with a well needed cup of coffee and a decent ham and egg sandwich before an early field hockey game. The young lady who helped me was chatty and engaging and polite...this isn't too much to ask for is it? read more

covid review- i've been going to this dunkin pre-covid. it's simple and easy and great customer service. during covid times, they have done everything to keep everyone safe and even have curbside pick up which is fast and easy. love this dunkin! read more

One of my least favorite Dunkins to go to. Multiple bad experiences between getting my order wrong on different occasions to arguing with the workers there about a simple bacon egg and cheese sandwich because I can't have egg due to my allergies. I don't think it's too much to request no eggs especially when I've asked every other Dunkin I've been to and they've done it no problem. read more

I'm at Dunkin' Donuts I got the jelly munchkins and they're pretty good I give this place a five star review and recommend the people who like donuts to come here read more

This location changed owners recently and the service and quality has gone way down. The new owners cannot speak English AT ALL! They mess up the orders, fill the cup to the brim with ice (you get about an ounce of coffee when you order an iced coffee). I've seen many customers walk out angry and dissatisfied with this Dunkin' Donuts location on Main St in Chatham. You are better off going to the Dunkin' Donuts on Shunpike Rd. in Chatham, next to Shop Rite. read more

The staff should take a lesson in customer experience. Rude. Arrogant and unpleasant sums them up well.

I like the exterior of this shop and parking lot. To avoid some busy traffic off of Main St., where most typically exit, go down Hedge Ave and make left onto Weston Ave. and another left onto N. Passaic Ave and you're back onto Main St. It's a hustling bustling place but I find the people behind it are in robotic mode...well maybe it's the time I went on a Saturday a.m. I felt it was NYC attitude people in quaint Chatham town. Just for the record, they skimped on my oatmeal. I would have appreciate them filling it towards the top like my favorite place where I usually pick up oatmeal at Hale & Hearty in Manhattan. read more

I ordered a standard ice coffee with almond milk and I received the worst beverage, considering I was the only customer in there the service was slow and the drink was nasty. - My girlfriend then provided to go in after me to see if she could get the same thing and see if it tasted better... she came back with something much much worse that was undrinkable. How does one mess up a fixed recipe? read more

This Dunkin is fabulous! I've been going here for years and the staff and owners are lovely. Kind people who haven't gotten my order wrong once, out of probably thousands of times going there. An amazing operation they have going here! read more

Best Dunkin donuts in quite some time. Every time I stop in here and get a good cuppa coffee either Maki auto or cappuccino it is me perfectly unlike most the other Dunkin' Donuts I go to definitely recommend read more

I love love love this Dunkin. They are so friendly and they truly are a neighborhood coffee shop.

Went there and ordered three coffees and trying to redeem a free coffee. He uses it on the cheapest coffee (small black coffee) instead of my large iced. It's only a matter of a couple dollars but POOR customer service. When I asked why they took it off that one he said it's because it's the first one I ordered. I asked for the large iced. He just shrugged his shoulders. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Will avoid this Dunkin from now on read more

My office orders from here through Door Dash alot since its difficult to leave the office. Many times there is something wrong with our order. Our experience today just shows how little customer service the ignorant young Indian guy we dealt with today has because yet again, one of the items we ordered was incorrect. So we decided to drive over there and have them fix it. This guy was rude and stated immediately that he wouldn't change it unless we paid for a new order. I told him that I had paid through Door Dash and he said that perhaps the Door Dash guy had given the wrong order but that he wouldn't fix it. Clearly the sticker on my drink had some of the notes I wrote when I placed my order but he obviously left stuff out. How is that my problem. Anyway, the nice gentleman in the back came out and kindly fixed our drink. The rude man, tried pushing him out of the way and kept yelling that we should have to pay for a new drink. I think he should perhaps work in the back and not with customers, since clearly he is lacking customer service skills. Thank you to the guy who fixed it, but I'll never go back there. As a paying customer, I should get what I pay for, not what you feel like making. read more

This DD is so well-staffed! The food is always fresh and the people are always kind. They know their regulars so well - my order is made the second I walk in the door! On the very rare occasion that I've had an issue with my order, it has been quickly apologized for and remedied with no inconvenience to me. This DD is my go-to specifically because of the friendly, competent staff! read more

One of the cleanest Dunkin' Donuts I have been too. Very friendly owners and staff and parking is easy.

I've been visiting this location for a year and a half since my company moved to the local area. It is the convenient coffee shop in the area as Main Street has a lot of traffic. I have now visited this location twice in the last two months and have seen an uncomfortable amount of flies large and small flying around and landing on the donuts and muffins. The counter tops aren't clean and it is disgusting, the thought of flies landing on the food I planned to buy. The weather is cooling and the flies will only want to be inside where it's warm, on your food. I've spoken to the woman behind the counter that didn't acknowledge my complaint. This second time, I asked for a muffin and when she picked it up to put in the bag several flies flew off. The health department needs to check what else is roaming that store, especially the back! I'm thankful a Starbucks opened up across the street! read more
