Barely see any Starbucks with a drive thru and it is nice that this one has one. Very convenient especially when there is no parking. Inside is spacious with somewhat limited seating. Not enough seats in my opinion. The middle of the place is very big and spacious without any tables or chairs. Luckily bathrooms are working in this one. I got pumpkin spice latte and customized it with 2 pumps of pumpkin spice sauce instead of the standard 4 pumps. It still came out somewhat sweet and very pumpkin spice. I thought it would be a big difference. The cup also feels very light since I got it hot. The whipped cream and cinnamon consumed most of the drink. I feel like it's not all the way to the top of the cup with these whipped cream drinks in hot temperature. read more

Across the board Starbucks is overpriced but that's not why I decided to leave this review . Overall the staff is pretty nice at this location which I frequent but the other day I had a nasty encounter . I placed an order over the app , pulled up to the drive thru and no one was coming over but they were looking at me through the window . After I honked , this nasty girl came over to the window with a WILD attitude telling me that I was supposed to stop at the last window . The experience was unpleasant and uncalled for . I ordered a cold brew, black with ALMOND MILK FOAM on the top and I received what basically looks like milk and ice and CREAM foam on top. The drink was made again, also W R O N G. I love to taste my coffee and also deserve to be greeted and respected. The barista who took the order was less than ethusiatic about being there and I got some rolled eye "vibes". This is one of the greatest addition (location) to coney island especially when people stay out late at night at the beach, amusement park and at restaurants. My friend and I was shopping around the neighborhood and came upon this location. We needed to grab a last minute drink to go. The staff was kind and knowledgeable of what they have and don't have at the time. I appreciate the fact that she told us ahead of time. Every time I buy a drink from this store, it comes out with a whole bunch of water. For example, I ordered a Trenta pink drink and I could see how they make a grande sized drink in a mixing cup, then pour it in a trenta cup and fill it to the top with water, not ice, TAP WATER. Took them 30 mins to make a (tall) drink,it would have been okay if they were like 5 customers in the store,but there was no people in the store and like 7 workers,how hard is it to make a tiny drink.this is a good location to have a Starbucks but the workers are just not good,the workers was very mean,came in to redeem my stars and they said no,I was okay with that but why does it take you 30 mins to make a tiny drink,after 30 mins they finally made the drink but the drink was all wrong,in my opinion I think the workers should be fried. read more
