Parking here is a headache. I wish you the best. A lot of it is population density. You will be ok if early or late hours. A very clean store. I just had a mocha frappe, as temperatures are expected to be 100. This chilled drink tastes good, and provides a caffeine boost. That alone helps. Employees here are very friendly. They are also efficient. As mentioned a busy area, but they knock the orders out quick. I look forward to the Christmas blend. A lot of their blends are overpriced and overrated. If you're in the area this is worth stopping by. Stay cool and carry on.

Absolutely love when they add notes to the cups. Very quick and accommodating baristas! Great ambience!

How nice is this? Never got this experience at any other Starbucks

This review is 5 stars because of the team here. I've known and been to Starbucks when they just started making it big out of Seattle. I do not frequent them so much anymore because they typically do not compare to how they used to be. Regardless- after a few random and sporadic visits to this Starbucks in particular the team is really top notch. I don't know where they got them but Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have them. Each time I come in- welcoming, friendly to me and each other, happy, laughing friendly good bye and come back. Check this little thoughtful touch (pic). This is not a one off because I come maybe once every 3 weeks and each time the same. Wow .

What a great start to my Monday morning (05/05/2025)! The $5 coffee was absolutely worth it. I wish I noticed it earlier and had caught the staff member's name--whoever you are, thank you for the warm energy and care. You made my morning!

This is a convenient "grab-n-go" Starbucks location if you are driving along Route 7 between Tysons Corner (I-495 Beltway) and Falls Church (I-66 west or east). A big plus is that parking is free and easy within the shopping plaza. The coffee shop is in a separate building annex (look for the Capital One Bank) from the main plaza complex (in the shape of an "L", which includes Burger 7, Jason's Deli, and the Whole Foods Market). The staff are pretty friendly and professional. On the minus side, it's a narrow, tiny space that is not conducive to working or "hanging out". Because of the limited space, the check-in line starts when you move toward the back of the store and then it snakes forward in the direction of the register. This gives some room for the "mobile order" folks and people waiting (after placing their in-person order). Although I have not been here during peak hours, I imagine it would be chaotic because of the limited space available for people to form a line.

I've been enjoying the App-y Friday half price deal, which allows me to try all kinds of new features drink. This location is conveniently located in a plaza close to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.

You will definitely need your patience for a visit to this location on a Saturday afternoon. There were about two folks ahead of me but it felt like the line was to the door because the service was so slow!!! In all honesty, I would have been better off mobile ordering while standing there, which is exactly what another customer did and sure enough it was ready before I made it through the end of the line. The wait after ordering was another ten minutes at least which is not the status quo for a Starbucks trip. Customer service was not a top priority as drinks were slow to make it to the pick up bar. It is a smaller location as well so once a few folks start waiting for their drinks it can get a little cramped.

I get that it's difficult to work at Starbucks generally and even more so during a pandemic. But this location is one I used to frequent a lot when I worked in the McLean area (years ago) so when I happened to be in the vicinity recently and in need of a latte, at first I was quite excited and a bit nostalgic to drop in. The two employees were clearly on a bad mood. When I walked in the door, instead of the usual cheery greeting, I got a sullen stink eye from the one employee standing behind the plexiglass shield. He took my order reluctantly, and then proceeded to complain loudly with his co-worker about customers coming in close to closing (this is when I realized this location closes at 5pm and I had had the audacity to walk in around 4:45pm thus delaying their ability to better start closing). I waited while they made my latte, both of them still complaining. As I walked out at 4:55, another customer walked in - and was told that the store was closed. The customer stated she had submitted a mobile order, to which the female employee stated that was impossible since they had shut down all mobile orders at 4pm and then told the customer she had the wrong store and closed and locked the door in the customer's face! I'm going to assume it had been a rough day, and as I mentioned, this used to be a favorite location of mine, but it was rather surprising and sad nonetheless to see the employees' discontent so publicly displayed.

In the mornings I'm surprised to see a line to the door. One of the girls that works there is seriously dipping into the coffee beans because she is HIGH ENERGY!!! I've been here a few times to take advantage of free coffee, last one on Earth Day for brining in your own mug.

Staff is nice. Sometimes this location can be packed since it's so small. Service is okay, but this shopping center is hectic so I usually try to avoid this location.

Very disappointed that the workers turn away first responders who need to use the restroom if they don't make a purchase.

Nice boutique cafe with a galore of croissants, donuts, cookies with some seasonal/weekly specials…read more I've made my rounds through the menu and ate more pastries than I can count! The seasonal Donuts and the Croissant Tarts keep me coming back! Best Donuts - Pumpkin Pie Donut, Tiramisu Donut, Key Lime Pie, Boston Cream, and Hot Cocoa Nutella donut. The Strawberry and Raspberry have a Jelly/Jam filling. I wasn't a big fan of the Cookie Butter Donut, Cannoli donut, or the Dot Cake Donut, or S'mores donut. The Cookie Butter donut tasted like creamy peanut butter while the Cannoli donut that didn't have the sweet creamy filling that I was hoping for and the Funfetti frosting was a bit off on the Dot Cake Donut (super fun to see all the dot sprinkles on top!). I wish there was more marshmallow filling in the S'mores onut. Croissant Tarts - Both the sweet and savory tarts deliver! The Raspberry Cream Cheese Tart, Red Pepper Feta Tart, Apple Tart, and Everything Tart are all delicious! The classic Garlic Spinach Tart and Shroom Tart are fine. Best Croissants - Christmas Tree Raspberry Croissant, Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse Croissant, Apple Butter Crumble Croissant, Almond Croissant, and Matcha Croissant. The Berry Brioche Tart was fun to try, but not my favorite. The cookies are pretty light and fluffy, the Lemon Cheesecake Cookie tasted like a lemon sugar cookie with no filling. The Kitchen Sink cookie was an interesting blend of salty flavors (chips, pretzels, toffee). For Valentine's Day, the Linzer sugar cookie filled with raspberry jam was delicious! So glad I grabbed the last one by 11am on Saturday! For Mother's Day, there were colorful macaroons. All of the fillings with the donuts and croissants are whipped and pretty light. There's a parking garage next door and you can get parking validated for 1 hour. While there's plenty of seating inside, it can get packed over the weekends. There's no outdoor seating (there's some makeshift seating around the high-rise building). Great local bakery with a lot of baked goodies to choose from!

We were told that this bakery basically does the baking for a chain family group. So, knowing that we wanted to check this place out. They have different types of baked goods and loaves that you can purchase along with sandwiches and your usually coffees. This is connected to a restaurant right next door, and so it's a quick in and out if you're in a rush. Or if you want to sit around and have your baked good and then leave, there's seating as well. The Avocado Toast with egg was good, but nothing particularly special. I enjoyed the English Sourdough bread and bought a loaf of it. We devoured the hand-cut fries. The 4 bite-size Ozzie Rolls were fun to try. The Chocolate Espresso Chew Cookie was moist and fudgey, sweet ending to our meal! Plain Croissant was standard. The Pink Drink with housemade syrup, coconut milk and strawberries was refreshing and tasty. It was my pick from the Strawberry Lemonade and Dragon fruit Lemonade. The Lemonades were a bit too sweet. I ordered the food to dine in and it was packaged to go. I wish the food could be prepared for dining in. It's a pet peeve of mine to see all of the grease oozing out of fries in a brown bag. There were also Styrofoam plates and plastic straws, wish there were more environmental-friendly products. Might be back for brunch if there's a dine-in option.
