The re-make of the Dragon fruit lemonade. I only needed a portion of this.

I ordered a venti dragon fruit with extra fruit and the barista handed me a drink with exactly one piece of fruit in it which is less than a normal dragon fruit drink anyway...I politely asked for what I paid for and told her I can hand the drink back so they can add the fruit and she said no.. she then made a new one and added embarrassing amount of fruit in it and I honestly took it as an insult. I work in the he food industry and just being kind goes a long way.. I don't understand what I did I just simply wanted the correct drink along with the extras I paid for....

I'm not a huge coffee fan, but I love their wraps, pumpkin bread, and muffins. Their pretty little cake balls are NOT the best. I have tried multiple flavors, multiple times, trying to give them the benefit of doubt! My conclusion: they are just not good! But they have many other tasty treats! I like how Starbucks has clean food that you can trust. The spinach egg, feta, wrap is my favorite! I continue to get it every time I come. The toasted wrap adds a nice crunch to the meal. It's full of flavor and pretty hearty. I would highly recommend it!

Dear Starbucks, I really don't like leaving bad reviews but apparently speaking to management multiple times has lead to ZERO improvement. Not to mention, the EXPERIENCE I've come to enjoy - quality coffee & quality service - is shot along with my morning. I don't want to start the day frustrated & feeling like I NEED to do leave a bad review to get your attention. Here's the deal - train your baristas & managers. Please! This is a recent issue and I'm going to breakup with you - after 7 years of Sat/Sun loyalty. I've spent $10 per person for to-go breakfast to enjoy while we house hunt 3 weekends in a row. After getting poorly made coffee 2 weekends in a row - and taking them back - we decided to try the drive thru to avoid another repeat - AGAIN it's poorly made. I take it inside to have it made right - AGAIN - and guess what?!?! Discovered the poorly trained/managed girl (who I'm sure is a wonderful person) is making the drive thru coffee. Seriously, how hard can it be to properly train her?! Here are two pics of offensive 5 buck drinks - one included a milk ring. If one customer is doing you a favor by telling you the issue - can you imagine how many customers you've lost because it's uncomfortable and unpleasant to complain and easier to go elsewhere???? Or do you not care??

A lot louder than the typical Starbucks but it doesn't bother me any. The employees are outgoing, full of life, and fun. Yes I was easdropping but their conversations were hilarious. The furniture is oldddd but the dude next to me is passed out so i guess they are comfy! Chipotle is right next door for some food to follow up your favorite drink! Nice size patio. Oh yeah the drinks.....great of course! I love the Caramel Frap!

Great employees that are super nice! They are always very quick getting your order ready as well! Went with my regular chai tea latte on this cold and rainy day!

The baristas are always nice and helpful when I go here but tonight was really noteworthy! I ordered online and when selecting my drink didn't think to check I'd clicked the right holiday beverage. When I got to the window, I mentioned that I meant to order a different drink when she was handing me the one I ordered. She asked me which one and they fixed it for me, when I was fully prepared to accept my mistake. Then I reminded them that I had ordered a cake pop and they went and got it for me, great attitudes the entire time. Normally, at other Sbucks locations, with stuff like that baristas are rude and short with me but all three of these baristas were very nice! Out of the three in this small area, this is definitely the one I'll be stopping by from now on!

Dale is such a nice guy! I've newly started to stop here with changing job locations. Thankfully, this store is great! This staff really seems like a family and they all work together to take care of this BUSY store. I will say, make sure you have time allowed in the mornings. There's always a line inside and out. This store also has a large retail selection, if that's something you're in to .

Rating this one 3 stars, but it's worth 4 sometimes. The problem here is that it's Starbucks. It's not amazing coffee, the service is just "meh" and the barista here actually has a pretty annoying voice on the day that I came. I mean, it's one thing to be energetic and all, maybe loud and fun or whatever, but do NOT be loud just to hear your own voice, mrs. barista. ok? ok. Made my point there I think. Be cool, not annoying. The coffee is not the best coffee on the market. They're the fast-food of coffee. They don't put love and care into their drinks, and they coat the cup in syrup rather than bring out flavors that are already there. Less is more, people! Anyway. I gotta go get a coffee. Only go to Starbucks if you seriously have NO other option.

Today's visit was concerning drive thru, and there were quite a few cars in front of me which had me a little worried.

The coffee was good and baristas were friendly. I could've stayed here working all day. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Dallas. I was hoping for something savory. We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

This place is great, they're definitely a hit different that your other coffee places so the Black Sheep name isn't just that, which I appreciate! They do things a bit differently, like actually using crumbled pistachios on their lattes or even using a chocolate whipped cream.... That's legit! My sister got a triple chocolate frappe and it was solid! I got the Spanish latte (half sweet) I heard it was sweet, but I would probably do the normal way with and extra shot and be happy! Anyway, they way were nice, happy to answer questions after we told them we had never been there before. We didn't try any pastries or the waffles that looked absolutely fantastic! So in a return visit, which I will be making I'll have to try them! Absolutely worth stopping by or even going out of your way to check out!! I promise you it's not like the others!

I get it, this is not a place that makes things from scratch, but it wasn't anything great, wasn't anything to lose your mind over. He was very happy with his coffee though, enjoyed it for the majority of the day. He had dairy so I couldn't try it, but happy husband happy life. I had the acai bowl. It was fine. When I ordered raspberries I didn't know they were going to be frozen. I thought they were fresh. They weren't. The coconut yogurt on top seemed frozen as well, it had that weird frozen texture. They did slice some bananas in there. The only other thing was the plastic spoon they gave me. An acai bowl is dense and the spoon was bending trying to get through it. Not ideal. Coffee was actually great. We both genuinely enjoyed ours. I asked for a ceramic cup and got a paper cup instead, which I wasn't happy about because cardboard does tint the flavor. I asked for ceramic for a reason. Even with that, the coffee was still decently good, which says something. Cute place to sit. Comfortable seats, quiet atmosphere, plenty of parking around. No issues, nothing glaring. You can order from the menu without interacting with anyone, which we did, but a lady still came over to check if we needed anything, so they were accommodating too. My one aesthetic complaint is the plastic plants. As an establishment they can do better. Real plants exist. Overall I would come back. Probably not my first choice but we would return. P.S.
