I stopped by this Starbucks today because I was in the plaza this store is located in and had to use the bathroom. So when I came a little before lunch, they were not busy at all. I found parking easily and no one was in line so I was able to placed my order right away. I got the Venti Mango Dragonfruit and asked for light ice. I was then given the code for the bathroom. When I came out, my drink was already at the pickup counter. My drink was good and made with light ice like I asked. I sat in the place to drink my Dragonfruit and also took it outside to sit in their outdoor patio. My drink was good and I didn't have any issues while I was there. read more

Slowest Starbucks I have been to in a long time. Went today around 1pm so it wasn't too busy. I was able to go straight to the counter to place an order. The staff that took my order was very friendly. We just ordered one iced venti matcha latte. However we noticed that the barista that was making the drink was very chatty. Talking to the other staff members and not paying attention as he was making our drink. We noticed he poured the drink into a grande cup instead of a venti cup. He also noticed his error and had to make the drink all over again. But instead of paying better attention the 2nd time he still kept chatting with the other staff members. He was also making other drinks so other customers got their drinks before us even though we were there first. So what should have taken a few minutes took close to 10 minutes. Once he made the drink we noticed he was going to place it on the mobile pick up area instead of calling out the name. We had to step forward and ask for our drink. Although overall it had a friendly ambience, they were so lackadaisical when it came to the drinks, I would not go there again. read more

Over all there are issues with most Starbucks'. We usually go to the one in corner of Hayvenhurst and Ventura. Today, they were packed so we came to the one on Louise. We got our coffee and the lid was not on there securely on it. Okay, mistakes happen, but after losing a huge lawsuit you would think there will be some training on it. What got me fired up is that once we spilled some hot coffee on our hand, and when we asked the girl behind counter that why she didn't secure the lid, she said: @ That is your responsibility ". The girl with the dark short hair in a ponytail is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She was visibly annoyed I was taking slightly too long at the counter. I tipped her for the inconvenience because I felt bad even though there was no line behind me. It was empty. She continued to ask the other girl for help so maybe she was new. She then made my drink so unbelievably sweet and undrinkable. It was disgusting and not even full. She also did not mix it at all. Not even a little. It was the smallest amount of coffee on the bottom and milk poured on top. I literally asked to buy a shot because I didn't want her to have to remake it. Again it was empty inside. They were both so rude and crappy about it and then again proceeded to give me the smallest amount of coffee. This is my favorite drink so I know it didn't taste right. They truly have mastered the art of a perfect coffee. Not too sweet, but the perfect amount of sweetness where you can still enjoy the taste of the coffee. I can honestly say I've NEVER had a bad experience here. Heck, I've never even received an incorrect drink here. Considering it's a locals' spot with plenty of foot traffic at all hours of the day, that's quite impressive. Usually, I pop by after placing a mobile order. Finding parking actually takes longer than actually going in and getting my drink. They are quick and diligent here, and I appreciate that. They have the new Nitro Cold Brew specialty drinks, like the Nitro Caramel Macchiato and the Nitro Green Tea. What an interesting concept! Most Starbucks locations don't have these yet, so I encourage anyone to try them while they're still exclusive. They do offer samples in cute little cups, too! My go-to drinks are the Caramel Frappucino, Caramel Macchiato and Peach Tea. If there's a new limited edition drink, I'll definitely order that. The menu is quite extensive at this store and others, so there's something for everyone. This location shares the same lot as CVS, The Nook and Jamba Juice. To start, I found the service to be unacceptable. I don't believe customer connection is a determining factor in deciding a Starbucks, but this was the lowest effort service I've seen in awhile. I walked in and got in line, and an employee walks to the cash register. She starts pressing buttons without looking up or saying anything, and after a few seconds she asks "what would you like?". I order my drink, pay, and she sends me off by saying "it'll come out to the left". She did not look at me the entire time and clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. I almost gave this review 3* because the drink was delicious with a nice consistency, but it came out SO slowly. Super efficient. You can order online and just pick up whenever is convenient for you - not all the Starbucks offer this unfortunately. Yes it gets super busy especially before 8 am when everybody is rushing to work, but the personal is very efficient and very fast so you won't have to wait that much. This morning before work around 8:25 i ordered on the online app. I went in after 5 minutes of ordering. I got my sandwich right away which was nice but i waited a good 10 minutes after that for an iced matcha that only requires milk and powder. There was ONE guy working on drinks and he was doing an amazing job but unfortunately he was working on every drink except mine. I heard him tell his coworker to make my drink TWICE he told him. THIS GUY WAS ON HIS PHONE THE WHOLE TIME he was wearing a blue sweater or shirt that morning so you guys can know who this guy was but i've worked in customer service before and he was SLACKING BAD. I don't write bad reviews bc i get it but what i don't get is being on your phone and completely ignoring your job especially when there's people that need to get to work too.
