When we frequent this Starbucks it is usually through the drive-thru. I used to come to this Starbucks location 2-3 times a week for years. In the past 2 years I have felt like the staff's friendliness and professionalism has gone downhill. We recently went into this Starbucks as a family, my husband and I with our 4 children. We were not greeted when walking in and there were no other customers in the building. The people working were rude and cold. Each child ordered their own drink--this does not happen very often and was a special outing for our children. We were hoping to drink our special drinks inside and enjoy a time out with our family. Instead, we felt awkward for sitting in a coffee shop and enjoying the drinks we purchased. Our kids were well behaved and sitting in their own chairs, they were not running around or out of control. Yet, we felt like we shouldn't be there. This place is not warm and friendly or inviting. It's sad for how expensive this place is that you can't enjoy the $7 cup of coffee you bought. read more

This location is not new to me, I've been there several times, usually my drinks are correct but occasionally my online orders aren't as I ordered them. I'm not one to complain much, so I've never sent a drink back. However sometimes I want to tell the employees to smile more, some of them don't always seem to be in the best of moods. The biggest con that I have with this location is that when you do an online order and you go in to pick it up, no one really greets you even when you're attempting to get their attention nor ask if you're waiting to pick up an online order. It's really confusing sometimes and I feel like the baristas are sometimes annoyed when asking to pick-up a online order, even though this is what Starbucks advises you to do. read more

Worst Starbucks Ever! Mobile ordered, got there 10 minutes later and went up to mobile order window and my order wasnt there. Waited and watched 7 new orders get handed to customers before anyone even asked me what I was waiting for. When I told them my name they grabbed my drinks that were sitting by the drive thru window! (Why?!) The fraps were melted and nasty. The service was the worst I've ever experienced at a starbucks, and the drinks were made subpar. I will NEVER be returning to this Starbucks. read more

As far as Starbucks' go, this store is what you would expect from any other location across the country. Well displayed products, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, inviting sitting area. Nothing spectacular that makes me want to drop a 4th or 5th star, nor is it so bad that I would drop the rating to a "meh" or "eek!" read more

I'm giving this location one star because of a recent experience. I came in early afternoon during a slow period. One woman took my order & I paid. After waiting almost 15 Minutes, I realized they weren't making my order. I asked another young man where it was & he said "I'll just make it", so I had to give them the order again. The coffee is what you'd get at any Starbucks, but avoid the pastries, they are always stale. The restrooms are always clean, so that's a plus. There are some comfy chairs and some table-chair set ups, but it's really cold in there and it's often hard to find a place to sit where the sun won't get in your eyes. read more

Bring a sweater in with you - the place is always freezing, winter or summer (very telling - the place is full right now, and every single customer in here is still wearing the coat or sweater they came in here with. I just don't know why this place can't get it together - working is everyone's last priority - employees not on shift coming and going out of the work area - when asked a question about a drink or service I'm treated like a moron . I love Chai Lattes with lots of cinnamon and nutmeg added to the top. When I order at the drive-thru I always ask them to add about a teaspoon of the spices. I have always had to go in and add more. Today this location listened and put my spices on! It was awesome!! Just the way I like it!! read more

This Starbucks seems to lack the proper training to run efficiently. Shifts should be retrained and all employees should be taught how to work under pressure without looking flustered. There is no direction clearly for the employees to follow to get the coffee out to customers quickly. Should not take 20-25 minutes to get a coffee. Retrain retrain retrain! read more

Literally the slowest location I have ever been to and I have gone several times. My friends have been stuck waiting for 30+ minutes before.

I come to this Starbucks location often and every experience has been delightful. The employees have always been kind to me, even when my order was complicated. I have been to hundreds of Starbucks over the years. I like the interior of the Starbucks it's big and cool with upbeat music. They had over eight people working inside this freestanding Starbucks with the drive-through. It however took a very long time to get my drink more than I'm used to. I have to rate this *bucks this way. The 1st 3* I have been here, once inside and other 2 DT, I received great friendly service from a working mom and it is always prior to 930am. The last time I went was inside and it was young adults. They did not seem to take the time to make eye contact or smile like all the other Starbucks I have been to across the country. I attempted to engage and they really spoke over me as a customer engaging in their own conversations with each other. This is not A+ typical of a Starbucks. They didn't even call out my name to let me know my cafe was ready. This is a phenomenal company to work for. It's a great place to seek refuge, safety, warmth, meet other people, have a small playdate and excuse me for not being well versed in the bistro lingo anymore. It would just be a super busy store tragedy if this location closed even tho it's not my LiFE anymore. And the reward card thing seems technical like DD. But I've always loved STaRB. So really on 1/4 I would say really level 1.5/2 but since other times were good. 3. My Fav is the CH2, the GinGeRB & cranberry items. CHeeRs! read more

Good coffee and even food. I love the salted carmel mocha coffees and hot cocoas. Love French press coffee but can never find a friend to do this with. I will admit though that I am surprised that they do not have a free coffee refill option which I almost prefer Panera Bread instead. read more

I have Starbucks coffee on a regular basis, and there are good ones and not-so-good ones. This is the worst I've visited. We ordered two drinks. Neither one was anywhere near correct...they didn't have the correct flavoring in them and neither had any coffee! We drank warmed milk product with sugar...yum. It was a ridiculous waste of money. The service was sub-par as well. We didn't bother going back because we were well on our way home. Obviously from the other reviews, this place is in desperate need of training. Love this, we went through the the drive though so quick! Everything was so perfect? The Iced coffee my mother got was very great according to her. They messed up our order and accidentally gave us a iced latte, so we got a free iced latte and 10 dollars off our purchase! Very friendly, amazing service.
